I am a first time customer who had a complete Demco tow and braking system installed on my jeep and motorhome.  Installation was conducted in a timely and professional manner.  There were two issues which were resolved promptly.  One was a suspected intermittent breakaway switch and other was a minor adjustment of reed switch.  Dale and his staff analyzed the situation and worked through the issues promptly. Dales persistence in getting this resolved led him to the Demco staff who provided the technical details about the system.  All issues were resolved with professionalism and the system is operating perfectly.Dale and Gail work diligenty each and everyday to ensure customer satisfaction.  It maybe a long distance to go for RV service but it is worth the time and effort to get honest, trustworthy service which D&G stands behind.

World class. On the way up to the campground an air conditioner died on my class A. Traveling with my 3 children, a 3 month old, 2 years old and one 10. Everyday 90ﾟ plus, They opened at 8:00 a.m., I called them and 805, I had 2 brand new air conditioners installed on my RV by 10:30 a.m. Same day. Incredible. I would give them 10 stars if I could.I live 3 hours away, but if I need any work done I will definitely be making that 3 hour trip, Thanks again Dale and John.

Would not recommend them for repair service. Our awning was not working. They came to our camp site. Could not fix it said we had plenty of power to the switch. Charged us $ 230.00 for less than an hours work. Came home our son checked it and there was no power to the switch. He located the fuse box and the fuse was blown. Put in a new fuse and awning now works perfectly.

I would have given D & G 10 stars, but the system would not allow that. I had a wiring issue and a leaking slide on my motor home and had to find someone to repair it. I searched on line and found D & G, (glad I did). Because of the nature of the leak, I thought the slide would have to be pulled. Dale and his crew fixed it with no issues and did not have to pull the slide. New seals and some good ingenuity, it was fixed good as new with no slide pulled.Most recently as I was loading water for a week trip, I had a bathroom leak. They stopped what they were doing and replaced the commode. Then the bus would not restart. Dale and his crew again stopped what they were doing and worked on my RV. The starter needed replaced and they just went to work and replaced it.In summary, these folks are friendly, professional, and honest. If you have need for RV repair or even custom up-grades, this is where you start. You will find the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. They are a little off the beaten path, but well worth the little extra effort. It is a pretty drive thru PA farmland. Only four or five miles off I-81. Your GPS will take you right to the door.

Would highly recommend D&G to anyone who needs RV repairs done in a thorough and timely manner.We dealt with Camping World, in both Harrisburg and Hanover, PA forover 4 months (not an exaggeration) trying to get our rear air conditioner replaced.It all began when we ordered a new air conditioner from Camping World.It came in when they said it would, but......they then realized the ordered the wrong color.It all went downhill from there.After, literally months, of one problem after another, we finally decided we had heard enough excuses, that we decided to pay for the air conditioner and take the RV to D&G.They had our air conditioner up and running in less than a week.We will never go anywhere else for repairs.

My wife and I would like to thank D&G RV Repair. Driving up from VA, we encountered very high winds on our way to Carlisle, PA. So bad, that our slide cover loosened and was flapping the side of the RV. I called these good folks thinking that the cover material would have to be replaced, and it will soon. They came out on a cold morning, got on a ladder and manually rolled it out and put it back on track. I tried to pay, but he said that I did not owe anything for this. Folks, you can fully trust this company. They come with my highest recommendation!

We had a fantastic experience. We developed some water issues about 150 miles into our trip to Louisiana. No water, no cooking or toilets. Two rv trailer service centers already told us no way: booked until.february.D and g stoppedtheir work and graciously fixed our problem within thirty minutes. This gesture saved our trip to New Orleans. The price was reasonable and the courtesy extended was superb. A place in the country with a lot of heart. Rock on
