Toni in Carlsbad is seriously the best! She took her time with explaining everything to me, and was not hesitant to answer all my questions about cool sculpting and laser hair removal. When I started my treatments I was pleasantly surprised to see all the girls working here are just like Toni, they take their time with you and make sure that you are in good hands. I just finished all my treatments and am VERY happy with the results of both my cool sculpting and laser hair removal. Now I am considering doing more laser hair removal. If you have been shaving or waxing for years, do yourself a favor and stop by Toni’s office in Laser Away Carlsbad, she will get you all set up to become like a slippery slim seal!

She made me feel totally comfortable, was very honest and informative about her experiences with cosmetic services that I asked her about and even had a technique to distract me from the painful parts of laser. Let me start off by saying that I did not receive a service from this location. Maggie was my rep and assisted me to schedule a procedure (coolsculpt) in August. I am a new mom and visited a pelvic floor PT who advised that I complete my PT treatments for diastatis recti (DR) before having any elective procedure done. I spoke with Maggie regarding this update and she went from kind to very condescending. She questioned the veracity of my decision to change my mind, stating oh okay so you just have buyers remorse after I explained that I was following a suggestion from a healthcare provider. She expressed doubt that a PT would ever say that and that she doesnt agree with the rationale. I found this particularly interesting because Maggie herself suggested that I might have DR during the consultation process. So now that you have my 7K, now your opinion has changed? I found it incredibly insulting and frankly, none of her business. As a customer, I can call and say I just changed my mind. I only offered explanation because I (thought I) built rapport with Maggie through the consultation process.I honestly would have probably just rebooked once I finished my PT or used my credit for other services but Maggie left such an unsavory taste in my mouth, I will not be a customer at Laser Away in Carlsbad.

My experience with LaserAway was excellent. I felt safe it was highly professional and my clinician gave me all the time I needed. I left feeling taken care of and treated with the upmost respect. Two days later I feel like a new woman! I wanna give a shout out to Chelsea who was highly skilled and very gentle.

I spent $5,000 on 6 treatments for 5 areas and I wish I never did. Because of covid I’m back to where I started and no refunds or additional packages are being provided. I’m so disappointed with the results. It’s like I took 5 grand and lit it on fire. I don’t recommend laser hair removal as it hurts a lot and your hair growth returns to normal in a few weeks. Just shave or wax. It’s less painful and you get better results.

Friendly professional atmosphere. They took time to consult with me to be sure the procedures I wanted would have a good result. They advised against one procedure because they did not think I would be happy with it. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t just take my money, but assessed me for a favorable outcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a tattoo removal or any other treatment for that matter!!! If you accidentally miss the appointment, they are not rude in any way, they just book you on their next availability. I know some places can be rude when you miss the appointment but not them. Love Laser Away. From the moment I walk through the door I feel at home. I am greeted by name an asked if I want anything to drink. I am also given an update on when I will be seen. I love Tara, my nurse, she is knowledgable, professional an personable. She educates me from start to finish on the product an my after care. I love her technique, an she wants to make sure I am doing alright an in no pain. She really know her work. I have had several procedure that they offer an have been very pleased with all of them. Absolutely amazing and nothing short of it. I had called to attempt to schedule a consultation appointment and explained my current situation with regards to getting some finger tattoos removed. Tobi without hesitation catered to my request and took me in for a consultation the same day. Was so impressed with the facility, professionalism and overall facility that I ended up just purchases 11 treatments on the spot.I had my first appointment just 48 hours later. I was welcomed by one of the front desk employees named Gigi who instantly put me at ease and was very easy to talk to. She applied numbing cream on my fingers and catered the entire time up until my actual session. About 30 minutes later Sam, the RN who was going to be conducting the procedure, came to get me. She walked me into the room and explained how everything was going to work and exactly what to expect. Many times throughout the procedure she asked if I needed a break and had amazing bedside manner. We had a lengthy conversation on what to expect post treatment and at no point did I feel rushed. I genuinely felt as if I couldve kept her there all day to answering questions. She even supplied me with sample ointments to hold me off until I get my own.All in all, I am extremely confident in the decision I made with going to Laser Away at Carlsbad. Extremely professional and hospitable environment from start to finish. Greatly looking forward to my next up coming appointments and seeing the results of my treatments.

I’ve got thermage laser here. The price was pretty comparable, not many places have the laser though. The nurse was a little bit shaky old lady which made me little nervous at first, but once she start the procedure her hands were steady and professional. She made sure the laser was done evenly on all the areas. The result will show in 3 weeks so I am not sure about the result yet but my tiny wrinkles around my eyes are already diminishing.

The nurse I had was very kind and reassuring throughout the IPL facial.There is a small amount of discomfort with the procedure but the nurse performing the procedure continually talked to me making sure I was able to tolerate the small amount of discomfort and explained what area she was going to do next and to let her know how I was doing.They put a nice cool mask at the end.I feel I could see results the next morning.I will be doing my second one in a few weeks and am looking forward to the final results.

The front desk staff is warm, beautiful and professional. Overall my experience so far has been very positive. I had one nurse/technician that I was not as comfortable with, but outside of that, everyone has gone above and beyond to make me feel well taken care of.

I thought the nurse was very nice and the receptionist was as well. My procedure went flawlessly! My only critique would be that the nurse didn’t know pricing. I think that would cut down time for the patients if the practitioners also knew the prices of the services they give and also the specials going on. It was info that I was inquiring about. Carrie did a fantastic job with my lip injections! I’ve been getting them for almost 2 years and she had such a gentle touch and knew exactly where I needed my touch ups. I had zero bruising and such minimal swelling after only one day (which is usually when my swelling is the worst!). I couldn’t be happier with my results. I will definitely be coming back!

I have not taken proper care of my skin for many years and found Laser Away ladies to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They have given me good advise on products and treatments. There was a communication problem where I misunderstood what I was getting. I was very disappointed but then while I was waiting for my appointment the Manager, Dana generously offered to make the problem right. I am grateful and surprised in this day and age of greed. I purchased a 10 session laser hair removal package. I have one left and I definitely see progress. Every time I go in, everyone is really friendly. They always ask if I am feeling comfortable during treatment. Only advice is make sure you schedule ahead of time. If you wait last minute or try to reschedule, its tough to find the day and time you want since they book fast. Overall my experience with this particular Laseraway office has been positive.

I highly recommend Laser Away. The packages they offer are great value, especially considering that the clinicians are exceptionally well trained at making you look and feel your best. They are highly skilled and listen to your concerns and provide you with thoughtful and effective options. I have been a client of Laser Away for about 2 years.I saw that some folks complained about having to wait for an appointment. In my experience, if a place isnt booked out a few weeks in advance, its because they dont have a lot of clients, and thats not a good sign. The front desk is always courteous and does their best to accommodate scheduling.

I love LaserAway UWS. I was running about 5 mins late so I called to speak to the front desk representative. They answered quickly, were polite and professional and said it would be no problem. I arrived and was checked in by the friendly front desk staff. Just moments after being checked in, Tanya, my technician for the day calls me in. Tanya was fantastic! She was so detailed and took her time. We had great conversations so I wasn’t focused on the actual laser going on. Although I was a little behind schedule Tanya made sure to get all my services done! Hope Tanya’s my tech next time I go!

The ladies here are so wonderful. I purchased a Groupon for 3 IPL facials and they always treated me like a regular. Gigi, Toni, Stephanie and Lindsay are the greatest. I will be back to LaserAway. The service works great my dark spots on my face have faded dramatically. So happy with the results.

The first time I went in for a conceltation and I waited almost an hour to see anyone. I had already filled out all of my information on line for them. So I know I was prepared. I dont feel they were. Two people left. The other 3 I believe got help. I then saw a gal who was a certified doctor. She was great. I went home made my decision and tried to call the next day. I got put on hold & then again. I finally gave up & called later. Paid for what I wanted & then when I went in. There was nobody but the receptionist, who was on a personal phone call & I was on time. She never acknowledged me, so I stood up & she still ignored me, went to back & sat back down, all while still talking in the phone. Finally I got in & out with the greatest MD Tera. So luckily there are more professional people than their front desk girl or I wouldnt go back.

I went in a few weeks ago for Botox and lips then again last week for a touch up. I am so happy with the results. I will be a forever customer to Christy and I loved Jamie too!

My consultation was completed at the office. I dont feel that it could be done over the phone. I live relatively close so the it was not a problem. However, one should know that the consultation visit is the medical history review. It does not take very long. I completed medical history on a tablet. It was quick and easy. The lobby was clean. The receptionist greeted me and was very polite. Yes, there was up -sale. The reception informed me of the price for additional procedures. I choose to add laser hair removal for my lip as well as my chin. You can choose to proceed or politely decline. The technician escorted me to the treatment room which was very clean. The nurse came in to review my medical history. The technician returned to complete the procedure. She explained the proceeds as she went along. She use the laser and cool air to prevent my skin from burning. It was the best laser hair removal procedure I have ever experienced!!! I have had the procedure done at another office in which numbing cream was used. It was still uncomfortable, but no burns. The other office that I tried hurts and burns. I will return to Laser Away !!! They are the best. I have been telling everyone to visit. Thanks Laser Away.
