When I first walked in and was greeted, I could not believe face mask were still required. But the nice young ladies there explained it and I was okay with it. Kaitlyn cut my hair and did an absolutely fantastic job. Its just the way my girl at Great Clips in Florida cut it. I will definitely be back.

Only Rating it a 5 star because of the excellent haircut I received from the young sweet lady with dark hair, BUT I can honestly say I will not be back. Solely because I was in there on a Sunday and there was a almost a two hour wait with ONE employee working that day. Poor girl was rushing around trying to accommodate everyone that walked through the door, looked like she didn’t have time to do much of anything. I had asked why there was only her working on a busy Sunday and she said that they were short staffed. In my opinion, If you are that shortly staffed why open at all? How can you do that to your employee(s) ? I have been here in the past when they closed down on random days. A place that treats their employees like that won’t get my business. Do better “Great” Clips.

I love great clips can sign in online and they notify you 15 mins before it is your turn. Always do a nice job on my hair and prices are reasonable

First let me say that my stylist Antonia was very sweet. I am very, very dissatisfied with my haircut because I dont think she had any idea how to do what I asked for. She even went back 3 times to try and do what I asked of her, I even showed her different pictures of what I wanted. I have had this cut many times before and she did nothing I have ever seen. Im hoping to have it fixed but she took at least 18 to 20 inches off and I dont think I can go much shorter! So, so upset !!!

We (my daughter and I) came here for the first time today. Everyone was very nice and friendly - speedy (barely any wait - get the app its great). The lovely lady that took care of my daughter and I was so nice and did a great job on both my daughter and I. I mistakenly allowed my friend to do a more trickier cut then my normal trim and they fixed it and I think moving forward we will always stick with Great Clips since the experience was so pleasant.

Great shop! Very clean and the staff was very professional. They do an excellent job of doing ones hair. The staff are chatty without being overdone. They make small talk with the customers with ease. There is nothing worse than getting someone who says nothing. It makes it weird for the customer to just sit there. And they also keep track of how you get your hair cut - so no matter what location you go to - you get the same cut.

The COVID measures were a little more unique (like locking the door to prevent busting the maximum number of people) but the staff was very pleasant, and the haircut was terrific!

Looked around everywhere for colored hair gel for the boys for picture day. I called Great Clips and they had it in stock and even asked what colors I needed and offered to set them aside! Upon arrival the hairdresser that greeted me was super sweet and friendly! I wish I would have caught her name!

I don’t know what I am doing with my hair most of the time so I rely on the expertise of the lady’s cutting my hair to kinda interpret what I want. The experience at this location didn’t go so well the lady did my hair like I was 12 year old. It was an unpleasant experience the lady cutting my hair didn’t say a word and when she was done asked if I wanted anything else but she had already taken the apron off and yes I needed something else which seemed to up set her further. Lastly I hate how I come out of these places covered in hair there is no way I could go anywhere else but home to wash it out. I chalk my experience up to half my fault I need to figure out what the hell im doing with my hair...

Yesterday I was able to take advantage of the hair cut special at this salon. I am totally pleased with the way Sandy changed my hair style. When she thought she had finished, I asked her to make it shorter, which she did to prefection! People in my community have made very favorable remarks about the results. Ive had my hair cut here a few times now. Everytime it has been good. The last couple times were by Jen who did a great job.

Friendly but disappointed because didnt REALLY listen to what I wanted. Trim was okay but asked for shampoo & style and all she did was spray me & trim & done. Okay?? Not cool.

Came here today to get haircuts and they were closed!!! Staffing issues! What a company! Normally great people and good place. 20 min drive one way for nothing but a waste of time!

I love Great Clips! I have had 3 haircuts in the last 12 months while each one was different, they turned out to be exactly what I asked for! The stylists really take the time to listen!

10/30/18 Had a bad haircut from a older female. You dont need to be an expert to see that you blended way to far back. If you look at it from the side its not in shape or symmetrical. Very awkward to look at. Had my employee say the same thing. I gave simple instructions with clippers.

I went to go get bangs and they totally messed it up. theyre cut uneven, shorter than what i asked for. i also asked for longer on the sides to frame my face, didnt get that. she didnt even dry my hair completely. my hair was still wet when i left. i also asked for an inch off the rest of my hair and some layers. she cut almost 3 inches off and got no llayers. bad experince.

The best thing about this salon is that you can sign in online! This saves a tremendous amount of time if your time is limited and you have a long to do list.

Great place for getting your haircut and having me online check-in is good also. The only downfall is it seems they have a high turnover in stylist but luckily they keep what you have had done in the past in the computer system

Checked in through the app that showed a 0 wait time. Upon showing up, there were 4 names on the display ahead of mine so I dont understand how the wait was 0. The stylists then had a couple of their friends in the chairs for over 40 minutes as they continued to have conversations until I finally walked out!
