Things started off great. Everything from treatment, the staff, the price. Then came a time where I wanted to come off of TRT and there was little to no support from GameDay. I texted, called, and left two voicemails to try and speak with someone about tapering down and ultimately coming off of TRT but it was as if their customer service goes out the window once you decide you want to cancel the subscription. I decided to quit cold turkey, since I couldn’t get any advice from GameDay’s staff, but did not cancel my subscription assuming it would be mailed to me as it always has. They now refuse to mail me any of my at-home injection orders and claim that I’ve had too many ‘no-shows’, when in reality I’ve always either done at-home injections or been a walk in customer.

This review is long overdue because I started working with GameDay over a year ago. I started to notice my body change around 2.5 months in. My shirts are started to fit differently/better. Today, I feel absolutely fantastic. Sleeping awesome, my recovery is far better, I feel stronger, and my general mood has drastically increased. 10/10 would recommend.

I believe the cost is very reasonable for how available Game Day is to help. This is truly a business I want to uplift, and I have high standards and no patience for business that don’t absolutely put the customer first.In short, I don’t expect anyone to be disappointed, they are so willing to spend as much one on one time as possible to sort through anyone’s concerns.

GameDay gave me back the vigor of life as I call it. I came into GameDay because they accept insurance but I was a little skeptical. I’ve been working with my physician for years, but he recently moved away. A doctors visit made easy, if you want results and simplicity this is the place for it. Your asked about what is going on, get blood work and if your eligible your explained the process and are able to have it all begin that day. Plus the entire staff is polite. When I reached out to GameDay, I had so many hands in all sorts of problem buckets. My sleeping was horrible and had this permanent brain fog. Even when I did manage to get a good amount of sleep, I was exhausted and empty. After going to the clinic and starting my treatment plan, I slept like a baby. Gameday is awesome. I hate giving blood but the medical assistant made it virtually painless. The entire process to get your levels tested to beginning the program can be done in 1 hour if you qualify. So nice not having to go to multiple places just to get started on testosterone replacement.

I had 3 doctors in 3 years trying to fix these energy dips I’ve struggled with. They never bothered to check my levels and kept pushing creams on me or proclaiming it had to be depression because some boxes on their lists were checked.
