I’ve gone here the majority of my 24 year old life, have worked with many of the Doctors they have, and they are all fantastic. I recently started seeing Dr. Hannah and she is a sweetheart. Very kind, informative, and comforting doctor, as they all are! All around great atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone.

As a new patient, the office was able to schedule me within 1 week to be seen. Dr. Kendis was amazing - she spent an hour with me discussing treatment options. The entire staff was pleasant. I highly recommend this office!

Long waiting time, not so friendly people working at the reception. Old building. Dr. Moresea is great.

Dr. Moresea is an amazing pediatrician; weve been with her for the last 17 years. She listens and and gives you clear direction and answers on everything. She follows up and shows the utmost concern for your child. Dr. Riggs and Dr. Kendis are also great pediatricians, this is one best places in Stark county for pediatric medicine.

Dr. Duggan and Dr. Regula are both fantastic. They are attentive and truly spend the time you need. They care and it shows. The office staff is friendly as well. 100% would recommend and they take most insurances uncluding state. They are affiliated with Mercy Hospital.

Wonderful people and doctors! Dan Lee is the best. All the staff have always been very helpful and efficient. Dr. Riggs is wonderful. Best service I have ever had. They are all very knowledgable!

I’ve honestly never met such an unprofessional doctor in my life. If your looking for a timely appointment or simply looking for a doctor that makes your children and you comfortable I would never recommend her. She is rude and will violate hippa every chance she can.

Great doctors and helpful staff. If you become Ill they try very hard to get you in to be seen and diagnosed. They have a childrens waiting area, a sick room and a waiting room A A very good choice when you need a physician for you and your family

Updated 08/19/21 - As I mentioned below, there is a billing department phone number at Primary Care Physicians, but they NEVER answer that phone number. Youre expected to leave a message and theyll call you back at their convenience. This usually results in a game of phone tag. Also, their caller ID doesnt show Primary Care Physicians from the billing number, so you dont know whos calling. I just tried to pay an invoice today with our healthcare savings account credit card. For the first time ever, I was informed that theres a $2.00 charge to pay with a credit card. This must be new. Weve paid many invoices with a CC in the past but never been charged a fee. I asked the billing contact if we could pay the invoice online. The PCP billing response is No, you can mail it or drop it off. In this day and age, why doesnt PCP doesnt have a way to pay an invoice online? Again, the customer / patient service aspect of this office really suffers. A culmination of issues at PCP have us wondering if we need to change to a different primary care provider.Original: It saddens me to write this. Weve been going to this practice for almost 30 years. The physicians are very good and knowledgeable. However, this practice seems extremely inefficient and disorganized. Our entire family has experienced many negative situations. Extremely long waiting times, being put on hold repeatedly during phone calls, nobody ever answers the billing department phone number (EVER), rude nurses and office staff from time to time, etc. I dont know whats going on behind the scenes here at Primary Care Physicians, but there are definite management problems. I know our family isnt alone with these observations. Weve spoken to other people who have had the same experiences. I hope that the leadership will read these reviews and make some needed enhancements to the practice. Youre supposed to provide customer and patient service. The customer service is lacking.

Primary Care has been our family medical doctors for almost 20 years. Fantastic group Of medical professionals. I can’t recommend them enough.

The receptionist is absolutely horrible. Shes rude, reschedules your appointments without your permission or notifying you. Then acts like she has no idea what happened. The doctors are great with kids but not up to date on immunization consent. If they got a new receptionist it would be a nice office

I dont how a doctors office doesnt accept new patients but ok Ill spend my money some place else. Girl seemed annoyed I would even call and bother her.

Very disppointed in this office, it has gone down hill. I was contacted again saying I had to come back for a THIRD appt because they STILL did not have sufficient specimen to test at the lab. The dr/nurse thought it would be funny to say to me that apparently I have an uncooperative cervix - oh really? Over 30 years of PAPs and noone has had an issue. I will never go back there again and neither will the rest of my family. I am disgusted by the comment made and the lack of empathy of lost job time and stress.

My children go to Dr. Moresea and we love her!!!
