The office staff is pleasant, respectful, understanding, dependable, and is always willing and ready to get the job done with excellence and tremendous client care. The NPs are very patient efficient, and quality care driven. Mr. Michael and NP Shanda Hartley have hearts of gold, and care for all of their staff, patients, pt families, and partners as Family. If you need a PCP for your elderly loved one, do NOT hesitate. My Mother lived in assisted living for four years and for the first three had a medical group visiting her facility that was difficult to communicate with and not easily accessible...a very frustrating situation. Hartley Health was just the opposite. For the last year of Mom’s life PA Shonda kept me abreast of her status and ongoing issues. And anytime I needed information or help Shondra at the main office was always quick to help. It was very comforting to know access to Mom’s medical team was easily accessible and I could count on reliable information. Thank you Hartley Health! Lastly, having worked with two different assisted living medical groups I recommend the family caregivers develop a respectful working relationship with the medical staff. Their work is difficult and the best care possible for your elderly parent requires a two way street of transparency and communication.

This NP Group is advancing by leaps and bounds. The practice is growing as a result of their passion, care, advocacy for the elderly population, and continuous efforts to stay on the cutting edge of healthcare technology. They operate with notable professionalism, the owner and employees treat each client with respect, dignity, and as more than just a number on their census. Moreover, they operate with true integrity in all they do. Upon their being any miscommunications or misunderstandings, the office does not hesitate to take full responsibility, and make every effort to correct the situation immediately. The Collaborative Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and associated agencies that this practice works with, are second to none. This practice is associated with numerous PCHs and Assisted Living Communities, and also sees elderly home patients. I have worked with many physicians and NP in my 40 years as a nurse and this practice from the office staff to Shanda is the most caring, professional,loving practice Shanda is a true advocate for the residents and their families. Shes patient and understanding with her residents she actually listens to them never rushed and she respects the nurses in the community opinions and thoughts and she is very knowledgeable and honest she never tells a resident or family just what they want to hear but tells them the truth

We had a really bad experience with the coordination of care by Hartley in addition to the lack of professionalism exhibited by the owner. The biggest issue is that it takes a week to get someone out to see a loved one post discharge or when they become sick. When we pressed them for true urgent needs, the tone turned unprofessional. I would proceed with caution as they seem to be over their heads and don’t have the best interest of the patient at heart.
