I’m having a flipper mold setup in preparation for my front tooth implant. Dr. Jenny and Karen were very informative and understanding of my anxiety toward preparing to get an implant. Rachel at the front office was very diligent and kind in explaining to me about my insurance coverage. Thank you all Dr. Jenny and staff for making a very anxiety-filled situation less anxious for me. 🤗

Its always a pleasure to have you and your staff keep my teeth in good condition. Yes, even with drilling (that I dont particularly like), the experience is quite OK. The atmosphere of your office is very warm and makes one feel comfortable. And the dogs! What a wonderful idea to put people at ease. You and your staff are real artisans, as well as being technically excellent, and have a flair for what looks best on a particular person. Im happy to see you are expanding into other areas besides dentistry, so each visit is always a pleasant surprise. Even my dog is smiling in appreciation. Keep up the good work! Great dental experience! Dr Jenny and her staff are all wonderful. They actually make going to the dentist easy and fun. The office is beautiful, it has a cute little boutique and two of the best therapy dogs you are ever going to meet! Oh yeah, the awesome pain free dentistry is a total plus!!!! Dr Jenny also offers Botox and Fillers!!! I love my Dentist!!!!

I found Dr. Jennys practice online after recently locating from Dallas, TX to Carbondale and was able to quickly get an appointment to receive her cosmetic services. The treatment was virtually pain-free and after just one week the wonderful results are already noticeable! I’ve had several dentist in the past and at Dr. Mihalopulos, everyone is nice and friendly, the environment is comfortable. My experiences have been free of discomfort for the most part- injections are always unsettling but minimal As can be here as well. If you dislike dentist visits this is the place to go- Dr. Mihalopulos and staff are friendly and take good care of you. My dental experiences here have always been comfortable, far more than any other place and they don’t try to sell you various tooth care solutions just for fun. Also- the hygienist does an awesome job on cleanings, they make my teeth happy!!

Dr. Jenny is a wonderful dentist. Everyone on her staff is polite & professional. I had a horrible experience in the military & after explaining it to her, she & her staff go out of their way to be gentle, professional & continues RHETORICAL questions during procedures plus will explain exactly what she’s doing (if you want to know) Absolutely the only dentist I’ve ever gone too that I wasn’t nervous as hell waiting for my turn (I’ve actually walked out of appointments at other dentists before). I love Dr. Jenny & refer her to all my friends looking for a dentist.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 5 years (until yesterday!), I do everything youre not supposed to do for your teeth--I drink coffee daily, drink red wine in the evenings, eat a lot of acidic foods, dont floss regularly, etc... I was DREADING a dentist appointment because my dentist growing up would lecture me every time I came in on how I wasnt doing a good job and needed a lot of improvement, and made me feel so discouraged every time I left..Dr. Jenny (and my hygienist Jocelyn!) were FANTASTIC! Immediately put my fears at ease and even though it turns out I have some of the worst teeth and need several fillings and a lot of repair, they were so KIND and made me feel completely empowered to do what I need to to take care of my teeth! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a kind and compassionate dental office that takes great care of their patients! LOVE.

Dr Jenny and her staff are all very professional yet welcoming and kind. Her service dogs are so sweet and comforting, and the staff are so careful just in case a patient is uncomfortable around dogs.Im not someone who takes care of his teeth like he should. Unlike many other dentists, they dont make me feel bad or anything, they just give some tips on a non judgemental way. They very much want to change the negative stereotypes people have of the typical dental experience.A+ experience every time I go. I have never found any dentist better than her across all of the places Ive lived.
