Dr Brizzie and Fusion Physical Medicine have been absolutely amazing through my healing process. I have been injured multiple times, and I will only go to a Doctor I trust. Dr Brizzie is kind, professional and very thorough in his work. He will help you heal, no matter what your injury is!

I brought my wife here after chronic use caused a lot of pain in her shoulder. Dr. Brizzie did some tests, then used an ultrasound machine to image the shoulder in real-time. He clearly diagnosed what was the problem. He advised her to rest before doing any additional treatments. I was so impressed Im going to get my shoulders checked as a preventative measure. And my wife feels much better today:)

Dr. Brizzie has helped me with numerous issues over the years. Hes kept me off of the operating room table twice (with full resolution of both issues!!). One prominent neurosurgeon wanted to perform a lumbar fusion - I had piriformus syndrome with awful achy glut muscles that lead to sciatica etc....Dr. Brizzie performed steroid injections and we finally calmed it down with Botox!!Another prominent ortho surgeon wanted to operate on a small rotator cuff tear and Dr Brizzie told me that this was the perfect scenario for PRP injections. I had 2 PRPs and Im pain free!!He will do procedures right then and there in his office (with what would take MONTHS for insurance to approve...Ill pay cash and itll be done that same day (always for less than what my co pay would have been and no more suffering!!). Truth!!Hes super super nice and very caring and well skilled with ultrasound guided steroid injections. He has literally saved me from SO much pain that I am forever grateful. His office staff are really nice and competent too. They will usually be able to squeeze me in within a few days if I have a severe flare up. Thank you, Dr. Brizzie!!!

First off, the office is fantastic. It feels classy and comfortable. Cool art and decor makes it feel so different than the sterile hospital vibe I dread. Secondly, the staff are great! Super friendly and supportive in explaining everything. Finally, Dr. Brizzie is amazing. He really makes you feel like hes a partner in your healing. He talks straight and doesnt promise miracles...but when my shoulder pain disappeared, the results were miraculous to me. I never thought dealing with pain could be so painless.

So Ive been seeing Dr. Brizzie for a couple of months now, and this review comes after my most reason appointment. I believe there were a couple of new assistants, that were friendly and very helpful. Dr. Brizzie also seemed in good spirits that morning and for the first time I felt a good Doctor/patient vibe. Hes obviously an amazing physician, with a long list of patients which makes his practice busy and high paced. He is always very deligent with patient care and I am certain that he and his team will continue to provide great medical service.

Wouldnt give any stars. I just received my settlement information. For the first and only visit I had with him, one pain medicine I received from him, and a tens unit that cost $49 online, he charged $1412. Hes been known to Civil attorneys for totally overcharging. He was going to do a procedure on me that would have been the opposite of what was needed in my case. Ive already heard from other doctors, that they get his patients from him after he messes them up with the needed procedure for their back issues. Sad that people like him are allowed to practice medicine. His staff was pretty nasty to me when I declined a second medicine prescribed and did not want to do the suggested procedure.9/9/17Because of Google set up of the site, I am not able to write a new review, I can only add to the one I wrote about a week ago. Its the above text which I wanted to give no stars to, because of what you can read, and other things not even mentioned in this post. Today my rating of Dr. Brizzie is better simply because he cared enough to contact me on my review. He wanted to know what had happened at his office, which I had only shared with my attorney at the time of the incident. Dr. Brizzie and I talked for a while. He apologized for his staff and promised to do something about it, if this person was still working for him. He is fully aware that his staff is the first impression patients get, and that can make it or brake it.We went over his pricing, and even though the law allows him to charge what he does, I still thought it is too much for what I got. Dr. Brizzie then offered that he would pay me his cut out of the settlement, because he wants his patients to always have a good experience. I thought this was rare of a business owner to offer, and I could see that even though we dont see eye to eye on the financial side, he does care enough to want to make it right. A few days later he called me again to follow up with me. He had by now found out who the staff was that was over the top rude, and had let her go. He also send me a check in the amount discussed. I never expected to get money back, just wanted to voice my frustration at the time of the first review. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the way he handled this matter.

I typically wait to write a review until I feel I can speak to the whole experience, not just first impressions (when providers put their best foot forward in hopes of getting good reviews). Ive been working with Dr. Brizzie for about 6 months now being treated for spondylolisthesis in my lower back. I can vouch for Dr. Brizzie and the entire staff and Fusion. Each experience thus far has been pleasant. I feel Dr. Brizzie truly wants to help people heal and see them get out of pain. He is knowledgable, straight forward, very kind and has an arsenal of modalities available depending on your situation. Dr. Brizzie and his staff are flexible and very accommodating. Recommend.

Dr Brizzie is a compassionate Dr who spends time and listens to his patients. He is passionate about helping people manage their pain to provide quality of life. I have been a patient for 6 years and he continues to help with my chronic pain as well as acute flare ups. He performs treatments many Drs arent aware of or trained to do. I like that these treatments can be done in his office and I dont have to make another appointment to go somewhere else. I highly recommend Dr Brizzie and Fusion Physical Medicine.
