This place helped me tremendously! We found great candidates for our seasonal business and for the first time in 10 years we had no issues with not having enough people to get the orders out. Express started off great. They really did. Standing up for me when I was wronged in a job. Then it suddenly becomes impossible to get a job. Time and time again I call in asking for work. I get told I would be put as active. I get told I will get called back. One week later and I still have no work despite constantly getting texts and automated calls telling me about available jobs. Im moving on at this point.

So went in to do an interview only to be rudely told that I don’t have enough experience and that my resume was not good. They gave me a card to call back if anything else pops up. Tore that card up the second I walked out and threw it on the ground. Next day got a full time job with excellent benefits that wasn’t through an agency. I know what I am worth and never again will I go through a temp agency.Though I appreciate the updated response from the owner, but what’s done is done, I don’t feel that I need to call in order for something to be done. Plain and simple I won’t be using the resources of this agency.

I dont know about other locations but the akron location is a damn joke. I would never recommend that place to anyone. Went in about a month ago did all my paper work kept checking in like i said then got a call from them one day and they said they called the wrong person then on top of that they called me another time to come in the next day i get there waited almost 30 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk and they say you didnt need to come in but yet they asked me to the day before. I call to check in recently and they say no if we had something we would call and was rude about it. Never ever again will i ever go back to this place cause they dont know how to run things. Stupid at its finest👌

I only worked a week, found a job closer to home, had to start right away. They screwed me out of my pay check, told me nothing about the 2 day policy, and then dropped my pay to minimum wage.
