Insurance ended up not paying for my machine due to results not fitting their scope. Sent in chip to get evaluated ( never received by the company) sent another. Received bill for over 1k by Company even though the machine i had been using was valued at 500-600 online. After complaining they were willing to give me a discount of 450... Seems like if i paid that bill and kept the machine they would have made double profit off of me. Please make sure to double check everything you do with this company because that is a bad practice.

Totally the worst company to deal with!!! They charge you for every little thing and they do not tell you this when you receive the machine. Id like to know how you use your product without supplying the air hose and the mask. Even worse try explaining things to them and they do not listen they dont care they just want your money. Ive read all the reviews unfortunately I wish I had read them before I even dealt with this company. Go elsewhere do not do business with this place its the worst!!!

On the plus side, the people Ive dealt with have been polite but not terribly helpful. Im required to buy supplies from them to remain a in compliance for insurance purposes but most of the time, Ill buy what I need from Amazon because I get it faster and cheaper.

This is sort of a non-review review, and the five stars are not because Ive used the company (I havent) but because when I called to ask a few questions while I was in rehab preparing to return home, the person I spoke with was honest, accommodating and extremely helpful. Ive had some experience with this sort of interaction, and the gentleman i spoke with tops the list.I was quite impressed.

So far, Ive had no problems with their products or services. The CPAP works great. Prices are just what was expected. Ordering stuff is a little cumbersome, but not difficult. I had to switch to a different type of mask, because the first one I tried didnt work for me, and it wasnt a big deal. They are always polite.

Unhelpful, rude, and a huge pain to deal with. I was just on hold for over 10 minutes only to be transferred to someones voice mail. In the past they have not returned my calls until Ive sent angry emails. Unfortunately this is who our insurance deals with so Im stuck. Absolutely horrible company.

Impermeable Bureaucracy set up for their convenience, not the patients. Unfailingly polite but unhelpful. No one will leave a number you can call. They want patient to sit by phone until they call. Cant even get directions to one of their satellite offices, because person on phone has never been there. They do a good job once one gets through the system, but just makes your day a little more difficult. Would be an absolute horror show for an elderly patient.

Just what the other negative reviwers have said. Terrible customer service. More like a scam to get the maximum number of clients ( and their $$) and no attention what so ever to attending to these clients needs. Expect endless hours spent on hold, missed appointments, and being told that you have to drive yourself to remote locations, on your own dime to see one of their practitioners, at a time that suits them, not you. These guys appear to be buying up the competition in many markets. I advise you look for another provider, and you your best to keep this future Comcast of CPAP services from getting any larger.

Horrible customer service!!! They lie just to get you to sign up for their CPAP equipment and then they do not stand by their word. They just blame it on the person who answered the phone.They are rude if you dare have a problem with the equipment and try to blame it on you. A woman at the front desk in Sandwich yelled at me in public, telling me I am cheap because I actually thought they would give me a replacement part for my CPAP I only had for 6 weeks before it fell apart. They will not stand by their equipment they sell you.I wish I read all the reviews from here, Yelp and even Better Business Review before I signed up with them. They have several complaints on BBB also.The owner is trying to get a monopoly on the CPAP business on Cape Cod-I surely hope he does not succeed. That would be terrible for us locals. He, being a local himself, should know better and have people working for him who treat their customers better and are more professional.

Would have given less than one star if I could. Cape Medical Supply is a nightmare to do business with. Scheduling appointments takes weeks. They are unresponsive- do not call back for days or weeks at a time. When they do get in touch, they’re trying to send you supplies you don’t really need yet.

They stink....terrible customer service. They take your money, do not send you the supplies, and they dont call you to tell you there is an issue. I have already complained on them once. Today I am going to try another company.

Terrible company. They lied to me about the compliance requirements for my CPAP machine. They said that I could meet the required 21 days in 30 days at any time, when actually only the last 30 days of the trial period matter. I complied with the rules Cape gave me, but not what my insurance company wants so now Im on the hook for the full bill.
