Ive been a patient of Dr. Cola for 5 years. I really like him and his Nurse. I am Diabetic and He has got my A1C down from 13.75 to 6.8 it took a while but it gradually came down with proper treatment. If I have a problem and express it to them they are very willing to do everything they can to help.

Terrible service. Unprofessional.My sister been having bad health problems and this doctor office never return a call. She leave vm after vm and they never call back to set an appointment.She finally went in two weeks ago and the doctor didnt had her record from Cleveland clinic so he send her home knowing she was in pain and wanted help. It been two weeks and they havent called her to set up an appointment, they promised they would call as soon as they received her records. She made sure Cleveland Clinic send her records over, they showed her that the fax went through but this office misplaced it or through it away. It been two weeks and they havent called her to set up a follow up. But she been calling leaving vm after vm and they are still not returning her call. UNPROFESSIONAL ITS SO DISGUSTING. THEY DONT CARE FOR HER HEALTH ITS CLEAR.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Cola I felt very comfortable with him and his nurse.They really seemed to care about my health and well being. I didnt feel like just another patient pushed through my appointment like my previous Dr.

Worst doctor ever, came in for foot problems dr didn’t even look at my foot. Doctor made it seam like my health was a joke.
