I reached out because the controller broke, on my mat, they were helpful until I said I got it from eBay, then they stopped responding. I have been trying for over a week to pay to get a replacement controller and they will not respond to emails or voicemail.Update: Once I posted this review, they responded and have shipped out a new controller. They stated the delay in response was due to them figuring out how to proceed. I am grateful for the response and processing a new controller, once it arrives, and my problem is resolved I will update the review accordingly.FINAL UPDATE: They shipped out the part very quickly. It got to me from overseas to the US in two days. Was able to get my mat back in service. Very happy. The only reason its not a five star now is because, I didnt get a response until I posted the initial review. However I do feel they went above and beyond to help me.

I read some of the reviews of this product and the company and they are just nasty and not fairFirst of all people have to research about this magnetic therapy .The cellular rejuvenation you are getting isn’t visible in 30 days . You probably feel more mobile and flexible. Your blood circulation to the muscles is so much better with this therapy .All I have to say . This is the best company I dealt with in a long time . All my concerns were addressed and resolved very fast .The owner is 100% behind his product .Also the value for money is exceptional!The Beamer cost 4-5 times more and isn’t better at all .So please research first before leaving negative reviews this company did not deserve !I give them 5 stars plus !

I purchased the PEMF full body mat and I was very pleased with not only the product but also the service I received. I received the goods within 3 days of my order. I could tell it was high quality because I have looked at other mats at a much higher price and the Oxford mat is far superior.

Theyve excellent service. just got my delivery in 2 days. pretty happy with my pemf mat, would highly recommend!

Update: I finally got a partial refund. Instead of using the actual exchange rate, they made up some rate so they took $96 extra for themselves (plus my $100 shipping cost to return the items).Original Post: Beware!!! I returned the mat and pulsepad as indicated and was in regular communication with them about when to expect a full refund. UPS tracking shows it was accepted on Friday, Dec. 4, 2020. They asked me to to show them the tracking. I did. They acknowledged receipt and said theyd issue refund on Monday, Dec. 7, 2020. Its Dec. 25, 2020 and still no refund. Rego keeps promising me the refund. Where is it???? This company has essentially stolen $1000 CAD. Give me my money!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My grandmother ordered a package and including the every shipping it was $800. Came from over seas. She used it as recommended and she did not notice feeling any difference so we decided to return it. I read the requirements and we packed it up and sent it to their CA location. I then sent them the tracking number. Have not heard anything back from them. Have sent several emails, several messages on Facebook, and have attempted to call them but can not get a hold of them.We are hoping to get our refund but no one has contacted us back about stuff

My Dad never got his refund, even after being personally promised a refund by Istvan in responce to his review above.Can only assume they are lying in all of their promises and commitments.

Never have gotten a refund of $375. USPS tracking shows they received item, and they said refund was done. Pack of lies .Stay away.

Returning this Mat is impossible! The 30 day money return policy is BS. Unless you’re BUYING no one answers your calls.

I am in the medical profession. I placed an order and asked to return the product and was told where to send it and will get prompt refund when received. I sent tracking numbers as requested. I waited several days after knowing the package was delivered to inquire about my refund . I have sent several messages, no answer to repeated phone calls and emails. I will give it 2 days and will post again if my money is refunded. Otherwise, I have other recourse

I’m having the same issues with trying to return something! They just ghosted me! No reply to multiple emails, contact form on website and even phone calls! This company is a SCAM!Update: the only way I got through to them was Facebook messenger! It takes days for a response but they do respond. I finally got my money back after hounding them about it. They kept saying the refund was processed but I never got it.
