Been a patient here for nearly 10 years. Care is always acceptable and staff are always pleasant.

Please do NOT go here. My experience at first was great. The people are friendly thats about it. About two months ago i started to experience some pain in my back, pelvic, and abdominal area followed by shortness of breath and I went to my doctor to tell her about this pain. She didnt listen completely, didnt examine me, and just said that it was round ligament pain and that was normal for pregnancy but the pain only is really severe when Im at work and when I come home from work. So I asked if she could put me on a restriction to do half of the work thats required of me at work so that I dont have to be in pain at work up until I deliver and she told me no. What I cant understand is why cant anything be done about this. I dont want to loose my job because my doctor is insensitive and doesnt care about my safety or my child.

Office staff is always pleasant and knowledgable. Love this office!! I have gone here for 10 years and wont go anywhere else!

BEYOND HAPPY WITH THIS OFFICE/STAFF:EVERYONE from the receptionists to the doctors in this office are FANTASTIC! I have never been treated so great by an organization in any field! I always feel comfortable when I have to come here which is often since it has been throughout my entire 39 months of pregnancy. Everyone is professional, but still makes it feel personable. I am always acknowledged with a hello or smile and greeted by with my first name, even by the nurses and doctors that arent meeting with me that day. I have been extremely fortunate to have had an overall healthy pregnancy, but even when I have a small concern or question they are always answered and taken care of. I did come down with the flu & fever this past week and had to call the on call doctor at 1am and I received a call back from Dr. Johnson within 5 minutes! He knew exactly who I was, and was so sweet and helpful, even at 1am! He let me know what I could take for the night and called in some scripts for me right then and there to get me and baby-to-be back to good health. Bahar, Jill and Heather have been my main nurses during my visits and I am beyond pleased with all of them! I am TERRIFIED of needles (shots and blood draws) and they have ALWAYS gotten me on the first poke and its been as comfortable as a shot can be with no anxiety on my end :) They are fantastic! I have met with all of the doctors; Kloss, Johnson, Michelle, Gatt, and Mangat and I like all of them. I always feel comfortable and they are all are so nice and knowledgeable. I wish they were general physicians as well so I could use them as an every day doctor so I didnt have to go anywhere else. We are looking forward to our 1st baby, a girl, this coming week and I know that this could not have been a better experience without your team! Thank you Westside OBGYN Canton Office for taking such great care of our Family! I will be back for any and all OB needs and you will be our go to for future baby #2 and if there is a #3! I highly recommend this office and staff to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN office to go to and I will refer everyone here!~Robin, Mike, and soon-to be baby girl Marley

I absolutely adore westside!! I love both the canton and livonia offices. All of the doctors have wonderful mannerisms and have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Mangat especially. Was my gyn before becoming my obgyn, and I have had only wonderful experiences with patient care. Sometimes the wait is a little bit longer than anticipated, but I dont mind for the stellar service.

If you’re a women of color do not go to this doctor. You will not be listen to or cared for with empathy how physician and nurses should treat patients. Worse experience ever do not go to Dr.Dymond !

I was very unhappy with the treatment I received here overall. I was already concerned when I realized that I wasnt sent all of the new patient paperwork I needed, nor the Patient Rights and Responsibilities print out. The RN took more time with me and listened better than the actual doctor (kudos to her, by the way)! The doctor I saw today was extremely brisk, borderline rude, and acted like she didnt have time to work with me, despite my appointment being at 10:00am. She wouldnt let me explain my symptoms, she kept interrupting me, and was way too interested in the type of insurance I had and where I got it, going so far as to ask me if I had copays or deductibles. When I tried talking to her about my concerns, she dismissed them and refused to talk to me about them at all, even stating that my family history of pre-cancerous cells in some womens cervixes were their personal history and not a family history and that it wasnt relevant to me. The only reason I gave this office as high a review as I did was because the RN and desk staff were kind. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, if possible.
