The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and how to do it. They will take the time to make sure everything is out of your child’s hair no matter how long it takes. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to making sure you know that this is not your fault and how common it really is. I also love the fact that they use all natural products. If you have been battling lice and feel like you have done everything to treat it but it just not working, make an appointment and finally get some peace of mind.

I had never had lice before in my life and neither had my 4 year old son, so I was in a total panic when I found these creepy crawlers on my head and on my son, and the tears were flowing by the time I found the phone number for the closest lice service, but within moments of talking with Miguel I felt at ease. He got me an appointment for a few hours later at their salon and took great care of us. Truly compassionate care from the whole staff. Our technician Gina was awesome as well, such a sweetie. 10 stars!

As soon as I discovered lice on my daughter’s head I tried all I could find on internet. But when after 3 days I found a baby lice, I knew I did not get the eggs and that I needed help quickly. I called in the morning and got an in-home appointment for the same day. Miguel was really helpful and flexible. The same evening Celina arrived on time and relieved my stress right away. She was very professional and extremely thorough! She gave me a lot of tips and when she found so many eggs, I knew that I had made the right decision by calling this company. These guys are so responsive! Not only are their gurus super sweet and fast, the scheduling person responded to me in the middle of the night when I had an emergency. I’ve used them twice now and have been recommending this company to all my friends with kids- it was so easy and totally worth it!

I am so grateful to OLG and especially, Sarah, who was an incredible technician! One of my three daughters was diagnosed with lice at school and I thought I had done a great job of getting it out myself. We had the whole family checked and turns out another one of my daughters had it too. Organic Lice Guru was soooooo helpful in treating some pretty bad cases of lice in 3 little girls that my friend was hosting at her house because the girls family was experiencing homelessness. Taking the girls in was stressful enough, then to find out they all had lice was pretty overwhelming for my friend. I called around for her to book treatments, and even though Miguel wasnt able to get them in until the next morning, he was so helpful in giving advise on what to do for the night and how to keep it from spreading to her family. The girls had long, thick hair, and had probably had the lice for over a year. It took 2 days to get through all 3 of them for the first treatment, then another day for the follow up a week later. Both Gina and Celina worked on them, and they were both so friendly, kind, patient, and thorough. The salon was clean and comfortable, and they had a tv for them to watch movies while being treated. There were also some toys for them to play with while waiting, and even snacks and water. We really appreciated all the help and Miguel was even kind enough to offer a discount since this was a huge out of pocket expense that we werent expecting. We checked into Legoland and I found lice in my daughters hair while pulling it into a ponytail. The California sun sure showed me with great clarity that we had an immediate problem with an unknown conclusion. On vacation. Did I mention it was her 5th bday?! So I googled, checked a few reviews and OLG had text messaging assistance. A wonderful feature while we waited in line. I was able to book a mobile lice appointment with just a few clicks and we headed to the hotel to meet our specialist. Celina was professional, kind, patient and WONDERFUL. She set up a check station in our hotel bathroom and 3 out of 4 of us had lice in varying stages. She carefully and expertly combed and treated the children and myself. She even helped sing happy birthday to my impatient birthday girl who was hoping for cake a little early. It was a long appointment but she educated us about lice transmission, prevention and many tips. I wasnt even the slightest bit upset after spending so much time with Celina. I felt armed with knowledge and confidence after her tuition. We bought the OLG comb and treatment bottle to use for our recheck since we would be back in the Midwest for our recheck period. Highly recommend and cant say enough positive things about Celina!

I have never been more gald to be bald than when my wife and kid got lice. Luckily we found these folks and they came over the same day and got rid of all the lice for us. Well worth the cost (not cheap, but beats the alternative).
