It was a great experience they had my wife checked in just a few minutes and within an hour she had seen the doctor got an x-ray had a urine test and discussed her illness and sent the prescription promptly so that when we left it was ready at the pharmacy when we got there. Overall Great experience..

Very polite, caring, efficient. I came in with my 13 month old who had wheezing and we were assessed, treated, and released timely. I love all of my IHA encounters. This one is no different.

I had been to this location before and the quality of service depends on which professional treats you. Today I was taken care of by an extremely empathetic PA and had probably the best urgent care Ive ever received.

Went here a few months ago for a foot x-ray. Well, I asked for an x-ray of the whole side of my foot (since thats where the pain and bruising was) but the Dr didnt bother looking at my foot at all! He asked what happened, I explained that my little toe got jammed and immediately there was a sharp pain along the side of my foot with black bruising/swelling following shortly after. He asked which toe got jammed and I told him, so that was all he ordered the x-ray for, even after I repeatedly said its my whole foot, not just my toe. Then he offered steroid injections!! 🤦 All without examining my foot.. the radiologist told me how to care for it and to follow up with a podiatrist - she deserves her salary and the Drs since she did literally all the work. Also, when I told him I was icing my foot twice every hour he snapped back thats not nearly enough! You need to be icing it 5-6 times per hour, 15minutes at a time. I didnt go to medical school or anything but thats doesnt add up - if I had the ice on constantly with no breaks (which is advised against by any other Dr) its still not possible to ice it 5-6 times per hour. The Dr kept repeating we dont give pain medicine no matter how many times I said I understand that, Im not asking for pain medicine, all Im asking for is you to examine my foot.... Anyways, my toe wasnt broken but my foot (the part he neglected to x-ray or acknowledge) was. I saw another review about the same Dr that says he has poor communication skills, thats an understatement. Dont waste your time here, if you think you have a broken bone go to an orthopedic clinic ASAP (Mendelson clinic is where I ended up going and the very first thing the Dr did was look at my actual feet.. who would have ever guessed 😭). The receptionist/nurses/radiologist, everyone else here is super friendly and helpful(only reason I left more than one star). The last question I tried asking the Dr was about taping the toe, I didnt know if you could wear the tape too much(like over-wearing a neck brace) but before I could finish the sentence he shushed me to say I have to go, I have other patients then he stood in the hallway on a laptop. The dude (Dr.H) spent literally less than ten minutes total in my room and the clinic wasnt busy at all, yet he couldnt bother to answer two questions.

Very happy with the video visit option. Not having to leave the house when I’m feeling at my worst is very helpful. Knowing that I’m not spreading germs in a waiting room is nice as well.

CHARGED FOR COVID TESTMy family has been tested in multiple locations and have only ever been charged at this location. Government subsidies cover these tests, yet this location charged my insurance company for a 15 minute consult, which results in a co-pay that is more than our usual doc visit charge. Multiple calls to resolve this issue and IHA stood their ground, demanding payment.You should not be paying for covid tests.

The worst place I have ever visited in my life. If you want to Waste at least 3 to 4 hours of your life you are very welcome there. I feel they have only one doctor or PA present there. My daughter got injured at school and they took 3.5 hours to see her. Actually I stayed there only because I paid my copay at check in so I was stuck with them. I’m never ever going back to that rigged place. I won’t even recommend to a person whom I don’t like. DONOT GO THERE that place is horrible 😢😢😢

I am not a fan of IHA HOWEVER, this urgent care is by far the best. They are fast, thorough, and friendly. I always feel taken care of when I come here.

Website says no appointment necessary. I drove here and have to make appointment 4 hours out!! This is totally not safe. Now Im off to another location I n potentially covid positive. Makes ZERO sense!

The urgent care video visit was just what I needed when I was feeling poorly late in the evening. Scheduling was easy through the IHA website, I received a confirmation and within half an hour I was seen by the doctor. It was easy to join the zoom call and at the end of it, it was determined I needed a prescription, the doc sent it over as we were speaking. I could not be more happier with the professionalism of IHA urgent care, the video visit service is some thing I would highly recommend.

I’ve used the drive-thru Covid testing twice in the last three weeks (once because of exposure and once for travel). Both times the staff has been amazing! One suggestion is that it gets quite warm under the canopy with the engines running… fans would help tremendously for drivers waiting and also the poor staff out in the heat.

Was seen quickly for a virtual appointment and got the prescription we needed as well as good advice for ongoing care.

I was treated very good all the girls in there are nice and helpful and very pleasant to me ..the only thing I didn’t like was waiting so long for the x-ray to come back ,but sometimes that can happen I know ..

Immediately seen by triage helper for vitals. Sat for 1 hour waiting for Dr. Dr H arrived and given poor communication skills did not explain diagnosis, next steps or what could be done to mitigate issue. It was like pulling teeth to get information. Order X-Rays and had to wait for another 25 mins for the nurse to take me up for X-ray. Given prescription but pharmacy couldnt read doctors poor hand writing! Recommendation to medical staff: we know youre tired, overworked, understaffed - were all living through this BUT put yourself in the shoes for a moment of being the patient - remember the golden rule folks - do to others as youd like done to you.... Communication, updates, next steps, patients time invested in coming to the Urgent Care vs the 5 mins you provide in care...

I walked into the hospital at 8:59pm and the hospital closed at 9pm, yet they seen me. They didnt rush and took there time. The Doctor was genuinely concerned about me, and ensured I was 100% before releasing me. I love this Urgent care along with all the friendly staff members. I had excellent care for a minor bike accident. The nurses were good and Kinjal did a wonderful job sewing my wound.. She is so personable. Also, the wait time was very good.

Went there several days ago just before closing time and was treated extremely well! I’ve had to use this IHA facility several times in the past and you won’t find a more professional staff anywhere.

I just did the drive through Covid testing at the IHA urgent Care at St Joseph in Canton. I was about third in line for my appointment. It went very fast and in no time I was filling out my paperwork, honestly that took longer than the testing. A very nice worker named Mike came out to ask if I had any questions and he was happy to answer any I had. In a moment another very kind employee came out to administer my test. This was all while I waited in my car. It was all very professional and efficient. So glad I went there. God bless these employees for doing this job to help others.

I see people upset about appts, this is google, not the IHA website. For correct info anyone with intelligence should always go to the main website. Everything here works smooth. So much better now that it is IHA ran. Make sure to check-in online first. Read all instructions to make your appointment correctly..(covid risk or non), drive-thru or in person urgent care visit. When you get there for an in-person urgent care visit wear your mask, go in to # 5 computer kiosk and check in. Have your cel phone available for instructions. If you can read and follow directions- this is the way to go.. smooth, great staff from check-in to nurses and drs. Happy patient.

Really liked that I could talk to someone right away and get medicine to clear up my allergic reaction. It was nice to do video visit instead of going to an office. Thanks Melissa

Brian checked us in and was very personable and friendly. I’m two weeks post op for a total knee replacement and he was very sympathetic and accommodating.Dr Salem was awesome as well. And Alyssa was as well. We had a great experience.

I had to get stitches in my chin, again, and i came to IHA canton to get the done, again. First visit summer of 2019 went great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Just today (7/8/21) i had to visit again, for stitches in the same spot. The nurse helping me, Anne, was super friendly and accomodating, and Sheila, the PA doing the stitches was super nice, gentle with the work she did, and in gemeral the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Easy appointment- 2?hours later I received a rapid and 48 hour test waited 5 minutes in line- had my rapid response in less than 30 minutes - highly recommend! RG Canton

Pick a different IHA urgent care. Had an appointment and waited over two hours. Was told it would be even longer so I had to leave without being seen. Iha save your spot portal never provided updates, rooms seemed outdated and dirty. Front desk personnel not courteous.

Second time I used this service since my local urgent care is closed due to remodeling. I was lucky enough to see the same medical professional the second time. Very pleasant and friendly. I was using my phone to Zoom, and for some reason the zoom link requested a passcode that hadnt been included in the invitation. I replied to the same number where the text came from, and was pleased to find I was connecting with the CPN directly. She sent me the code, and we were in.The appointment went smoothly from there. I called regarding a recurring issue, and was done shortly. I left with more knowledge regarding potential complications to look for, too. In all, it was a very efficient time-saving way to get help without the complications of driving to an urgent care when I did not feel well. I would absolutely do it again and recommend the service to anyone.

Everyone was so kind, from the moment I entered to the moment I left.

I came in with my lethargic, pale, vomiting 2 yr old and had to wait 2 hours, well past our expected wait time. They forced us to wait in the covid waiting room and use the rooms they test for covid in. Now 5 days later, my 2 yr old is severely sick with upper respiratory symptoms. Thanks for forcing us to stay in the sick rooms and getting my child sick. You should allow people to wait outside and then call them in when ready or have an area for sick children, as we were forced to sit next to someone who clearly had covid.

I’m kind of mad I haven’t been going to their urgent care ! Or just their place in general I literally came in and was out within 15 minutes ! Very fast and easy check in& out. Would totally recommend

I came at 12:30 and it took 2.5 hours for them to call me back and I’ve been in the room waiting for a doctor for 30 mins. I wouldn’t of came in if it wasn’t urgent I’m in pain and they have rude people working the front desk I haven’t complained about the time but as soon as I walked in they were giving dirty looks and very rude and didn’t tell me the wait would be 2+ hours she said max 1 and a half. This is ridiculous

My son & I got covid testing. I made the appointments on line it was fast & easy. I.got a reminder text about my appointment, we pulled in fallowed all the drive thru testing signs we had one car in front of us didnt have to wait long at all. Was handed papers to fill out for my son & I. The nurse came out & did the test. It was fast & very easy. The 2 staff were very nice, friendly, & they answered all of my son & my questions.

I went for a covid test. There were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived and I was on my way home within 30 minutes. The doctor and nurse were nice and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone. 10/10!

The man checking people in was rude and was purposely trying to discourage people from checking by warning them of long 3 - 4 hour wait. When I said I still wanted to check in, he scoffed at me. Therefore, I left and won’t go back.

I went to get a covid-19 tested and it was great quick fast and not painful at all it was very easy I would recommend this place to anyone that need to get covid tested. great testing site!!

The test was quick and easy. The swab burns a little inside the nostrils, but it subsuded quickly. I was disappointed that I wasnt offered rapid results, but instead Ineed to wait 1 - 3 business days. However, the process is quick, organized and efficient.

They sat around and talked and laughed amongst themselves for almost a half of hour instead of registering patients. Replace them and you have a winning team!

For drive thru COVID testing, enter off Summit Dr. at the south end of the building. Turn left at the stop sign right after entering and follow the sign to the white tent. Drive thru COVID testing was an easy and quick in- and-out. They didnt ask if we needed rapid results, and you cannot select two choices online when setting up the appointment. The choices are:1. Do you have symptoms, 2. Did you come into contact with a confirmed case, or 3. Do you need to return to work or school. Numbers 1 & 2 applied to my daughter. Now we wait to eat if results come in after 24 hours, or up to 3 days, which completely defeats the purpose of getting the test. For this reason, they should confirm with their patients whether or not they need a rapid test.

HIGHLY recommend this urgent care.

Dr. Norman Salem was very helpful today and the nurses were empathic. They have Always been the best urgent care in my experiences. The past few days, I had excruciating jaw pain due to a pre-existing condition. I couldnt take it anymore. They got me in quickly and professionally and gave me an anti inflammatory shot which made me feel so much better very quickly and didnt make me sleepy, high, or groggy. They gave me prescriptions which were appropriate for the issues and also not narcotic, and they even sent them to the nearest pharmacy for me.Also I went here once for bloodwork before, and I am a VERY hard pull. I have tiny veins that nurses cant ever find and bloodwork is usually quite traumatic for me (and the nurses). Well, the nurse here had zero issues since she was so professional and good at her job. Really its 1/100 that I have a good experience with blood draws...

I been here for over 2 hours for blood work and still waiting really bad service

I have a few reasons for my ratingThere was a sheet of labels with my information on them sitting out on the counter. As I was leaving the room, they were not picked up as another patient walked in. This is a HiPAA violationAlso, as I was leaving the room, a patient was waiting to go in. I was certain they’d wait while the room was cleaned. I stopped to watch and nope, they were walked in as I walked outThe PA that saw me told me I was fine regardless of a painful inner ear and very red, swollen, and raw throat. He said “no fever, no Infection”. This is not true. I took the antibiotic that night anyhow and within 2 days my throat was not raw and I could eat and drink again without pain, and the pressure in my was was alleviated.They bill for facility charges (includes the visit) and a physician fee because they are affiliated to a hospital.I will not use this urgent care again

I went to the urgent care to get my bloodwork drawn. It was a horrible experience!There was five women that was working in the lab drawing blood. Only one of them was wearing her mask. The other four had their masks down almost the whole hour I sit there watching. They did more talking than anything else. They only time they put their mask on was after they called a patient to come into the small room that they worked in.Very unprofessional, if one of them did have covid, the virus would have filled the air in that small room.I felt very vulnerable, I cant believe this is supposed to be a medical facility

Love this place, best urgent care around. From the time I stepped in the door until I left the staff was professional and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything.

Do not take your children !We took our one year old for retractions and the doctor after making us wait half hour in the waiting room and then 1.5 hour inside triage room told us that there is nothing to worry about even though we could see her ribs sinking .Three hours after that we had to take her to the children emergency room at uofm Ann arbor where she was given breathing treatment , fever reducer and a thorough checkup with X ray to make sure that she was ok before being discharged .

If I could give negative stars I would...I’ve never left a negative review and I’ve never been one to complain, but this Doctor did absolutely nothing. My friend is violently ill, and he sent us home saying she has the flu... she’s had symptoms for months but no insurance and was desperate for help. None of her symptoms even remotely resemble the flu. She told him that she has been sick and had many times and it was nothing remotely close to what she is expirencing today. He proceeded to tell her, “ Maybe that wasn’t the real flu.” We wasted our time and money here for nothing. We were there for five hours and got checked on three times. He did not listen, did not take us seriously or even pay attention to our concerns. We are now going to have to go to an emergency room elsewhere with another high copay. Never take your loved ones here if there is something seriously wrong with them.

Very rarely am I blown away by anything but my experience with St. Joes urgent care was the best experience I have had at any medical facility ever!! Extremely fast, nice staff, and when the results for my X-ray came back the doctor spent 5 minutes loading me with knowledge and support. She spent TIME with me. The X-ray technician was so amazing. She explained everything to me and held great conversation and I felt listened to. I could go on and on about this place with positive feedback. Hands down the only place I’ll go.

I took my 8 year old here because she had been fighting a cold for about 4 days. I waited no longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room (which doesnt even happen at my primary!) And my daughter was seen immediately! Found out she has pneumonia in both lungs! It was there mission to make sure she felt better by the time she left! And they did. Id refer themto anyone and ill definitely be back in the future! Staff was great from the billing lady all the way to the doctor! Thankful and very pleased!!!

Took way too long...as I write this 2 hours and still haven’t seen the doctor...completely unacceptable. Will never be back. There are plenty of other urgent cares in the area-choose one of them!
