Made my appointment for 7:30. They were ready for me when I walked in the door. Just found out this site is closing soon. I dont come often but it was nice being close to my home. The lady I seen today was very nice. You could tell she loves her job.

I never post reviews, but I felt like I needed to. This place has so many bad reviews, so I was really nervous about it. But my employer required that I get a drug test done at a Quest location, so I decided to go to this one. My appointment was at 9, and I was out by 9:25. It probably would have been faster, but one of the front desk employees was running late. The employee working was very nice and helpful. I had absolutely no problems with this location. I can’t speak for other procedures, but the drug test was very quick and straightforward.

I usually read reviews but this lab was so convenient that I didnt, my mistake!VERY BAD!!! ALL WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE!!! BAD ATTITUDE! They dont leave their chairs too call you, you hear them yelling your name from the inside! I had questions I had to sign in on a computer screen to talk with somebody. First time I went there, they told me to return because they didnt have the material to do my tests at that moment, I made an appointment online but I didnt see any way to insert my tests info. So, I called the customer service to verify what I should do. The customer service said that all of my test orders were routine, they should have everything already there, they shouldnt tell me to come back. I have something else bad to mention but this post would be too long... Dont come here, please dont waist your time! Also I never write a review, but in this case I felt that I should, probably this will be my first and last bad review.

I do not know why this location has so many negative reviews.I went in for a routine blood draw that my doctor ordered. My appointment was at 9:30am. Arrived a few minutes early and was out by 9:38am. The phlebotomist was very friendly, conversational, and clearly experienced.My only criticism is reception is a bit impersonal. Staff is behind privacy glass, and clients have to sign in on a kiosk. Other than that, it could not have been an easier experience. I would not hesitate to go back.

I was worried about going here after reading the reviews. I was taken within 5 minutes on a weekday at 11am. The staff definitely could have been more polished and professional, but the blood draw went fine and I was out of there pretty quick.

While the customer service there is good and they draw blood like a champion they, every.single.time, put the information in the computer incorrectly. My insurance information, they leave off or put in the wrong diagnosis code... I always spend hours going back and forth with the Dr. Offices and Quest to get it fixed. I will no longer go to this location.

The people who left one-star reviews are probably nightmares. Ive been here a few times, sent by my doc for routine blood work. Waits can be anywhere from 2-40 minutes, based on traffic. According to one of the employees, go around 4-4:30 pm for the shortest waits.Employees are quick, efficient, and skilled with a needle. Besides the clientele, its a good location.

My mother was the patient- said Andreas blood draw one of the best she has ever had. did not feel at all. professional, friendly- overall good experience.

Cant talk to a human when calling. Must use their stupid automated system. Im pretty sure they think my last name is Fu..you! Because it couldnt understand my name and I got very frustrated!

I had to have many blood work test done. It took 45 minutes just to write them all down. They were funny and had the patience to get it right. I appreciated it. For what I am going through it was the best it could be.

This is the worst lab Ive ever been too! Very unprofessional. Today I hesitated but needed a drug test, so here I sit waiting 15 minutes because the girl at the window is candle shopping instead of helping us clients., Shes shopping! We need professionals working in the medical field, not nursing school rejects. And for those who think theres something wrong with those of us that rated this place a 1 star, theres nothing wrong with us, were being honest this place sucks!!

This place isnt like the reviews!!!!! Andrea was there the other ladys went on lunch. She quick!!!! Awesome lady very polite and nice! Best one Ive been to so far!!!! Give andrea a dam raise!!!!!!!!

Been sitting here for 30 minutes, 2 others were waiting prior to my arrival and we are all still waiting. No one has come to the window, peeked their head out or anything. I want to ask a question but I guess I have to wait until Im called to ask. This is just ridiculous. I read the reviews and was hoping I receive a different experience. I was so wrong!

I had an appointment scheduled and I was immediately taken back as soon as I signed in. I was nervous about having my blood taken for a test, but the lady taking the blood was so cheery and friendly that it was over as soon as it began. She got the needle in one quick poke, compared to the torture Ive had with some nurses. Overall I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Went in and was ignored by who ever is sitting behind the window. Terrible customer service. Why are you even open for business if this is the kind of employees you have on staff. Todays date is 1/3/18 time of my arrival and terrible service was at 1:15pm.She should be fired.

Been here many times with no problem. Thy billed my insurance and billed me after insurance told them what my liability was. I was told that withmy type of insurance I dont pay till after insurance. Suddenly they want ro fueas what Ill owe and charge that upfront. I told them to give me my doctors order back and they changed their mind. They can bill me after all. If you overpay, try getting your money back.

I came in as a walk in and knocked on the window to try to ask a question. The spoke through the glass and sad dont knock on the window so, I had to wait quite some time just to find out if they even do the test I needed done.

Came here for years out of necesity and God I hate everything about this place. The girls working here are rude as hell, you cant make appointments with them, they never answer their phones, they dont keep track of appointments so bring in confirmation. Took them over 2 months to alert me to a serious medical condition after an ER visit found out immediately of my infection.Youll never find a more wretched place

Called literally 30 times in a 2 day period to ask for holiday hours (their site is continuously experiencing issues). Not once did they answer the phone. I tried to call adjacent locations in Livonia, Novi, Westland, and Dearborn just for kicks - surprise not a single answer there either. Finally went in, and would you believe that that phone rings off the hook and they dont even look at it? I can see if youre extremely busy, but they werent. They just keep the ringer volume down and ignore it... Ive had the unfortunate experience of having to visit these places several times over the past few years for new employment. Is it a requirement to be an inattentive sloth to work here? 50 bad experiences over the phone and in person in a row are more than coincidence... Quest: pay your folks a little better and perhaps youll get decent workers. Not looking for good, Id take semi-decent...

I got in Relatively quick but in the end my test results were switch with A cancer patients my drug test was completely wrong to say the least truly unprofessional they never answer the phone and now I have to complete this test all over again I can say I’m truly disappointed and I hope others that try this location Have better results then then I did

Took over an hour just to get a simple drug test. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Blood work front desk was completely unprofessional when i had a question and as in a vengeful move she was not helpful at all when replying to me.Patient behind me knocked on the window and this same employee opened the window, shouted DO NOT KNOCK ON MY WINDOW and slammed it shut on her face. Im not kidding, i witnessed it.This locations phone is useless, there is no human contact and there is no way to talk to any. The elevator smelled of urine.My doctor never received the blood work results. This place was terrible, unprofessional, rude and they will treat you like subhuman. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Saturday am girl working the front desk was so very rude to each customer that checked in with her, she definitely hates her job and lets everyone know it!

Never answers the phone. Impossible to get a hold of this location.
