We love Carlsbad Childrens Dentistry. My children are always happy to go, the staff is incredibly nice and the installations are impeccable. Dr. Dabir is always kind and interacts with the children in a calm loving way. He always makes sure to explain in detail any issues and gives you the best options for you to consider as treatment. I cant say enough, they are the best!

Two words: toddler magicians! I cannot say enough positive words about everyone in the office — from the person who first greets your child at the door, to the dental hygienists, to the dentist, himself.They always introduce each step in the cleaning process so gently, and in such a fun way, that my child could not wait to have her cleaning and fluoride treatment done. She is a toddler, so that says a lot!If I could give 10 stars, I would. They just have that special ‘toddler magic’ that will keep us coming back again and again.

Great dentist and great staff. What I love about this place is the fact that the dentist considers the emotional well being of the patient, first and foremost. Going to the dentist can be tough for kids when they are there for more than a cleaning. The dentist will weigh the risks and benefits with you truthfully when discussing a treatment plan.

They were amazing. From the moment my son and I walked through the doors I knew we had to change our dentist to Carlsbad Children Dentistry. My son has severe anxiety with the dentist and our last experience was terrible. Coming here today was so freeing. My son didnt have a single issue. Amazing all together from the front office, to the assistants to dentists themselves. So wonderful!

Have been taking our 6 yr old for some time now and the customer service is excellent. Our 10-month old had her first set of teeth come in and had her first check up. They did everything to make the visit easy and comfortable for the girls. Highly recommend them!

This pediatric dental office is as good as it gets! Staff is super patient and caring and Dr. Dabir is the greatest! After a not so great visit to another pediatric dentist in the area, my son was scared, but once we brought him here he is very comfortable and loves it! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have always had a great experience so I’m not sure what happened today. Our oral technician was great, very friendly, and well versed in her technique. After she finished, she said the dentist will be in shortly; unfortunately after waiting 35 minutes without being seen or informed of the delay, we chose to leave. It appeared that the dentist there was with one patient for that 35 minute period, poor time management.Dr Dabir was on his day off so perhaps his absence was the source of this issue.

Dr.Dabir has been my boys’ dentist for about 13 years. Dr. Dabir and his staff are amazing. Not only are they great at what they do, they make it a fun experience for my boys.

This was both my girls(3yrs/5yrs) first time at dentist. Booking appt was super easy with great availability. All new patient docs super easy to complete and return! The actual appt itself was perfect. Staff was super friendly and fun... everything beyond kid friendly! My older daughter was very nervous for her first dentist visit and within kind of being there she said I like it here I wish I could go first next time. When leaving both girls were literally skipping down the hall saying ‘that was so fun, I can’t wait til we get to go to the dentist again!’ Thank you thank you... I’ll take that for a huge WIN!!! Dr. Dabir is the best pediatric dentist I have ever encountered. He is so effective at getting his patients to receive treatment. Ive seen him give shots of anaesthetic without the kids realizing what is happening. The way he performs more complex treatment insures safety and comfort. He exudes a perfect balance of calm, playfulness, and expertise. I like how he uses up to date technology to make procedures more effective, less invasive, and more efficient. His staff take their cues from him and manage patients just as well as he does. COVID precautions seem thorough but barely noticeable, if one can imagine.

Dr. Dabir has been my kids dentist for the past decade, and I cant speak highly enough about our experience. We found Dr. Dabir to be calm, patient, and very good. Aside from the normal cleanings and fillings, he navigated us through multiple tooth pullings for orthodontics, and what could have been frightening became just another visit. The offices are bright, clean, and kid friendly, including televisions on the ceilings. My kids are adults now, so were moving to another dentist, but I will always be grateful for the service that Dr. Dabir provided.

My kids always have the best time and look forward to visiting every 6 months! I like that they are always on time, thorough with any explanations, and happy to answer any questions! Dr. Dabir and his staff go above and beyond every visit to make it a great experience.

Dr. Dabir is hands down the BEST dentist I have ever come across. My children look forward to seeing him even when they need to get their teeth pulled. He is warm, caring, and my children trust him 100%. We are already lamenting the day when they will have to graduate to an adult dentist.

This office almost had me in tears, good tears to be clear, during my kids’ visits today. Our 6 y/o has mod/severe autism with an intellectual disability. Both the hygienist Lauren and Dr. Dabir were fantastic at being super patient and making him as comfortable as possible by being playful with the instruments. My son did briefly let them go in his mouth before we had to try an alternative to get a better look. Re my 2y/o, they had the same patience with him and had spoiled him with so many toys and stickers that he was very comfortable and cooperative.There was no push for unnecessary treatment. The facility was clean. Dr. Dabir has privileges at Rady’s if there is ever the need for anesthesia. I believe they only take PPO. 10/10. Will be recommending this office to friends.

Didnt wait at all to be seen. The staff is nice. They were very nice to my son. His experience was awesome. They made him feel very comfortable with all the instruments they had to use on me. The x ray was fun for him. When we were going down the elevator he actually told me mommy I had fun that made me smile.

Wow! They have gone above and beyond to keep both staff and patients safe. So many precautions from calling when you arrive to check in so no waiting in the waiting room, temperature checks for all who enter, hand sanitizer for everyone, rooms are sanitized after each patient, everyone, customers and staff wear masks, seriously, the list goes on... to top it off they still give the kiddos a prize at the end of the appointment only instead of the kiddos digging through the treasure box, they have a menu with pictures of all the prizes so the kids can pick what they want and the staff gets it for them. Its AMAZING what theyve done to make us feel at ease, even with all the extra precautions it felt like any other wonderful appointment thanks to the warmth of the doctor and whole staff! We feel so lucky to have such an incredible dentist for our kiddos! BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!!!

This dentistry is really good! My two little boys have been here for more than two years. All stuff are always friendly and professional. Especially the doctor is an excellent doctor. He loves children and has magical powers to talk with children. My kids really love him. It also has many advanced machines which are super technical to relieve the pain when the kids need to treat their teeth. Really recommend this office!

This office has a lot of wonderful aspects. Very easy to book our appointment, bright and clean space, fun atmosphere and friendly staff. It just wasn’t the right fit for my preschooler. The amount of visual stimulation (TVs playing, bright wallpaper, toys and prizes), in addition to all the stickers and rewards offered along the way turned out to be just too overwhelming for my young child.

This place is absolutely amazing and beyond nice! My daughter is obsessed with going to get her teeth cleaned. I highly recommend this dentistry for all children

Well organized office that is setup for kids to feel comfortable during their visit. Both of my kids go here and weve had a few different hygienists, all of which have been friendly and great with my young kids. Everyone seems to really enjoy their job there. Dr. Dabir is a great dentist as well. He takes his time to answer questions and explains any possible issues clearly. He is great with kids and keeps very aware the comfort level of his young patients. Recently, he discussed some possible issues with my kids teeth and was considerate enough to talk with me privately as to not worry my them just yet.

I love this dental office, the dentist, the staff, the facility itself, its amazing! Its been a journey to find a dentist that can work with everything going on with my son and my anxiety from bad dentist experienced, so Im so thankful that we found Carlsbad Childrens Dentistry. They have the latest gadgets, work really well with our Delta Dental Insurance and are very patient and sweet with the kids.

Ive been taking my kids here for at least 4 years and I just love it. They work so hard to create positive associations of going to the dentist. I grew up terrified of the dentist but my kids are doing fine so far. The staff is always kind and friendly and have gone out of their way to make the kids feel comfy: explaining the procedures, offering blankets, putting on movies, etc.

What a difference a pediatric dentist makes! After making the mistake of taking my little ones to the same dentist I went to - I realized I needed someone who the kids wouldnt be afraid to visit! Fortunately, Dr. Dabir was in the same building! My kids have been seeing him since they were in kindergarten & pre-K! Sadly, my youngest is turning 18 this year. Both my kids would prefer to continue with Dr. Dabir! You cant find a better fit for kids than the staff at Carlsbad Childrens Dentistry!

Dr Dabir and staff are wonderful! My daughter has had several issues with her teeth and our regular family dentist referred us to Dr Dabir. He is friendly and wonderful with the kids. He has taken very good care of my daughter and fixed her teeth right up:) She still has no idea that she has had shots in her mouth! I trust him immensely.

I endorse all the positive comments given by others.We took our 6 years old and 2 years old kids there and our experience has been absolutely delightful.My elder one needed extensive work, the way Dr. Dabir explained us the situation and the treatment plan was exceptional. He never tried to put blame on parents or he didnt make us feel bad for the plight of our kids or didnt blame the previous Dentist who did all the work a year ago (I am telling this because, we went to other dentist before and our experience was just the opposite to what I experienced here).And the anesthesiologist who supported Dr. Dabir was excellent in terms of explaining all the pros and cons and they way he prepared my kid (only complaint is the burden on my pocket, as my medical insurance didnt pay for anesthesia).Icing on the cake is their prizes for kids. Kudos to all the support staff, keep it up guys.Thank you so much!!!!Summary: They know what kid wants and they know what parents wants to hear and most importantly they know what they are doing.. I wholeheartedly recommend CCD to my friends and others..

Excellent dental office in Carlsbad. Clean, efficient, and never have to wait. They have always been exactly in time for our kids appointments so far and with two kids they always get us back to back and in the same room together. Ashley even gave my daughter a blanket and pillow to watch the moving on the ceiling with her brother while his teeth were being cleaned. Ironically my kids get excited to come to the dentist! Highly recommend this office and Dr Dabir.
