What a great place! Very short wait, intelligent staff, clean, well kept facility. The doctor was awesome! I had been referred by another urgent care that would be closer to where I live and you can bet I will be referring others and returning there when needed.

The facility was clean the person on the front desk very polite and I was taken in right away. The doctor was approachable very informative to me and I felt he was a close doctor I had already. The assistant was very polite as well the made me feel comfortable and treated me like a patient not as someone who walk in off the streets. Thank you...

I went to this urgent care because I had an ear infection. When I arrived, the staff at the front desk was nice. I saw one of the physician assistants and she examined my ear. I told her that I had a history of ear infections and that low level antibotics do not work for me. She insisted that the type she was giving me was different than the ones I had before, even though I told her it wasnt likely to work. She told me that I would be able to call back if they were not working and get a replacement. 2 days later, when in a great deal more pain, I called back to tell them it was not working and they told me the only thing I could do was come back in, spend more money or follow up with my doctor and spend more money to take care of a problem that should have been addressed the first time I arrived. This is unacceptable. Money spent for no relief. Very disappointed in their response to a situation when the physician assistant told me there would be an option.

Have entrusted care for my daughter and my own care for years. Friendly, competent staff, and doctors who care. Always clean and renovation is nice. Wont go anywhere else if we can help it. Wait time could be improved but is on par for an urgent care and way better than an emergency room.

This has been my urgent care of choice for ten years! The desk staff is always friendly and efficient! Dr. Ahamed is a caring physician with an excellent bedside manner! One never wants to need an urgent care - but its nice to have a good one close to home!!

I’ve been a patient periodically for several years. The service is stellar...Ahmed was professional with a warm bed-side manner. The diagnosis and treatment were fast and through . They never disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience on thanksgiving morning. Everyone was nice, did not ask for payment upfront (i think others have said they in past reviews) I was in and out very quickly with prescriptions on my way to feeling better. Very clean also!

I went to Western Wayne Urgent Care this afternoon because my daughter had a high fever that wasnt responding to medication. Her pediatrician works at Henry Ford Health Care so we usually go through them, but theyve got no urgent care services on the weekend; only ER which has long waits and a $100 copay. I found the Wayne Western Urgent Care on our insurances list of accepted urgent care facilities and figured Id give it a try. We were very happy with the service we received. The front desk staff was friendly, and we were brought into a room in under 30 minutes. Obviously wait times depend on the number of patients, and when we walked in we were the only ones in the waiting area, so perhaps we got lucky. The nurse was kind and efficient in taking my daughters temp, blood pressure and a strep culture. Dr. Bazzi came in shortly thereafter and he has a good bedside manner. Even my daughter commented that he was nice. We were given a script for the needed medication and discharged. I will return if we require urgent care services again.

There is a bit of a wait (depending on the time of the day), but the front desk staff and doctors have always done a good job and have been prompt. I have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. After my PCP, this is my go to place. I highly recommend the urgent care!

I didnt have to wait very long. Dr. Ahamed was very helpful in explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Ive been to this location a few times (when I cannot get into my regular doctor) and have had great service each time.

The blind leading the blind. That was my experience today. Im pretty sure we filled out every form, as no one knew the correct form we needed. I paid by debit, but the receipt didnt print, so the receptionist asked if I could check my bank account? The reason for the visit was a school physical, TB test and a printed copy of vaccinations. 2 hours later we left without the vaccination records because no one in the office had an account to get them online. The MA had to create one. While sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, I witnessed a woman come in asking for the copy of her xray. She was apparently called by the office saying they were ready to be picked up. 30 minutes later she left without them. One man waited 2 hours for a simple drug test for work. The office was filthy and doctor was rude. Horrible experience.

This urgent has the worst people working for them. My mom had an auto accident and wanted to see a provider urgently. Since it was an auto case, we went there with claim number and all the necessary information, instead of helping, they rejected my mom because it is time consuming for them to get paid. The manager was extremely rude. I’d never go here to get treated.

Walked in feeling like I ran a 5K. I have a virus from hell! Coughing, wheezing, runny nose and body aches. As soon as I walked in the front desk guy was ready to help me, he was really nice. He was very professional. Went in the room immediately after filling out my paperwork, which wasnt much. The nurse that came in the room getting my vitals seemed concerned about me. She was very attentative to me and listened to everything I said, without cutting me off. The doctor who actually seen me, was extremely nice and seemed concerned about my health. He immediately heard me wheezing and went with a steroid shot to get me relief. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. They were spot on!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Professional staff, received excellent care. Very little wait time. I use this clinic all the time for my staff and personally.

I have had several visits at this office and have always had excellent service. I drive from Ypsilanti to use this clinic because the doctors are very competent and attentive; the office and exam rooms are always immaculately clean. I have family members that only use this clinic as well for the same reasons.

This was a nice office but unfortunately they overcharge you. Do not go here unless you want to be charged double what they tell you. I was told $125 for an office visit and $25 for a strept test and got a bill for $295. Left several messages for the billing department and have never received a call back. I also called the office and confirmed I had the correct number for billing and they confirmed I did as well as confirmed how much an office visit and strept test is ($150 total). The last letter I received said if I do not make payment they will be sending it to collections. I will never do business here again!

Ive been here about 4 times in the past 2 years. Flu, ear infection, strep, and sinus infection. I have 2 toddlers at home and have never been more sick in my life before this ever...anyway, they are mostly friendly, fast and I never have had to wait long for care. The Doctor is straight to the point and has never misdiagnosed. Some of the staff isnt the most personable, but that doesnt hinder the care you receive. I feel like this is my little secret location because Ive waited hours for care at other places and never seen more than 1 or 2 people here with me.

Dr Sridharan and Serena were very nice and professional. I have been to this location a few times and They always get me in and out quickly and feeling better!

The staff was completely rude and dismissive. The MA kept insinuating I was pregnant even though that was not even remotely what I came in for and the doctor was arrogant and rude. Do not waste your time here.

Took my daughter to this Urgent Care on a Wednesday to evaluate her finger for a possible fracture. Physician Assistant on staff said he thought it was broken, but he wasnt 100% sure. He needed a radiologist to read the x-ray. He wrapped her arm in a bandage, gave us a sling and sent us home. I was told to expect a call the next day confirming or denying the break. It is now SUNDAY- 4 days later- and the office still does NOT know if her finger is broken. Its purple, swollen and in pain, but we dont know for sure if its broken. We were told to call them again on Monday after 11am for the results. I hope my daughters finger isnt healing incorrectly due to their total incompetence! This visit was a complete waste of time, energy and financial resources.

I was seen a few weeks ago for bad nausea and vomiting that just wouldnt stop and couldnt figure out why. I have been a patient here for over 10+ years, and Ayaz the PA there knows me very well, and my whole family too. But, this time it wasnt the same as I was used to for some reason. I checked in at the front desk, and Raven the receptionist had a really rather annoyed attitude, and didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Then, when I got to the back with the Medical Assistant, Sarrina she asked why I was coming in, and then came the tricky part when she asked about my medications. She kept asking me over and over again about my medications. I told her, what do you have on file for me still? Might as well bring your Ipad out and go over it with me. But then, she proceeded to say to me, Im pretty good at this. Like, I felt she was giving off an arrogant vibe. She eventually just gave up, and said, lets get Ayaz in here. Ayaz walked in a minute or two later, and asked me some questions and did a decent examination, but when he asked me a very specific question about seeing a gastroenterologist, I told him I cant get in to see my gastro doctor until April. He asked me what insurance I have, and I told him what I have. He said, you have really good insurance, I dont believe you when you say you cant get in sooner to see gastro until april. I asked him, what do you mean you dont believe me? thats how it is with U of m health system and any doctors in that system. He really upset with that comment, and ive never felt so insulted by a medical person like that. Ayaz and I have always had a good patient and provider relationship, and I dont know what the heck was going on that night but everyone there seemed like they were annoyed with me, and not in a good mood at all. Needless to say, I may never return here.

Billing is bad paid my balance still got a bill. Thien could not explain why I got the bill.

Staff is extremely rude. Very unorganized. Never sent my prescription in. They never answer their phone. And there bill agency billed me for the same thing twice and claimed I never paid anything at all but took the money from my account. I will never go back here.

I will choose this urgent care over any. Oscar and Raven have always been helpful and Dr. Sridharan among others have always been friendly and fast.

Added false charges on my bill. I never gave a urine sample. They are charging me for urinalysis and I never gave them a sample. Also, billing says there are test results on my chart! Can you say fraud?

It took nearly 6 days for my urine sample to return. They didnt even call me to tell me... I had to call them to ask. I had taken another dose of antibiotics that I didnt even need to. I called twice, the first time they said tru the next day. I called them again the next day at 5 pm and thats the only way I found out. Never going here again

Ahmed was a really helpful doctor. I came in with a fever and very bad throat pain. He has been my go-to doctor for over a year. Very professional.

Service from physician was fine. My issue was with the biller, the visit was coded wrong and when I called I had to leave a message because no one answers their phone at the corporate office. Left a message to correct the code and rebill my insurance, never heard back from the biller and instead of rebilling my insurance they sent it to collections. My visit with this Urgent Care facility was a great experience. The front office staff was very professional and courteous. My doctor, Dr. Ayaz Ahamed was the best doctor I have ever encountered at any emergency/urgentcare facility. He was so professional taking time to talk with me and explain what was going on with me medically. He has a heart of gold, a compassionate doctor with the best bedside manners. Whenever I get sick again, I will always visit this urgentcare facility on Haggerty Road and I will call ahead to make sure that Dr. Ahamed is in the office to personally take care of me.

DO NOT GO HERE! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DOCTOR TO PATIENT TREATMENT I HAVE SEEN!I brought my boyfriend there for possibly dislocating his shoulder or for re-herniated disk. But instead of treating his problem they treated him like he was a Benzo or opioid addict because he takes medication for ADHD and anxiety. Of which he makes appointments with his doctors regularly as he should be.We left with a sling and muscle relaxer and her acting and telling him how he should try and get off his medication. Let me point out the fact she never once even looked at his shoulder, arm, or neck. She repeatedly kept stating she couldnt prescribe opioid drugs which we even stated was fine. Then on the discharge papers put that he was sedated and benzo dependant...HE WAS IN PAIN.HOW DARE YOU JUDGE A PATIENT LIKE THAT.

The doctors were good and medical assistants, but the incompetence of the desk help is unacceptable! They have just lost a family of five because of utter ignorance.

I had the most unpleasant experience here, I could not believe how nasty the staffs attitude was. After waiting in the lobby the doctor had to search for the receptionist who seemed to be upset that she was bothered by signing me in (Carolyn) I believe she said her name was continued with her attitude after I told her I wasnt sure what type of Medicaid I had ,due to just switching to the new insurance she preceded to tell me to learn what type of insurance I have . I asked who her boss was to report the issue with a smirk on her face she threw a magnet card with the phone number out the window! Smh wow! Is all I have to say about this place

The care I received here is absolutely reprehensible. They were unable to draw blood from me after several attempts, when the day before, I gave blood at the Red Cross, and they had absolutely no problems getting blood from me. Also, dont bother trying to get your medical records, they wont release the entire thing to you. Apparently, the doctors there seem to think that they work for AFLAC, and they know AFLACs policies on whether I can be paid when I have a workers compensation claim. They say I cant, AFLAC says otherwise. They refused to release the required documentation for me to file my claim, when HIPAA says that they have to. I followed all the proper procedures for the release of my information to me. I dont understand why they treat their patients this way and refuse to comply with federal law. 1 star is too much, Google is already giving them a 20% advantage.

All staff members were friendly, entire visit including wait was less than half an hour, and the doctor really listened.Even though they had already locked up for the night, they still let me in. The doctor took his time treating me, and when the workers all left, Doctor Ahamed noticed I was still in the parking lot, looking for a pharmacy that was still open and stopped to help. He found one for me and even called in the prescription. Really went above and beyond.

Never have I been met with such unprofessionalism in a medical facility. Their major concern is payment up front, payment for other services not included in the office visit, and method of payment. It was 10 minutes before I was even asked why I was there. When I was finally seen by the physician he was rude, condescending, and to say the least apathetic. I will not be back and cannot advise strongly enough to find another place for treatment.

I go to this urgent care because I have to for work related injuries, I would never choose this place on my own. Its not very clean and the doctors never seem to concerned for the patients concerns. They give a shotty examination and move you out asap. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, not even for a hangnail
