My grandmother had an appointment at 5pm. I asked to have it scheduled earlier and a staff member said she could come at 2pm. I called on the day of her appointment to confirm that she could still come at 2pm and the staff member said yes. After driving 45 mins to the doctors office, she was told my grandmother that her appointment was not until 5pm and her doctor was not in today and could she come back Saturday. After speaking with her a few times, the staff member said she could stay and the nurse would try to squeeze her in. I have taken her there in the past and the wait time is ridiculous so of course she did not want to stay because she knew she would be there all day. This place is very unorganized and need to look at different scheduling options.

I have had 2 Dr. Visits here. Both the wait was over 4 hours. If you go here take off all day because you will need it. Also to add to it they told me my Insurance didnt cover my visits, when they did. So they got paid twice. Now I have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. It does not look like they will. Its been over two weeks no reimbursement. Now its been a month and a half with no reimbursement . We will not have to go to court.
