Dr. Ismail and Physician Assistant Taylor Keen, are 2 of the best people in medicine Ive dealt with to date. The office staff is very busy all the time. Thats a good thing. I find the experience at Carlisle Neurocare to overshadow any experience Ive had with the Penn State Hershey facility. 🌝

My wife saw this doctor several times over a year and a half. Never once did he seem to care. He ordered tests and didn’t even look at results until he was in the room with her. He prescribed medications that did not help, and then told her to just stay strong at rechecks.We requested copies of the records and were told it would take a week to get them together. Then, we were charged money for the records. I asked, knowing the answer, if records belonged to the patient and was told we had to pay for the paper and ink. (Coincidentally we had gotten copies of records from two other places that same day and weren’t charged.) Then we found out the records were incomplete because the last visit wasn’t available, despite the fact that the last appointment was over 6 months ago.The staff was always very friendly. The doctor is a waste of space.

I’ve been with this doctor for 10 years. I think he is good. Easy to talk to & has been very helpful over the years.

He no care, he no love. he no compassion. no bedside manner. what is wrong with this man? where is his heart?

Dr Ismail diagnosed me with a subdural hematoma, but failed to act on it. I almost died if not for the quick response of another physician. As it is, I am suffering from chronic migraine 24/7 since 2006 as a result! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!

The least respected medical professional I have ever worked with. The office staff is almost as incompetent as the doctor. Find someone else.
