I been a patient for 21 years, always able to get an appointment until this past two years. I have left messages for an appointment, I left messages to the nurse as into they do not approve the medication refills it is not possible! Here I am a week later still waiting. All doctors are amazing but sadly enough since they switched to millennium it is really not a lie that things have deteriorated. It’s hard to understand because my kids and grandkids visit his wife who is the pediatrician next door under the same company and we don’t have those issues. I REGRET to change, seem an inevitable step. If these doctors go back to private I will return ASAP

I adore candice, Dr. Krishnan, & Michael and they are the only reason I stay here, but since the office has switched to Millennium, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone. I guess they don’t answer the phones on fridays? Or an hour and a half before they close?I left a voicemail on the scheduling line before and never got a return call so I make sure I talk to someone to make appointments but just that obviously is a huge task in itself. I try not to be a Karen and post bad reviews but trying to get a hold of this office is insanely hard and it is incredibly disappointing to the awesome doctors they have here.

Get ready for it to get worse.....hes dead. Went to India to check on his father, one way ticket....Been going to them since 2003....such a shame that they sold to Millennium, and worse now that hes gone....

Michael is wonderful but I overheard a nurse, yelling and berating other patients over the phone and I cannot believe they allow that kind of treatment at this office. It is sickening

Dr. Krishnan is the best doctor Ive ever had. Hes been taking great care of me as well as my family for over a decade. When Ive been really sick, the office got me in that same day so I didnt have to go to an urgent care or the emergency room. Once, when I was admitted to the hospital, Dr. Krishnan heard I was there and came to visit me just to make sure the hospital staff and doctors were taking proper care of me. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Lastly, he actually listens to you. Its such an important trait in a doctor; he both listens and explains.I love all of his staff and believe they are beyond phenomenal. Best doctor and staff Ive ever had.

Dr. Krishnan has been my family doctor for years and will no complaint, once they switched to Millenium Physicians Group the care has become way below average. The office staff is RUDE, orders not signed, orders not electronically faxed, room are unsanitary, no return phone calls, no one answers the incoming calls, where is the patient care and service we deserve. I feel bad for Michael and Candice as their patients are treated so poorly and as a result will seek care elsewhere. Frustrating and Disgusted with this Office and Millenium Physician Group as a whole.

I have been going to the office of Dr. Krishnan for over 25 years. With that said they have no idea who I am. The office girls are so rude!!! They never return phone calls as promised.Dr. K is extremley knowledgeable but I find him very impersonal. Micheal his P.A. is knowledgeable and somewhat personable.Since they started keeping the recordsOn the tablets seems all past history was lost. Now that they belong to the millennium groupits like starting fresh yet again. In the patient portal my info is incorrect. When I called about correcting it the girls said only the nurse has access but no one cared enough to see that it was done. I have an appointmentIn feb. if im not satisfied I will have to go somewhere else. Sad part is they could care less!!!!

Dr R Krishnan is an excellent doctor. He listens carefully and explains clearly. If really sick, I can get in to see him quickly. He has the experience and expertise to diagnose accurately. Excellent internist.

Dr. Krishnan saved my life! I went to him for pain in my left shoulder. He didnt suggest rest, ice, etc. He immediately prescribed an MRI and CT scan. The day after I had both tests Dr. Krishnan told me I had cancer on my spine. Within 10 days I had blood work, biopsy and PET scan and started chemo and immunotherapy. Today I am basically free of cancer thanks to Dr. Krishnan and his quick action and referral to a leading oncologist, Thank you Dr. Krishnan!!

I have seen 2 put of 3 medical practitioners there over a course of 2 years. My favorite by far is Candace Woolley, APRN, FNP-BC. She is a god send. Talking to her is so easy and calming. She listens to everything going on in your life and shows empathy. She even remembers the things you spoke about in your previous appointment which makes me feel like she really listens. She is amazing. Ive never seen Krishnan but my boyfriend has and no complaints about him either. The only one we feel the same about is Dr. Cook because he can be arrogant at times and not really listens to your needs but rather tells you what he thinks is wrong with you and totally dismisses anything the patient says. Hes not so bad because he has his good traits but definitely need some work in those departments.

Let me start off by saying Im a teacher and felt personally attacked by the nurse who works there. She insinuated I was drug addict or dealer because I asked for a 30 day refill on the 29th day because the 30th day fell on a Sunday and I would have been short. She also said I was a careless patient who lost his prescription twice in two years even though the pharmacies are super strict about filling controlled medications in the state of Florida so what does it matter. Dr K should be ashamed of the way his patients are treated. Seriously drug addict? Ive never felt so disrespected in my life. I will make sure to let my friends and fellow parents know, this is how they treat teachers.

I have been seeing Dr.Krishnan and Dr.Cook for 2 months and had 4 separate appointments over this time frame with no resolve. Each doctor visit Ive been informed of a remaining balance with I have paid each time. Until today, I arrived for my 4th appointment for the same issue to be told I have another remaining balance. I am being gouged at this point. I should have been referred to a specialist after the 2nd appointment. Ive continued to come there because I do like both doctors. Theyre very personalable. But I have not gotten any resolution and continue to have large balances after each visit. I get it my insurance sucks, and cannot afford to keep visiting a doctor without resolving the condition. I would like to think theyre not intentionally making me keep coming back in just for money, but it sure feels like it at this point.

TERRIBLE! I went back after tests were run and the question I was asked was what am I there for. I was told to bring in my medication that I was using and when I got there nobody knew what I was there for. The physician assistant is a joke he is a smart ass and not very knowledgeable. If you are over 60 go somewhere else, dont waste yourtime and money. If you have great insurance they will definitley take theonsurance company to the cleaners. If you want your records for another Dr. they charge you $1.00 per page, this office is a joke. They should be investigated for fraud.
