Literally the worst doctor and facility. He will be verbally abusive to staff in front of anyone. His staff is in constant fear. No one stays there. He has a horrible reputation among local oncologists. Stay far far away.

The lady at the front desk is the rudest person I have ever encountered.

Id recommend them to everyone. Everyone there is very kind and efficient plus everything except radiation can be done there locally and conveniently....This includes, CT scans, chemo, clinical trials and most recently a pharmacy. Dr Gabrail saved my life in 2008 from a from a grim prognosis of late stage nonoperable lung cancer and did everything possible to keep me cancer-free to this day. I participated in two clinical trials there and Doc still keeps a close eye on me. I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr Gabrail and his staff.

Great doctor. Very straightforward. I had every confidence that he could help me and he has. I now take my Mom to Dr Gabriel, he is wonderful to her. I wish he was around before my Dad died from cancer, I feel his outcome would have been different.

I can tell you Dr Gabriel went above and beyond for me!! I was diagnosed with stage 4 Non Hodgskins Lymphoma in 2004. First Doctor gave me 3-5 years. Dr Gabriel said he could cure me. It is now almost. 2020. And I,m still here. Thank you so much Doc!! Phillip ShaferLenoir NC

He is a great doctor. He is upfront and tells you it without suger coating it. If you want not to get well you can pick one of the other places that the person below said. But this doctor has the proper way a doctor should be . TO HELP PEOPLE GET BETTER FOR HE DOESNT NEED TO SEE YOU AT HIS PLACE. He went and bought is own equipment so he didnt need to wait on the hospitals to get back to him. My dad has cancer stage 4 . Cleveland clinic gave him 6 months and told him to get his affairs ready. He told my dad he would give him at least a year. He has giving my dad 14 YEARS and still going . If we had more doctors like this then we would all be healthily.

Some staff were nice but overall a very poor facility. Some did not seem to know what they were doing. I am not the patient but was there to support someone. I could not believe some of the things I was seeing. We have moved on to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (they fly you out for consults) and could not be happier! I would stay away from this facility!

First of all, all of the staff was great, especially the nurses. The physician however was a monster. When I came to support my grandmother at her visit, I was appalled at his bedside manner and his pure lack of empathy/sympathy/emotional support to his patient wanting to stop treatments and explore other palliative options. He is abrasive, curt, and intimidating. I am unfortunately utterly disgusted that my poor grandmother has been subjected to this mans care during the hardest period of her life.

The only doctor Im ever happy to see, I am here today because of this man and the Lord above working together to save my life! Thank u from the bottom of my heart 💗 Thank You for not letting me give up and for stepping in when I tried to! To everyone at the Gabrail Cancer Center Thank You for all you do, and all you have done! 💞

My mom was not his patient ...thank Goodness for this !! He was just doing rounds at Mercy Medical and he was checking my mom with her chemo treatment that just started. He was absolutely horrible!! Degrading and literally calling her names such as a Jew and a Jehovah witness. How Dare him !!!! My sweet mom has been a catholic her whole life. Which has nothing to do with him being in there to check her!!! My mom is so sweet and so giving and doesnt deserve this , neither does anyone else!!!!!! I would highly recommend you dont deal with him on anyway or on any level. He also treated my father-in- law that is now deceased and said some nasty things with them. He should not even be in the profession!! Think twice there are many good doctors out there!!!

Been going here for about 2 years now, plus the liberty clinic in with Gabrail. Really love the place, staffs always friendly, Doctors are really knowledgable and thorough.

As a Physician he is smart. Although, has been know to miss the mark a few times! As a person he is a very arrogant, disrespectful person. Ive been here many times as the support person, with 3 different people, he makes disrespectful comments about women. Probably why he cant keep any staff longer than a year. Btw, his staff is mistreated and talked down to as well......in front of the patient and their supporter!I dont care how intelligent a person you are, its all in how you treat others!

Dr . Gabriel is a great doctor and What he has done for our community is great! However, i worked here for a few weeks last year and it was the worst place i have ever worked. I was hired in as a research coordinator. I spent a week on computer trainings. So when i got to the floor the other person they hired the same time as me to work strictly in the lab had already been out on the floor for a week. So i tried to learn what she had learned in a week within a day. So then i was conned into donating bone marrow for a study. They take it from your hip! The procedure is some what painful and you definitely feel weak after it’s done. Well as soon as he was done my trainer expected me to get right up and clean up all my blood off myself and what was on the floor. So i did. I accidentally put a open bottle of heparin back on the shelf due to me feeling like i was going to pass out! But it had an X on it so i my wasn’t that big of deal. So anyways they then preceded to not let me take a lunch that day. And made me take out all the trash out which is a lot for the whole building. I left work that day scared to drive home. I literally had a friend come pick me up because i was so weak. The next day i come into work get pulled into the Managers office and get told i am getting a 2 dollar pay cut and will only be staying in the lab due to me making to many mistakes. At this point i had been on the floor for 2 days! So i asked what mistake i made. She told me she didn’t know! So i went to the research coordinator manger and she said it was due to the Heparin bottle being put back on the shelf. I said do you know that was my proceedure? And that in the paper work from the study it says to lay down for an hour afterwards?? And you nurse made me clean up? She said oh well to late. I was furious. Felt like i wasn’t even given a chance. I could not afford a 2 dollar pay cut so i finished the day and never went back...

Doctor was OK, the staff (especially the phlebotomist that dealt with me) are less than desirable. Once tried to take my blood in the main room while holding my arm up in the air. I only went here for two visits and moved to another facility. I would not recommend .

This doctor was a nightmare for me and my family members! Please keep your family safe away from him. He gives false hope and is highly moody and impatient. Very disrespectful to all his patients and staff. I give him 0 stars. Btw, dont get an appointment on a day he is playing golf he just rushes you so he get get on the course. Worst oncologist Ive ever encountered and Ive seen a few. Go to Aultman, Tri County or better yet Cleveland Clinic!!! They know what they are doing plus they wont force clinical trials on you so THEY can make money. I wouldnt take my dog to see this a-hole!!!

Gave my dad 5 extra years with his family. Warm, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable!!! Unbelievable office staff!!

Dr would not divulge information to a hospice nurse after giving a relative the news of his terminal cancer. More worried about doing trials to gain more money.
