Dr Jagedish has been a great doctor. Anytime I have any issues and need to be seen, they’re very quick to get me in; even the same day! I highly recommend them! My only “negative” remark would be that they don’t let anyone come in with you but hopefully they’ll allow that. BUT I highly recommend them and their staff!

Super nice staff from the front desk to the doctor. Everyone was personal and took their time with me. I did not feel rushed. I only waited five minutes to be seen, and the office is really clean and huge!Lisa who did my mammogram was one of the nicest people I have ever met. This is not only my first pregnancy but my very first experience at an obgyn! I am so blessed I found a place like this. They are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone there is so sweet!!! I mainly got to work with Diane so far. Diane is absolutely amazing! She is a great listener, she is compassionate, and very professional! I am not good with needles so giving blood was a challenge for me and let me tell you the phlebotomist here is so quick, so sweet, and sooooo good at her job! I am in safe hands here at SWC! Exited for more visits to come as I get farther along!

Office staff was amazing. Doctor explained everything and made sure my questions are answered. Only thing I wish is the gowns they give us fat girls... I mean come on no bigger then a napkin. Already feeling exposed add that to it.

I brought my mom there. I was surprised at how busy it was, but all wait times were minimal, and everyone was was nice. Dr. Vassass was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable. Also very efficient! If I were young I would like to go there for my OB.

Have had nothing but good experiences so far the staff are all really friendly and helpful. All the doctors and nurses are fantastic and encouraging that I have meet this far. Would recommend highly. The building is nice and clean and my wait till have not been bad no more then 15 to twenty minutes.

I have been a patient at SWC for over 33 years! I have continued as a patient and using this facility to handle my pregnancy and birthing of my two children. And now for yearly exams. Everyone is kind and friendly.I met Judy Laney for the first time yesterday, and she was Outstanding! Very professional and through in her exam! I will use SCW forever!

Efficient, kind healthcare. Mammogram technician Lisa was as gentle as she could be and personable.

Came in for an annual checkup and it was a quick process, no long wait, saw the doctor, and out the door then. Also went to the doctor the next day for walk-in for shots and it also was quick process. I don’t particularly like going to doctors in general, so it was pretty nice when we did what needed to be done, questions answered, and out the door to do other errands and other appointments.

Every year when my appointment time is here i have know problem on being waited on. Everyone is so nice & caring .thank you

I am always treated with the utmost respect and privacy. This office runs so efficiently. I had some problems in the past with medication prior authorization being done on time even after my insurance company called in, but their nursing staff cleared it up immediately. Dr. Jagadish is always incredibly kind, thoughtful and understanding of my needs. I am no longer apprehensive or uncomfortable about this essential care.

I always have a good experience when I have appointments at SWC. Joan the nutritionist is wonderful. She takes time to tailor your wellness and weight loss journey with you. She gives you a positive perspective on the challenges you face and tools to help with the needed changes.Eldy has been with SWC for a while. She is great! She’s compassionate and very knowledgeable. I am very comfortable sharing my concerns with her and appreciate the high level of care that she provides.Last but not least- My mammogram with Lisa was one of the best mammogram experiences I have had. She is professional and kind.I would recommend SWC to everyone.

I loved this place, I had all of my visits for my first two children here. I am now pregnant with with third. I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and still havent been seen. I told them I do not feel comfortable in a room with someone I dont know and it doesnt matter, I was not aloud to bring 1 guest. I was able to go to the hospital just fine with a guest, but here it is a problem? It is sad, but I guess I will have to wait it out until there is a guest aloud?Edit. Now I am most definitely upset I got a call and we worked something out and I called to make my appointment and they just hung up me in the middle of me talking. This is not the service I remember. I am healthy and if anything goes wrong I will just go to the hospital.

This place made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. All the girls were very nice and took care of me very well. This is a great place to get a check up. Even if it’s just a yearly exam.

After some frustration due to my regular doctor not being available, I was able to see another provider that same afternoon. She was able to start addressing my issue right away. I am frustrated that it will be over a week before I can have the first of possibly several tests.

This was my first visit with Dr. Staub. She is kind, courteous and made it a pleasant experience. The computers were down and I was still in and out in under 30 minutes. I felt comfortable here and that is most important to me.

It was our first child. We were a young couple and didnt know any better. The staff here is nice enough but they didnt listen. They didnt listen when my wife told them she has a longer cycle. They insisted on inducing rather than waiting. Then, when the induction didnt work, Dr. Hoppe said he scheduled a c-section. This led to years of issues with all subsequent pregnancies.After our 2nd c-section (arguably necessary due to the forced first one), the doctor was impressed with the little amount of scarring externally until he looked inside and said whomever stitched up the uterus the first time did a horrible job that he had to fix.Our first son also needed surgery later as a result of the bad circumcision.10 years later we are all the wiser. Had we known what we know now I would have hired a lawyer.

I have been having my regular yearly checkup and mammogram at SWC for over twenty years. The staff is always friendly welcoming and understanding no matter what the situation. I was especially appreciative of the attention given to me at my recent appointment to address some personal areas of my body that concerned me. Everyone from the receptionist to the young nurse that checked me in to my CPN, Diane Kreitzer, were very understanding and helpful, in spite of me feeling a bit awkward to discuss my concerns. They answered all my questions and were very helpful and reassuring, without rushing me through the exam and questions that I had, which is so appreciated. I highly recommend SWC to other women of any age.

If there was ever a doctor that deserved a 5 star glowing reviews it is Dr. Vassas. She is so professional yet has a friendly demeanor that makes talking about hard topics much easier to discuss. Most importantly she listens and really considers your opinion. I also have to give a special shout to Diane, one of Vassas assistants, she is great! And Dr. Yang who is also a wonderful, caring doctor. All the staff there are super friendly and awesome!

Dr. Starcher is an amazing doctor! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He really tries to meet the patients needs. For example, he put me on the medication that I requested. Hannah who does the ultrasounds is wonderful! She conversated with me while doing the ultrasound which was very comforting to me and she patiently explained everything to me step by step. I am so glad that she did my ultrasound! Debbie in the mammogram area is awesome! I loved how she explained everything to me on the phone and patiently answered all my questions. The woman at the door who takes the temperatures is very friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love this place and I am very grateful that I found it! I wish I would have found it years ago! Ive been going here for my entire adult life.Recently I changed NPs because mine retired. This clinic operates smoothly and I trust the care I receive.I hope the clinic employees can spend more time listening and making each patient feel heard and seen rather than coming off like they are pushing you out the door.A person asking questions and wanting information is a GOOD thing because it means she wants to take charge of her health. I hope the clinic employees can exemplify this better in the future.

Doctor starcher covers everything with you and ask if you need any refills and he is very careful. He always say if you need anthing let me know. The other staff members are very friendly.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and my appointments always run on time or early. I live 3 hours away but its well worth the drive every 3 months to get quality care, with wonderful people, and always feel valued and respected.

I have been going to Stark Womens center for years, and the only reason I go back is because Dr. Jagdish is very kind. The nursing staff, however is incredibly condescending. In my most recent experience, I had to schedule an appointment a little later than I usually would want to, but my schedule was tight. I needed a prescription refilled until then, so I of course have to speak with the nurse on duty. They right away question me if I could not schedule an appointment any sooner, which quite frankly is none of their business. If I could have scheduled an appointment earlier, I would have. And of course, they give me the refill saying that is all you can have until you meet with the doctor .. which again, i knew this, but the condescending attitude is really what makes me angry with these people. They treat patients like children. This is an every year occurrence so I do not believe this is a one nurse problem. I dread interacting with them. They really need to be understanding that not everyone can just change their schedule during business hours at a whim. Reception=good. Doctor=good. Nurses have attitude problems. Your patients arent children, stop talking to them as such. You provide a service, your patients are customers, if you continue to treat customers as beneath you, they will leave.

Dr Hoppe is wonderful. He listens to your concerns, he is patient and caring. Staff is polite and helpful. Great office!!

I went through my first pregnancy with SWC, identified medical issues and resolved them, and am now going through my second pregnancy with them. Everyone on staff are kind and compassionate people. I highly recommend them to any women!

I have been a patient with SWC for 13 years and after my yearly exam, I will never go back. When I called to schedule my appointment, the person I spoke to never told me whether I should arrive the typical 15 minutes early or not, and I never received a reminder call indicating how early to arrive either. I arrived with a full bladder but was never asked to provide a urine sample, which I thought was very strange. There was a lot of chit chatting going on at station a, including the girl who was supposed to be taking me to the exam room. The most bothersome part of the visit was when the nurse practitioner gave me upsetting news and merely walked out of the room after I replied that I really didn’t care if I was alive at this time next year. It is extremely concerning that your staff isn’t taking a patient who is upset and possibly in crisis seriously.

They got me in super quick for an issue I was having and when I arrived they followed proper covid protocol for sanitation and social distancing. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and I got out in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back!

Had to go back to gynecologist for other issues and was lucky enough to have Dr Starcher again. It’s a well oiled machine of an office. Highly recommend it for all female issues. From having babies to being done with the parts! Haha

The mammographer is the nicest person and makes you feel comfortable while giving you the mammogram. It will never be an enjoyable experience but she makes it the best it can be with her kindness and personality!! Thank you!

Allow me to start by saying: I went my entire pregnancy through Stark Women’s Center with no issues whatsoever. I always felt listened to, and Dr. Yang became my favorite medical professional period. She is now my go-to!! I would give her a 100/10, she’s personable, respectful, quick (but she does not rush), listens, and makes me feel so comfortable. As if we are bffs.Ok. So recently, Dr. Yang removed a lump from my side to send to pathology. A few days go by, and this cut is not healing properly, and is showing signs of infection. I call in to see if I could get an appointment. They tell me to come in right then and they would get me in but that Dr. Yang was not there. I saw Dr. Jagadish (sorry for spelling) instead. I get there, checked in and in a room within 25 minutes. They have me take my shirt off and put a paper shirt on. I do so, and I literally waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes with not a single soul talking to me, I was in a cold room with no shirt on waiting. Now - if the doctor was backed up this was fine but in no way was this communicated to me. I would have kept my shirt on because brr it was cold. I am finally greeted by the doctor to have her look at it and say “yup. It’s infected.” Now, I am allergic to an antibiotic called “Cefadroxil” (or something), and she made me feel really degraded when she asked me which antibiotic I could have after listing a few. Then seemed half annoyed when I didn’t know (like... you’re the doctor here, right?). She then complained about the size of the bandaid I was using, left the infected stitch in my wound and sent me on my way with no instructions on new care other than to leave it without a bandaid at night and smaller bandaids. lolTwo days later, the stitch popped, I called back and got in with Dr. Hoppe (spelling again sorry). He was wonderful. Was in and out of the building within 40 minutes, and they were very busy. Cleaned it well, gave me very clear instructions (including to keep a bandaid on at all times other than cleaning) and recommended a bandaid he personally used on an incision. It was a completely different experience from the few days before, and I felt listened to and not talked at.

Another Health Care place that does not Honor medical exemption on the Covid mandate concerning masks. This is a violation of the Americans with disabilities act. If your rights have been violated contact ada.gov and file a complaint #7 exemptions for anyone medically or developmentally unable to wear a mask. You should care enough about your patients to actually read the mandate especially if you’re trying to enforce it. Only enforce the park do you want to?

I had an appointment today with Eldy Lazaroff the NP. I usually see Dr. Jagdesh, but really liked meeting Eldy. She made me feel comfortable and like I had known her forever. I am very grateful for the respect and treatment that I receive from everyone there. i was upset when my insurance changed and I had to change gynecologists, but am forever thankful that I had to. SCWC has been wonderful and I would refer them to every female that I know.

Dr.Starcher is the best of the best!!! He is great at communicating with you and getting back to any concerns you may have!

Overall, it has been great care during my pregnancy. There have been some issues that have raised due to staff error but they were quick to correct it.

Just another billing mill (see other comments), friendly front desk/appointment scheduling (sincerely) to get you in - followed by crummy service and long waits. They will tell you to schedule right away since they are busy so they can piecemeal what could have one appointment into multiple for the purpose of billing specialist visits. Rude nurses on the phone not to mention the COVID policy. They do not allow significant others (standard practice and understandable) but they push medical students/trainees on you - I thought CDC guidelines were to limit unnecessary interactions among people who do not spend time together.Do Not Recommend unless you are interested in the “mcdonalization” version of healthcare. Stay away - just a typical cattle prodding billing mill.

I choose SWC for my 2nd pregnancy as I am high risk and had a not so great experience with my first. I would say most of the doctors/nurses and staff are very good at their jobs and caring! I become a common face having 2 appointments a week for many weeks. But billing is horrible. Global billing is a joke/disaster especially for someone who required ultrasounds once a week for months, additional testing etc. I was asked to make payments at every visit when I had just made them the week prior, I over paid well over $1,000 versus my own deductible to their “global billing” and I am now 11 weeks postpartum, 7 weeks post insurance payment and I still haven’t been issued refund. I have called swc, the billing company themselves (51 oak wood?) and I still have no resolution. They even had the wrong refund amount which was suppose to be looked into by the billing company. I have the actual hospital bill from my daughter going to collections since I cannot make the payments while waiting for my refund now for nearly 3 months. I’ve been told that someone was going to contact me, haven’t heard anything. I would recommend reevaluating your “global billing” procedures/protocols. I would have not had an issue at all paying this if my refund would be timely and accurate.

Always nice, friendly staff! Very clean exam rooms. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional, but Dr Hoppe is the best. He has helped me tremendously with severe menopause symptoms!! Highly recommended!!
