Sunset personnel are exceptional. Every single person, aide, therapists and nurse were so kind to step-dad, AJ, after his series of falls. They worked with the times that fit his schedule; they were always on time or updated us if there was a need. If there were any. I would definitely choose Sunset Home Health again

I am so glad to have gotten my nurse Dayanis Ginarte after my hospital stay,she is the best! I have had a few in home nurses, wasnt looking forward to it .My past experiences havent been very good,She is confident in what she is doing,and I have had a couple of challenges she never missed a beat!She is also a Very Caring person!!!

This place offers the best home health services in the area. My aunt had a very quick recovery after her shoulder surgery. She was able to live her life normally because of the quality care that this establishment has provided. Overall, amazing services and hospitality. Highly recommendable and they have my business for whenever I need them.

Id like to give 10 stars if I could. My husband released from hospital for the 3rd time in less than 4 months. Last agency assigned him from Case Manager at HealthPark was an absolute disaster! Thank God, he was discharged from CCH and assigned Sunset. Once services were established and the eligibility confirmed, I was immediately contacted by Sunset! Quick and very professional. RN made contact immediately and visited. Soon followed calls from OT, PT and Personal Aide (CNA). Every individual from the first person I spoke to from my initial call - to each of the care giving professionals, was timely and professional. Was told someone would call - and THEY DID!! For anyone having to entrust a loved one w/an agency - do yourself a favor - and request Sunset Home Health Services!! I wouldnt hesitate to give them my HIGHEST recommendation - and am very thankful for them!

Im blown away at how this business is still running!? You should NOT be in a home health business if people can not depend on your company to have someone to be there. I would never suggest this place to care for any of your loved ones. 3 weeks straight now I have had no help in home, First time no call at all, second occurrence no follow up call back to let me know the person who was going to come after waiting for them to show is also not coming, lastly, the third and the deal breaker...telling me we wont have someone for a third time, and than another call we found someone but they hardly speak english and then a third call they wont be coming now either sorry. What these home health agencies need to realize is that sometimes this is someones only break and time to themselves without caring for their family member or friend and they rely and look forward to that break or time to get stuff done and trust that someone will not only show up to relieve you for a bit but also trust that they will take good care of your loved one when they do show up...On that note, do not waste your time as you will receive neither.

Sunset home health has provided excellent care to my mother after her leaving the hospital. she is back on her feet and i credit their services soo much for her well being.
