Dr O’Connor was fantastic. Very good bedside manner. I felt very comfortable and confident in her diagnosis and the treatment she performed.

Like the straightforward approach - unlike some drug addicts, I actually care to feel better so I can work again and she made clear to me that an active approach was best to my pain management, not pill popping. I couldn’t be happier. Even my follow ups are straightforward and she doesn’t push for things not needed. Highly recommend this jewel of a doc to the canton area as she truly cares and is passionate about her patients.

Dr. O’Connor was very thorough with me and started with a minimal treatment plan that would not effect my lifestyle. She also gave them the run down of progression of steps should things worsen. She assured me that if I needed to see her earlier then my next appointment that was perfectly ok!

I visited Dr. OConnor in the beginning of 2021. She examined my x-rays and we decided to treat right hip with epidural injections. I had 3 and got some relief, but not enough. Meanwhile I had another MRI and since injections didnt help she wanted to refer me for surgical consult.Im happy with the treatment Dr. OConnor gave me, and would recommend her for pain relief.Joyce Gibbons

Dr OConnor needs to go “work” at the Department of Veterans Affairs because she treats people just like the doctors and the VA treats Veterans. The truly sad part is I have to pay for insurance and a co-pay to see her to get such horrible treatment. Spends 10 minutes doesn’t listen, dismissive, she didn’t prescribe Morton though because she was going to order an MRI. But no way will I pay a doctor who thinks she is better than me because I chose to serve my country and only hold an MBA and am not on overweight doctor like her.

I saw her for my carpal tunnel, and it was so easy (I dont like needles) that I went back to her for my pain. #1 doc around, and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable, professional and would highly recommend!!!

Best experience ever for my 1st time at omni. I went for my back pain since I could hardly walk. Dr oconnor really cared about me and getting better. I didn’t feel rushed talking to her and she answered all my questions, she really knows her stuff. She even remembered the story I told her when I saw her again. I’m so happy I can feel this much better without surgery since I’m scared of drs.

Very disappointed. Went to her for neck pain and she had to send me to Dr. Nine because she didnt know what to do. Dr. Nine has helped me really a lot and knew exactly what to do! Im an engineer and am disappointed I wasted my time. She was nice and friendly, but just does not know much about pain management. Also, I asked the nurse at the office and she said she goes to Dr. Nine when shes in pain. So that says a lot I feel like.
