Ive been here 3 times and love it! I always go with Jax/Jackie, and my hair always looks amazing. Shes super friendly and knows her stuff. I just tell her or show her a photo of what I want and then she works her magic!

Today wasnt my first visit at the Salon, and it most certainly wont be my last. Im totally shocked about the few bad reviews to be found here on google but then again I know, from experience in the customer service industry, that you cant make them all happy I guess. All the more important to share my experience.My hair is a thin and ever thinning mess that is always a bother to me. Going to Shear Art always has me walking out feeling better about it. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk through the front door, ask if youd like a drink or need anything. Even through face masks you can see them smile.Then Jax comes along and gives you a nice head massage while washing your hair and its all nice and relaxing. Shes done an amazing job on my hair twice now and I have 0 complaints.And also, they are constantly disinfecting every chair and every station, something Im always worried about now.Keep up the good work yall, Ill be back!

Where to begin ! I am so happy with my wash / head massage, cut and blow dry! Jackie (Jax Hernandez) did an awesome job! She was ready for me upon arriving per scheduled appointment. I couldn’t be happier with how sweet and knowledgeable she was! Had a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she delivered. The salon was clean, spacious, welcoming and the staff was friendly.I will be returning to Shear Art Hair Studio and recommending it from here on. I was extremely disappointed. My scheduled appointment was at 10 am. I received a phone call at 9:47 am from the front desk informing me that my appointment has been canceled and asked if I would like to reschedule. Lol...absolutely not. I explained that calling me minutes before my appointment was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate, considering I was already in their parking lot. I gave 2 stars because I understand that someone not feeling well happens, but a phone call beforehand is definitely warranted. Calling minutes before is not acceptable for a professional institution.

I absolutely love this place. Ive only been here a couple times when on vacation. Kelly was my stylist both times and she is amazing! I could not have been happier. One of the worse experience that I ever had with the salon especially the way they treat the clients Kelly is the one that was not nice at all and I was very disappointed when I was trying to ask her a question and her response I don’t want to argue with you that was very poor service never again don’t recommend at all

I had my first appointment at Shear Art with Amanda. She had a challenge to straighten out a four month outgrown asymmetrical haircut. Let me tell you, Amanda cut it perfectly. I am very pleased and will return. She also colored my hair and that was great too. Thank you, Amanda!

Ive been to Amanda 2x now, she is cutting my hair beautifully. My next apps is in a month, were going to try out some color options. Amanda is a great stylist and lovely woman.Overall the salon is decorated nicely. The staff and even other customers are nice and friendly and a pleasure to be around.I think they are all are secretly happy to be working there.I have recently moved to Cape Coral and chose this place, mostly from others reviews.I am very happy to be going there and have Amanda beautify my hair for a long time to come

This is not about the hair cut. Cut was great. This is about 2 years ago I made an appointment with one of the owners. My first time to this salon, I checked in with receptionist and waited a few minutes.then a nice stylist Tracy came over and said the she would get me started and the stylist that I had an appointment with would be with me soon. She never came over ,in fact she was right next to me doing another persons hair that evidently just walked in and was a regular patron. I just didn’t feel that I wasn’t treated right. I think that the salon owner that I had an appointment with should have come over and explained the situation instead if ignoring me and sending Tracy over under the pretense that she would be right over to do my hair. Tracy is a great stylist, my gripe is with the owner and the way she handled the situation.

True professionalism. The salon is clean and welcoming. Gina helped me make my appointment and asked all the right questions. My appointment was with Tabetha. She is a hair genius. Very attentive and gives her honest professional opinion. There are no hidden costs. They are very upfront about their affordable prices. I think I found my forever salon. Highly recommended.

This was by far the worst hair cut I have ever had!  Kelly Simes chopped random chunks out of my hair.  I told her I wanted a trim, I have to keep my hair long enough to put in a ponytail.  Kelly cut 4 off my hair to above my shoulders!  I couldnt really tell how bad the cut was until I washed and styled it myself because she curled it.  I really cant believe anyone who is licensed actually would butcher someone like this!  I went back a few days later to ask for a refund as I would have to pay someone else to try to fix this mess and Kelly would not even come out of the back to talk to me.Another stylist there offered to try and fix my hair so I went back the next day.  She did a great job with what she had to work with but because of the big random chunks Kelly cut out of my hair it does not fall like it should and I will have to wait for it to grow out!

I love Kelly at shear art. I had my hair cut on Thursday. Friday night I went to my going away party and I had so many compliments on my hair. I decided to give up coloring a couple years ago. Kelly worked on my hair stopping the 30 years of dye our for about 6 hours. Two years later after some high lights and cuts my Beautiful hair is a testament to her skills. Love you Kelly and will come see you when I visit 💕

Shear Art Hair Studio is a fantastic destination....people are friendly, energetic, comforting and extremely talented. The environment is welcoming and soothing....I have followed Jen from a previous salon once Shear Art was born.As I said, the stylists listen to you, possibly make suggestions to improve on your ideas and deliver what you want and more. I have referred at least 3 people to Shear Art and will continue to do so because, as Im told over and over again, my hair looks beautiful!!! Thank you Jen and everybody at Shear Art Hair Studio!

Tabitha was FABULOUS! I showed her the style I was aiming for and some highlights I thought would look nice. I have been a client at Shear Art Hair Studio for nearly two years now, since I first moved to Cape Coral. I am in my late 50s, semi-retired/work part time in the hospitality industry, and am active outdoors. I researched several hair salon websites before specifically requesting an appointment with Meghan Van Cour after reading her profile. I have been seeing her ever since for hair care. Shes familiar with taking care of wavy hair. Meghan cuts long layers, careful to avoid the shelf effect in the back that I have suffered from with previous stylists! She shampoos, cuts, and dries my bangs a bit, and thats it. I dont color, dont blow dry/just air dry, encouraging my natural waves...low maintenance, but I do appreciate a cut from a skilled professional! I highly recommend a visit to Shear Style. Receptionists are friendly and Meghan is welcoming and fun!

I have been using Shear Art Salon since they opened. I followed my Stylist, Kelly Simes, from another salon. From the moment I enter the door everyone from the receptionist to all the stylists are friendly and personable. I can always count on a great haircut, color or advice on a new look. I appreciate that the stylists continue their education to keep their skills up to date.

Absolutely cheeky rude owner, Megan. After a beautiful cut and a DREADFUL colouring, phoned the owner Megan, for ratification. I explained what I believed took place. She was defensive, argumentative and down right rude, interrupting every time I tried to explain. Not a very nice person........Kimberley is a really good cutter, but would NEVER go there again due to the arrogance and demeanour of the high handed b......ch Megan. NEVER AGAIN,
