I had an amazingly smooth experience buying a used metal detector from Equipnet in Canton, MA. The device was in their Brockton warehouse, and they helped coordinate a time to inspect the unit to ensure it worked before we committed.Kyle Smith made the whole process extremely easy, and hes a shining representation of great customer service. No complaints whatsoever.I will definitely be going back to Kyle and Equipment for more used equipment.

Was purchasing lab equipment at an auction and when receiving the lot the items were different than described in the catalog. I asked about the remaining stuff and received a very rude answer referring to the general selling conditions, which hold EquipNet harmless on anything. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN!

Not great for Doing Business, they could sell used items at much better way then what they do, they ignore customers when they need something, worst shipping experience and bad just bad
