The staff was great and my family member got along well with the staff members. I think they went the extra mile for my family member and communicated well with family. Thanks for your the care you give to your patients.There was a problem with communication on medication which he was charged $1800 for; but, they sent the medication back to the pharmacy they use unopened and in its entirety (that’s what I was told). We will see when the next bill comes from the pharmacy.

Staff is amazing.....buts thats all I can say is good about this place. The food is horrible with no nutritional value. My medications were always messed up and most of the nurses were rude and mean. The cleanliness of the unit Im sure would NOT pass health code. With the covid issue we werent allowed bleach or hand sanitizer and many of us got sick with colds and such. The groups classes were read straight from a book all but one particular class and I found it boring and didnt learn much. I do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere!!!

There is no one that compiled this program that has anything bad to say about it.

I was a patient here in June-July and I’m so happy I made that decision. They work a great program and the staff is the best! They really care about what they do here and it shows! I love this place! It gave me the tools I needed to change my life for the better!

Overall experience was great.3 Square meals a day.Make sure you bring plenty of food with your or go grocey shopping first as you are allowed to have personal food and drink items.Rooms are shared with another client or two at most.All staff is very professional and welcoming.Group therapy 7 days a week with individualized therapist sessions and patient advocates to help with moving forward post-treatment (ie. sober living, 3 quarter home, etc)

Praxis Landmark Recovery is a wonderful facility. The staff really take care of your needs and the program is awesome. The 21-28 day stay allows you to learn so much about the psychological and physiological impact addiction has on you. I would recommend this place to anyone that is struggling with addiction.

Landmark literally changed my life. Everyone is so genuine and supportive. Very welcoming! My first few HOURS I already felt like I was meant to be there. Everyone makes sure that you’re okay, you’re safe, and even will give you snacks. It’s very much like one huge family even the workers. I love the workers there. I appreciate every single one and the therapists. They have such a passion to help people and to help you become your best self. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for landmark and all of the staff. This is my home away from home. Landmark will always have a special place in my heart and I’m forever grateful. 15/10 recommended if anyone is struggling and wants to change.

Nurses are rude, facility is filthy, horrible food and theft and promiscuity is rampant. Do not recommend!

Landmark recovery is truly life changing. I would like to personally thank my fantastic PA Molly Sahm. Molly helped me set up resources for my post recovery life and made my transition to sobriety successful. Molly was helpful, courteous and kind. She puts herself in your position and helps you brainstorm the best options for you. I truly believe she embodies the patient first approach and for that I am forever grateful! Recovery can seem scary but the team and landmark make sure you don’t go through it alone.

My family and I have experienced many 30 day treatment programs over a period of several years. If you are looking for a competent and caring staff that communicates effectively with you as a family member, then I highly recommend Landmark. Great experience! Amazing group and individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction. My patient advocate, Molly, helped me develop a discharge plan that included housing and aftercare. They taught me the tools needed to change my life.

Just about everyone will help you work through your core issues while also explaining the finer points of maintaining sobriety when you leave.The food is no 5 star restaurant but its edible. Chances are if youre looking for a luxury resort, this is not the place. You come here to help you get better.

Praxis was great, aside from the initial phone call, which led me to believe one thing about what I could bring and what I could not. So, in an already scary situation I felt totally unprepared for my stay which was 2 hours from home and anyone that could bring me anything.

Praxis has shown me a way to where i neverlooked at things in a positive manner....with the help from praxis I have learned that recovery works only if you want it!!!!

After my boyfriend was rejected by a facility in our area for not meeting criteria for admission, for a cocaine addiction that was spiraling out of control, we found this facility. It came 4th on the list during a search for addiction recovery in google. I called and reached Sterling Williams, in admissions. From that moment I knew we had found the answer we were looking for. Within 6 hours of the initial call he was admitted, that was after a 3+ hour drive for us. He now has been in the facility for 28 days and will be releasing in 2 days. EVERY staff member I have encountered has been most professional, caring and compassionate about his recovery. He comes first. During my emotional calls to staff who listen and answer my questions to relaying the most simple of messages to him, its his recovery and sobriety that is their priority. He will be given the tools to handle situations that may arise and numbers to call and local people to follow up with. They cover most every situation! They have several locations but our Evansville area could use a facility like this. If we were to ever get this company in our area Im going to be the first to apply. This is my second time at a Landmark facility, and I hadnt had the greatest experience the first time around. This second time I was at the Carmel facility and my experience was miles better than the one I had in Louisville. Of course any treatment facility is going to come with some caveats that you may not like but overall the Carmel, IN facility was much nicer of a stay mostly due to the staff. If youre on the fence about going to a treatment facility, try this place out youll probably like it. I want to extend a special thanks to the nursing staff and therapists as they went the extra mile to make sure I had the best experience possible when other facilities Ive been to did not.

As I finished treatment with Landmark Recovery a few months ago, my whole life has changed. Landmark is not just a recovery center... it’s truly a treatment center. They have the most incredible team of compassionate, loving, experienced, so helpful, understanding professionals that I have ever experienced. They make everyone feel important and much like a family. ..but I mostly want to say “thank you” to Reg McCutcheon.... the leader of the pack. He is unlike anyone I have ever met. He taught me and helped me with all the things I’ve struggled with about my life that I didn’t understand, that I have questioned and been suffering my whole life...Reg was also was so kind to help my husband and I with our struggles and to help him better understand my addiction. Things that we have worked so hard to try to understand about each other. He helped us with the right guidance to work on a better life together. The rest of the team taught me the tools to survive, they are so structured and routine which I have needed my whole life. I am so blessed in so many ways to have the opportunity to find a treatment center like Landmark .. it is truly an original..one of a kind recovery center. If anyone is struggling with addiction... this is the best place to be for a better future. ..... 🙂🙏🏻

I was a patient here and i have to say this place Is poorly ran. Drugs were in the building all that was done was a behavior contact people sleeping with each other nurses giving wrong meds and you complain and it goes no where.i would recommend so many other places. After leaving i took myself to another rehab that was ran like it should be. Go to woodedglen or hickory if you truly want sorbrity.

Landmark is a nightmare. Please send your worst enemies here for help. I have literally been on the phone for 5 days just trying to get someone on the phone, constantly redirected to a different number, sent to out of order numbers and voicemails that are full. It is a for-profit organization that only cares about their bottom line and not about their patients at all.

Landmark is a growing company where the staff is educated and passionate about helping individuals reconnected with their true selves in their journey back to health.

Cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is the best - you feel like they really care about you as a person.

This is the first time I’ve been to a rehab with this curriculum and I’ve learned more in less than 35 days than I learned in 1 year at another facility. I love the experience and the staff.

The whole facility is great especially the staff very few places they allow you to smoke and you can here witch is nice at this difficult time in your life . I created good networking while I was there they set you up for success. Individual threopy and group threopy are very helpful also.

I believe that I received exactly what I need to stay clean. I really enjoyed the groups and the exposure to SMART Recovery that I received while at Landmark. I thought the staff was great, believe that the staff cares about me, and also that the staff met all my needs while I was there.
