Gone twice in last month and super professional and relaxed. Made me not pay attention while they drew my blood. That’s the skill. All good.

Courteous staff treated me very well from start to finish. Ignore any bad review of this location, my blood draw was painless and super quick. Make sure youre well hydrated and your blood draw should be just as painless as mine. Maria did a fantastic job of drawing my blood. I highly recommend this location in Capitola at 528 Capitola Ave!!

Due to my long-term health issues, I need to get blood work done at least every 3 months. Ive been coming to this location for several years and have never had a bad experience. There does seem to be a new person working here every year or so, but overall the service is great. The staff are courteous and work quickly. Ive never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. Coming during peak hours (lunch time, etc) is always slower at every Quest location and unavoidable.

I do not recommend this Capitola location for blood work because they rushed me through and even when its a Quest the information was different then any other Quest Ive been too. At the Quest by the Dominican Hospital thats been closed do to water damage it was always better the only equally good thing about Capitola was the person drawing my blood she was perfect and pleasant, and professional. Also the two front counter ladies the one who unlocked the front door for us waiting and the one that came in later. I hope to find some other place to get my blood work done so wish in luck.

Went to get my blood drawn a few minutes after they opened after lunch without an appointment. I had to wait a while but I didnt mind. I need to lay down to get my blood drawn because I faint sitting up, and they were very accommodating. The woman (whose name I didnt get) found my vein right away on the first try, and was finished in no time. I barely felt it. I was a little nervous because of the bad Google reviews, but had an overall very positive experience and I will be going back for all future appointments.

I made my appointment on line a month before I needed my blood test. I received two emails confirming the appointment. When I went to this location I was told that it had closed in April 2020, and I would have to go to another location. Why have this location still on your web site if it is closed?

Waited for 2 hours and still haven’t been called back for lab work. People in the lobby are frustrated and it’s completely full waiting on Quest. Only have one person working. Bad service all around

This was my first time to a Quest Diagnostics Center. I did not get a warm feeling from the place. I was not greeted in a courteous or professional way really, so there was no positive rapore established like what you might expect from a medical facility. When I went in for my test it was done professionally but the staff did not provide any useful information about how or when I would get my test results nor any useful information about insurance payment and how that works. They just said to go online and enter your name - which was not correct as it is sent to the Dr who wrote the prescription. Just sayin...there´s room for improvement.

They were amazing!!! I have great anxiety when getting blood drawn... I think it comes with getting older... The. Place was a bit hard to find and the directions dont tell you that it is in the dignity health ctr. Once we went in i waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes. The called me back and had the paperwork and blood drawn in less than five minutes. I told the tech that i dont like to know when the needle is about to go in and not only did she not tell me but i barley felt it and she was done in the blink of an eye!!! I defiantly recomend this location to get blood work!!!

Hours on line say Tues open till 12:30, then 1-5...NO NOT TRUE. closed at 12:00pm promptly. Drove all way over here on my lunch. Annoying!!

Not able to access human contact over the telephone. I had some questions that needed answers that werent available through their automated system. I think there should be a real person available to patients with circumstances that were not considered when you set up your lavish system eliminating jobs for American humans.
