Very friendly staff, and the dentist was amazing! My 9 year old daughter has always been afraid of the dentist. They comforted her, showed her all the tools and explained everything for her to understand. Quick and painless extraction. My little girl is no longer afraid of the dentist!

What a wonderful team of Dentists and dental hygienists! Both of my kids started going to Dr. Erin when they were toddlers and since they have had such positive experiences they love the dentist!! The hygientists are kind, patient and quick! My kids love watching the movie on the ceiling and petting the office therapy dog Ellie who keeps them still and calm in the chair. I highly recommend if you are looking for an honest, professional team to make an appointment here.

This was our first foray into dentists in Florida and it wasn’t a positive experience. Watch out for the $10 fee to have your child brush their teeth in the sink. Very stressful environment and not a place to go if you’re Covid cautious.

Pediatric Dentistry of Cape Coral is AMAZING! From the front office staff to the doctors - simply amazing. I have an 8 year old daughter with special needs. Her first visit was in September, where we met Dr. Taylor. Dr. Taylor was well informed on my daughters needs and triggers before even entering the room. She was patient and took the time to explain everything she was going to do before she did it, not only to me but also to my daughter in words that she could understand. Dr. Taylor showed my daughter each of her instruments and let her touch them first, which greatly helped calm her nerves. At the end of our first visit, Dr. Taylor requested to keep my daughter with her for all future visits to establish a routine and familiarity. I was blown away and thrilled that my daughter having a good experience was as important to her as it was to me. We met with Dr. Taylor for a second visit today, she remembered everything about my daughter and treated her with extreme care. She even gave her a stuffed animal for doing so well. Now, we both look forward to going to the dentist.

My husband stayed in the waiting room while my son was taken back to get his teeth cleaned. He thought he was only getting the normal teeth cleaning procedures but to find out they took x-rays without my husbands permission. When checking out the total was almost $300. They did not give him a bill just the credit card receipt that they charged. I had to call later after he got home to get an itemized list and that is when we realized they had done x-rays without his permission. I called them to explain to them that we never authorized this and that we were never asked if x-rays could be done on my child, as he is 11 and cannot make medical choices for himself. They told me that they did in fact ask and that my husband was sitting with him the whole time, which he was not and was in fact sitting in the waiting room while my son got his teeth cleaned. The receptionist I spoke to said well its our word against his. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a Dentist Office and will not be returning. Oh by the way, they charge you $10 for Oral Hygiene instructions. Absolutely Ridiculous.

They actually tried billing me for work they didnt do. I paid up front for all services provided at the time of visit. I was then billed for 99.00 with no explanation on the bill what it was for, obviously just a scam to get more money. Probably works 90% of the time. I call and leave a message, that I had already paid for all services provided, and get a return message that they did additional work. However the tooth mentioned wasnt fixed. And I was in the treatment room and present the whole time, they would have asked for the additional charges before leaving, trust me they have a paid in full at time of service policy.

Too expensive for what they do, we recently moved from Miami and we never had to pay $210 usd for anesthesia for an extraction, but if the price had been reasonable it would be fine, but now Ill prefer drive for 2:30 hours back and forward to Miami to serve my children and with the same quality for a lower price.

This dentist office is by far one of the best I have ever seen, my kids have been going here for routine work for about 1year and 1/2 and it’s been nothing but positive experiences yesterday my middle daughter had to get an extensive surgery for her teeth and both DR.Taylor and DR.Shepherd were both amazing finished the work perfectly and under the time they said and just about $600 UNDER WHAT THEY QUOTED ME! this dentist office couldn’t have done a better job! This is the place to be for kids dental work thank you again to everyone in that office! Amazing work

Best childrens dentist around. Ive been battling with several places to do a baby root canal. One office gave my daughter whos 4 years old nitrous and it still didnt work. They were very impatient with her. My insurance finally recommended us to this place. They were phenomenal. . The front desk nurses were amazing. The Dentist that was in the room with us along with the Nurse were both so great with my baby. They did a root canal no problem. They explained everything to her along the way. I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of cape Coral...

Great office and staff! My kids have never felt so at ease! My 5 year old has always been terrified of the dentist and he was able to be seen and didnt even cry. My 6 yr old has had a few crowns with them with just the laughing gas and even fell asleep during the procedure. Dr.A and his medical assistant are amazing! I would not take them anywhere else.

They were nice enough, but they did not explain to my 5 year old what was being done, and naturally he got scared and started crying.They said they couldn’t fix his teeth without completely putting him out, because he was a little scared not even bad.Fast forward to the bill.Almost an extra $50 dollars that my insurance didn’t cover due to hygiene instructions!? Are you kidding me!? You left my kid at the sink to brush his own teeth.Safe to say I wouldn’t go here or recommend it to anyone who has sensitive children. Also to add they wanted to charge me $2500 to fill a cavity and an X-ray. They saw $$$ instead of a person.

Loved it! I took my 7 yr old son there for the first time last week and absolutely loved it. All of the staff was super nice, patient and great with all the kids they were with, including my own. The equipment and room is very clean with updated technology and equipment. The colors are fun and lively. My son had a great time there! I would definitely recommend this place!

Dr. A and all of the staff are AMAZING. They are friendly and inviting, putting my 4-year old at ease to the extent that she loves going to the dentist! Every single person there knew her by name and cheered her on when she had to get some intensive dental work done. Dr. A was gentle, funny and reassuring thru the procedure. No tears at all from our little one! I highly recommend them!

We are so pleased with the care our son received. He had an accident and they fitted us in on a busy Monday morning. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and did everything they could to put him (and me!) at ease. He was very anxious when we first arrived, but relaxed under their care. My girls love it here! The staff is very friendly and weve never had any issues with payments or billings. I was told upfront on our costs and they even set my youngest for multiple appointments to make it more affordable to get her dental work done.

My son who usually gets anxiety and has sensory issues had a great experience at his new dentist! Everyone was very nice, helpful and the staff was patient and explained what steps they were doing next! I am thankful to find a place so caring and gentle.

BEST DENTIST AROUND! my son was terrified of the dentist from past experience with different facilities. I found this place from google and FELL IN LOVE! Kiel actually looks forward to his dentist visit.

I took my son there 8 months ago and was put on a waiting list to have his dental work done in the hospital fast forward six months and he is next to be seen and they stop taking medicaid the first of the year and pretty much told me find a new dentist! Now my sons teeth hurt him and I have to find a new dentist and go through this whole process again! They knew they were going to stop taking medicaid at the first of the year they should have never put him on the waiting list or just tell me to go somewhere else from the start. They should be ashamed of themselves theyre working with little kids and they shouldnt be treated like this!

Couldn’t be happier! My daughter needed a procedure that was scary for her. We tried to get it done in the morning at her usual dentist but we were unsuccessful. We went to Pediatric Dentistry in Cape Coral the same afternoon and Dr. Taylor and her assistant, Tiffany, quickly gained her trust and eased her nerves. They spoke to my daughter, found out what bothered her about the procedure and found a way to get it done in a way that was not scary. They had a solution for every hang-up my daughter had. Dr. Taylor told her every step and promised there would be no surprises. My daughter told me before and after the procedure that she wanted this to be her new dentist and it will be. We are very grateful.

Ask out their therapy dog and if she can visit your child during an appt.

My 6 year old loves this place!! The whole staff is so pleasant and helpful and make sure to make the kids feel comfortable. My daughter cant wait to go back for her next cleaning.

Dr. Taylor and the awesome team here at Pediatric Dentistry execute business with kindness, professionalism, and expertise. As a family, we have been to other offices before and experienced impatient personell who have scared both of my children. Its certainly been a battle until now. My daughter hasnt been to a dentist in two years because of how traumatic her last experience was. Her pediatrician and I both agreed it was best to give her time to mature a bit and forget the details of the ordeal.This morning was her first day back in a dentist office. She was nervous and so was I, but with patient hands, the team here guided us through her visit. They even have a special therapy dog, Ellie, just for nervous children. I dont think today would have been as successful as it was without Ellies assistance. Ellie helped Autry relax and forget about her fears. Ellie will be a game changer in this field and in these offices for years to come.This is the first dentist appointment Ive been to with her where she cant wait to go back, where there was no tears, she didnt hide or run away, and where we felt welcome no matter what challenges may accompany our business.I am beyond thrilled that now BOTH of my children are excited about taking care of their teeth and they BOTH cant wait to go to the dentist!I cant thank each of you enough!!

I am pleased to recommend this practice. Every aspect of our visit was efficient, easy, polite and pleasant. The staff, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors provided service that was exceptional in every way. My 7 year-olds recent cavity filling was quick and painless. She was in good spirits throughout. We had switched practices from another Ft. Myers practice because the default anesthesia at our former, long-time provider was liquid (oral) sedation. Our former practice did not evaluate each child for the type of sedation needed, based on a childs individual personality, condition, and medical needs. Every child getting a filling was automatically given liquid (oral) sedation. Based on our childs personal medical needs and physical profile, nitrous oxide gas plus local anesthesia was a reasonable choice and the providers at Pediatric Dentistry were willing and able to fill her cavity with a less drastic anesthesia choice. The nitrous oxide sedation wore off within a few minutes of our departure from the office and she was her old self within minutes. This practice offers a range of anesthesia options and while some are more drastic than others, the providers do not use a one-fits-all approach. You will know that like mine, your child will be evaluated and given only what is medically necessary to accomplish the desired goal. The personal attention to each childs needs is what sets this practice apart. Even if you dont live on the Cape (as we do not), this practice is worth the drive.

One of the most professional facilities Ive ever been to. Typically when going to a dental office Im always skeptical of hidden fees and whats covered and whats not but the staff was so helpful I have to give a shout out for being as transparent and informative on my insurance coverages. Will be taking my kids here for now on.

What a phenomenal experience! We just recently moved to the Cape Coral area and I was terrified of brining in my two year old for his first dental visit they made it into such a wonderful experience for us. The attention my child and I received from all staff members and Dr. Eastam was great. They took us back as soon as we finished our paperwork and we were in and out. We will be back with our other two children next week!

My kids had an awesome experience with the doctor and hygienist but unfortunately the billing part was a horrible experience that left me with a bad taste about the honesty of this office. I was told that I owed a co-payment for their preventative care. When I questioned them about it because my insurance covers 100% I was told that it was for tooth brushing instruction. Long story short the office tried to slide in a charge by lying about what it actually was. Thus causing me to pay for something that should be elective that should have been mentioned before the service is given notating the extra charge. At the very least they should have been truthful about what it was after the fact and not hope I was dumb enough not to catch it!! I really think its to pay for the FREE toothbrushes and toothpaste they gave them.

Absolutely wonderful with my 6 year old! Efficient and caring and I will highly recommend!

I went to this office almost 3 months ago. My child is only 2 years old and has autism. When I checked in the receptionist told me what my payment would be for the exam and i paid for it before being called. I do not have insurance for my son. my son was able to brush his teeth on the sink for 1 minute. The assistant took him to the dental chair for the cleaning, my son was scared and didn’t let her do the cleaning so She brought him to a room and the dr. came took a look at his teeth and applied fluoride. On my way out the receptionist asked me to make the next appointment, I did. And then said i had to pay $200 for everything even though i paid for tge exam already, never gave me an explation of what i was being charged for.I was very upset, not even an adult cleaning cost that much. Mind you They only applied fluoride which at other offices is around $30. Never going back, becareful what you are being charged for. An exam and fluoride shouldn’t be more than $200

This place is a joke!! i took my two year old daughter in for a check up and she was not liking it and crying (like 2 yr old do) so they see her for about a total of 3 mins... they 1st take this baby toothbrush with some gritty toothpaste and kinda brush her teeth. now she was squirming around so they could barely get in her mouth at all. then after like 2 secs on trying to do that they painted some fluoride on some of her front teeth. then they tell me that they cant take any xrays bc shes not holding still. so the doc said that she cant really see whats going on in her mouth but she might need some filings and 2 crowns. so I go to check out (after about 3 mins of her being back there) and they give me a bill of 245$!! FOR WHAT?! and on top of that they give me the expected bill of the next visit of 2,500$!! and before the next visit we will habe to pay 110$ to schedule the appointment! ummmmm.... no way! I should have read the review before going to this office. oh and to top it all off... they have a dog that runs around while they do all this medical bussiness! I love dogs but that cant be sanitary. dont waist ur time going here!

My kids love the dr and its a shame because the office is shady and dishonest. My insurance covers my childrens exams every 6 months at 100%, so this office tried to force me to get an extra service that they call tooth brush instruction which they charge $10 extra for. Basically they watch your child brush their teeth by the side of the sink. Since this is not a covered service obviously my insurance does not think its required and its within my rights to refuse it. I was told that if I refuse the service that they would not do my childs exam. I have reported the office to my insurance company because they are violating my rights as a patient to refuse any service that I do not want. I urge you to check and double check your bills because this office is SHADY!!!!

Very professional and all about making sure the children are comfortable! We couldnt be happier with our experience!

My grandson has been a patient of Drs. Taylor and Argumosa for four years. He has had checkups, cleanings and fillings with only routine child anxiety. The staff has never indicated that there were any problems with treating him. His last routine cleaning was 6 months ago and we made a followup appointment to coincide with his school schedule. Today, 24 hours before the appointment, the office called and cancelled the appointment stating that he needed to be seen at a special time because of his behavior. I asked What behavior and was told He is somewhat anxious and needs extra time. I was shocked, and explained that with his school schedule he could not be seen on a morning appointment as suggested and the office had no other suggestions. I am appalled by this event; I am an Emergency Medicine physician and I know what bad behavior is. Anxious children are the norm when it comes to medical procedures and if Dr. Taylor and Dr. Argumosa are not willing or able to deal with it, then why are they treating children?

Super friendly staff, always willing to help you and super clean!! I am glad we chose to come here for the kids.

I gave 1 star bc I had to the receptionist are by far the rudest people I have dealt with. They put on hold they sound as if they dont want to deal with as if you are a bother. Which leads me to my decision of taking my business else where.
