Brandy was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and great with kids! She gave great advice and was encouraging! The entire staff from start to finish was very kind, and the overall experience was awesome! I’m glad my son has found a home there to help treat his Lyme.

I cant say enough great things about Health and Wellness of Carmel and Brandy Protz! I have been dealing with what I call mystery hives since 2017. These bouts of hives would last for months sometimes, and I would feel terrible the whole time not just because of the itching but because of the medication. After two visits with Brandy and a few labs she was able to determine a possible cause for the issue and recommend a plan based on some medication and supplements. Since then, I have been hive free! I really cant thank her enough! No more antihistamine fog and sleepless itchy nights! I have had three appointments with Brandy and reached out to her over the portal for a question about a surgical procedure and she has always been very responsive and helpful. I love that Brandy goes through my labs with me and explains the results instead of just having an assistant call and leave a message. I also get a full printed copy of visit notes and medication instructions after every visit which is very helpful. All the staff in the front office, the lab, and the store are so helpful and always seem to be cheerful. And Dr. Fetters is always sending out helpful emails to educate all the patients in the practice.

I have had several appointments at Health and Wellness so far and every one of them has been excellent treatment and care. They explain things so well and make sure you understand. Ive also noticed a lot of great attitudes! That matters to me. Everyone seems to love thier work there. I am so grateful to God for leading me to them.

I love functional medicine! Instead of being prescribed pharmaceuticals to treat and mask symptoms, Dr. Fetters uses blood tests to find the source of the symptoms and then heal that part of the body.I am in menopause and was not feeling well ~ tired, low mood, hot flashes, unable to loose weight, fuzzy thinking and suffering with joint pain. My blood work, which was usually very good, came back with several concerns. I had several infections, very low hormone levels, low adrenal function and high cholesterol (which has never been an issue for me).If I would have seen a regular doctor I would have walked out of their office with three scripts in hand ~ a cholesterol medication, synthetic hormones and an antibiotic for Lyme disease. Then the fun would have really begun, as my health would have spiraled out of control with the antibiotic destroying my gut health, the cholesterol drug giving me incredible pain throughout my body and the synthetic hormones contributing greatly to my future cancer risk.Instead, Dr. Fetters knew that they spike in my cholesterol was just an indication that I was fighting infections and would fall into normal range on its own once the infections were cleared. He put me on bioidentical hormones and my hot flashes went away. My mood and energy improved steadily. He also put me on natural treatments for the Lyme and other infections and they are healing, which has also helped my energy level and I am thinking more clearly.I am happy to pay now for supplements and blood tests, yes, often out of pocket, to bring my body to optimal health. Im in it for the long game. I would rather pay now and have great life in my years than pay later in poor health, disease and loss of vitality. Our world and food supply are very toxic, much more toxic than it was even just a few decades ago, and our bodies are paying the price! Thankfully function medicine offers a way to safely heal and protect the body, while giving us the chance to be the healthiest versions of ourselves and for that I am deeply grateful!

HWofC staff are all fantastic! All are so very thorough and nice every day. They help navigate a complex health plan and Dr Fetters is wonderful to work with. So very knowledgeable and I truly trust he has my best interest at heart! He spent more than 3 hours with me on my first appointment!

Ive been happy with the care at Health and Wellness of Carmel. Ive seen other providers there, but we used their PA, Brandy, for the first time, and she was great. I felt like she gave comprehensive care and took my concerns seriously. She also spent a lot of time talking about the issues and ways to solve the problems. I wanted to find a doctor’s office close to my mother, for her, and also one that was more holistic/natural in their approach. The Nurse Practitioner and nurse who worked with us, were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease immediately. Lori, (The NP), spent the necessary time to gather information about my mother, ask us what concerns we wanted to address, explained the plan she felt would benefit her, answered all our questions, and never rushed us. Our family has been holistic/natural-minded most of our life, and it was a relief to find a medical office that understood and spoke that same language, but has the expertise to use traditional medicine when necessary. Amazing! I have a fast heart rate of 135 after covid. Left a message after hours last night. Got a call back the this morning. Phone appointment with Dr Jerry Weber diagnosed the problem with my Sinus Node being affected by spike proteins. Naturopathic medicine prescribed. Afterward the office called so I could pay my bill and for the meds. It is ready for hubby to pick up in the morning. Ba-da-bing! They are THE BEST!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fetters for 6 months. He seems very bright and capable. When I had health issues related to my treatment regimen the response I received was poor. I was not able to get an appointment with him. The portal message system is not adequate to address anything but basic questions. When I did get in for my regularly scheduled appointment I felt that he was too busy to adequately review my case and my test data.

When I arrived, staff was very efficient in getting me into my appointment. Brianna was very professional! My skin looked amazing after my treatment, facial with dermaplaning. Highly recommend Health and Wellness of Carmel for any skin care needs! I will be going back soon!

I received a thorough evaluation in one day of my health, food sensitivity testing, bloodwork, colon cancer testing, pulmonary function testing, a weight management plan, dietician guidance, an IV to destroy bacteria and even a visit to their new Medical Spa, OWN WELLNESS SPA. There, I received a free consult on new technologies to improve find lines and wrinkles, sun damage, facial veins and more!A great, hopeful, ray of sunshine at the end of a long road of many traditional medicine specialists giving me 10 minutes and never fixing the problem. An expensive day but worth every penny!

Ive been through 5-6 different doctors. I had a full physical in October and since Amanda Patchett left and I needed refills, I had to come in and pay $150 functional fee. Im planning on moving to a different practice with more steady personnel and functional fees. Im very dissatisfied with Health and Wellness of Carmel and would not recommend you to my friends.

First phase of laser treatments for skin spots cause by sun on face. Sarah and Abby are very professional and great to interact with during treatment. Process is on going with several treatments ahead.This is a non chemical peel which peels can cause stinging and irritation over days and sometimes weeks. I went home with minor swelling, gone within an hour. This treatment is ideal for me! 5 Stars!

Wish I could give them a zero. What a racket. My wife calls and the first thing they start with is money, no I am sorry about your issue, no compassion. It is all about the Benjamins with these people and lots of them. Leaving people in tears for the bucks. Shame on them.

They asked pertinent questions, listened and made recommendations. I have a dermatologist but she gave me zero ideas on my thinning skin. It’s a problem and hope it can be resolved at least somewhat with their recommendations. I feel like they want to help me be as healthy as possible.

I also received my first laser hair removal on my lower legs today. The ladies are very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Dr Weber is a miracle worker!!! I had hives for over a year saw numerous doctors with no results. They are gone and never came back. Im now working on reducing my body fat by addressing issues in my body. He has a sparkling personality and is very knowledgeable. The supplements he recommended were reasonably priced and worked. Tailored to you as an individual not one size fits all like with a lot of medications. I could go on for hours, but suffice it to say if you are looking for answers to chronic problems this is the place for you!

They are anit-vax and are telling their patients that COVID-19 is not a deadly disease, while all the evidence says otherwise. This is an incredible breach of scientific integrity and they should not be allowed to continue their practice. Do not waste your time or money.

My positive experience started with my phone call to make an appointment. Sara was very friendly on the phone, knowledgeable, and answered the questions I had. All of the staff at my appointment made me feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner, Amanda and nurse Amanda were both extremely thorough listening to all of my medical history and concerns. I have only had one appointment so far but I am looking forward to working with Amanda on hormone therapy as well as a few other issues I’ve been having. I’m excited and hopeful I’ll be feeling better soon.

They have proven during the Covid Pandemic that they do not have your best interest in mind. Their conspiracy theories are reckless and harmful to everyone around them. As a former patient and employee, this is saddening but not surprising.

I really appreciate the staff and medical professionals here at Health and Wellness of Carmel. Any time I need an appointment Im able to get in quickly and Im seen at my appointment time with no waiting. Staff are very responsive to my questions and, if I need to follow up with an email, I get a response quickly within the same day usually.

Am am able to understand my test results more fully, and also ask about items and strategies that I read about so that I have a confirmation to efficacy and how new things fit into my health plan.
