Needed some R&R so I treated myself to a massage. Great service from the young lady who answered the phone to the massage therapist. All the staff members wore masks properly and so did most of the other patrons in the waiting area. Plenty of off street parking.Christian was assigned to do my massage, he was amazing. Asked what pressure level Id refer before we begun. He was very mindful of an old injury that I told him about.I would certainly recommend this location.

I had terrible neck pain building up to the point where I couldn’t ever get myself comfortable. I was visiting family is Massachusetts and decided I needed to try to find a massage somewhere. I am so happy I found this place - everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was calming and Vinny gave me one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had! It was like night and day - I went in with terrible neck pain and I came out feeling brand new and still feel incredible weeks later! Vinny’s talent is amazing and I’m so glad I had the pleasure to work with him!

I had an appointment at 9am got to the place at 8:50am only to be told that my therapist wasn’t coming in. Mind you I received a call a day before to confirm. There was no rescheduling nothing just a oh well your therapist is not in. So unprofessional, wasted my time and all. Definitely a disappointment! Does not even deserve a star.

I went in for a massage as Christmas gift from my husband. Boy, am I glad I went!! Tia was the best! She has huge and strong hands haha. She fixed my sore hip after one session. And needless to say I signed up for monthly membership!

Very professional!! The massage therapists do a great job! I LOVE Andres! He is absolutely amazing. When he is performing a massage for me, I feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I also leave feeling renewed. He is professional, respectful and skilled. I’m glad I signed up and became a member.

Please don’t schedule front line workers with therapists who don’t feel comfortable. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. On my confirmation phone call, I told the staff at Elements that I take care of Covid-19 patients in full PPE and was told it was fine. I get to my appointment and I’m told I can’t be seen because the therapist wasn’t comfortable with the fact I take care of Covid-19 patients. Better communication would have been appreciated.

I have had a membership here for over a year and have never missed a month. In fact, I find myself adding in an extra session every so often. I have neck and back issues and the excellent massage I get from Vinny is a great compliment to the physical therapy and exercises I do to keep things in shape. Recently tried adding hot stone to my session and it was amazing! My time at Elements significantly improves the quality of my life. It is a true therapeutic experience without pressure and sales pitches. Highly recommend.

This was not my first visit .. as usual I was very happy with my massage , the staff and the space .

This place is great. They were very accommodating. I was given a Groupon for here and hurt my back at work a few weeks later. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. Jenn was my therapist and she was terrific, I was very happy with my massage. I also appreciate that there was no high pressure sales pitch, some massage places do that and its the polar opposite of relaxing. I will definitely be going back on my own dime!

I have gone to different places throughout the years. I have had thousands of massages but none like Joanna! She saved me! Shes an amazing therapist and the best this location has! Ill be stuck with her forever she does amazing work. I recommend her 10 stars.Place is clean but front desk is a little rude.

This place is the house that Vinny built. He’s, by far, the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He has studied the skeletal and muscular systems and has a real understanding of what needs to be done when I come in with a headache, sore neck, or lower back pain.Honestly, Vinny is the only reason I go here. I know I could pay less for massage, but he just gets it. Highly recommended!

Was given a gift card at another location..called to make a appointment explained to them I have a gift card ..showed up to my appointment and was told I could not use my gift card at there location..but I could pay for my session..I walked out.. if anyone is buying u a gift card though this national chain with locations across the u.s. make sure your aunt or grandma in Florida or California buys u one from your local place...or inform your customers first..

I find Elements Massage clean and inviting. Their massage therapist are attentive to the clients needs and well trained. I belong to their wellness program.

I had an appointment in April which went really well, the therapist was great, she really helped me and I was scheduled to go back in May or June. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I wasnt able to make my appointment and was charged $15.00 for a late cancel, which I understand, I made an appointment and couldnt keep it. My frustration is that I made another appointment in October for November 8th. I am now 8 months pregnant and really needed a prenatal massage. I moved my calendar around because prenatal therapists are apparently scarce at this location. My appointment was made for 5:30PM. I received a voicemail from Karen at 4:26PM that day stating the therapist was in a car accident and to call back and reschedule. I told her I was unable to do any other day that week and then I asked her if anyone else was available who could see me this week, if not I can try and make it for the following week. Karen said someone else was available and to go ahead and come in at 5:30. As I pulled into the parking lot at 5:20, Karen called me back and said that the therapist was leaving because she heard back from her doctor and needed to leave and that there was nothing they could do. At this point I am irate. 1. Karen lied to me by telling me another therapist was available and 2. Youve cancelled on me TWICE. I asked Karen if she could refund me the $15.00 they charged me in May for me cancelling last minute and that I was never going back to this location. She agreed that the credit card they had on file would be refunded and I have yet to hear back from them and I am still waiting for my refund. Beware of this location and of Karen!!

I just had a massage at this facility. It is very clean and professional. He staff are friendly. I came in with some back pain from playing sports. My therapist, Andre, listened intently at the start of the session and then he tailored the massage to address my pain. He did a great job. Thank you.

As a busy physician and marathon runner, I have been a member for many years. Every single time I think that I am too busy to take care of myself, I go have a massage at Elements Massage Canton. I am reminded of the beauty of self nurturing. My favorite therapists there are Vinny, Cindy and Sheryl as they all do deep tissue massage and can relax my tight hip flexors while making me feel like a queen for 90 minutes and beyond! Vinny is particularly gifted with superior interpersonal skills and professionalism. All he has to do is smile and my trapezius muscles relax immediately!Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Elements Massage Canton is simply amazing! Wonderful facility and great peppermint candies!❤️

Myofacial massage information & implementation thereof was inquired about & requested, I was assured it was available. It was not, do not expect it if thats your pursuit. Had I known I would not have gone there. Quit simple.
