Platinum CBD Oil is not effective for me. They claim to have a money back guarantee but their customer service is no help and made me feel like I was trying to get over on them with all of the questions they asked me. They wont respond to my emails. Look, I purchased this product but it didnt work, thats all you need to know. I have the bottle whether empty or full shouldnt matter or how many drops I took, or even if I still have the bottle. The store I purchased it from didnt give me a receipt. I used my debit card so my bank account has the info like price, store, and date. I was asked if that was the only product I purchased. Again, why does that matter, look at the price of the oil and add the tax yourself, thatll tell you if that was the only product I purchased. Ive been dealing with this for 3 weeks now but still nothing has been done yet. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. There are other companys out there that pride themselves on customer satisfaction and their products are effective.

I requested COA (Certificate of Analysis) sheets for a couple of their products and didnt receive a response. If a company cannot provide this basic analysis demonstrating the elements of a product, it is disconcerting.
