I did the program to have my blood work analyzed and Trey created a nutrition program for me. I am 49 and workout regularly-live an active lifestyle. My energy levels were low and I wanted to lose a little bit of extra weight too. His guidance and coaching on nutrition got me on the path to more energy for day to day living and way better endurance for my workouts. I feel strong in my body and learned a more balanced way to fuel my body. 3natural Bionutrition is a really good nutrition plan,I would recommend this to people who are playing sports and are trying to make it to the next level and to people who wants to start a healthier life. This helped me out a lot because I was always 112 pounds and I had a hard time trying to gain weight until the day my club coach introduced me to Trey Triplette and he really helped me with my diet and having more muscle. I’ve started this at the ending of December in 2019, I’ve gained weight every single week, now I have more energy, and I have more lean muscle. I have gained 13lbs in 3 months while doing this and now I’m at 125.2lbs.
