Probility physical therapy is a very caring and professional place. They really took care of me and treated me like family. Theyre very friendly and made me free welcomed. They gave me an excellent service throughout my treatment there. I would give this place more than 5 stars. I want to thank all the staff that helped me and would like to give a special thank to Justin Dieboid. If you ever need any physical therapy, I highly recommend this place.

Therapists wait until your arrival to look at your chart and information. They do not decide how best to treat you before you are there, nor do they handle issues until your appointment time.I made my appointment far in advance and filled everything out online. I’d even had multiple conversations with the receptionist to work out possible kinks.When I got there, the therapist discovered that she didn’t know how to treat me and needed to talk to my doctor (who’s office was downstairs). She called while I waited and couldn’t get through. She didn’t try to walk downstairs or send someone.Then she said she could ask her boss for advice, but that he was busy and she didn’t want to interrupt for a chat. She said she could do an evaluation instead of therapy, which would have significantly helped the situation, but then changed her mind and cancelled my appointments completely. She was now requiring multiple, detailed referrals from several different doctors.She clearly felt zero personal responsibility to actually help, and got me out of there as quickly as she could.

Appointments are easy to schedule. Clean, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Every visit has been helpful and pleasant.

Will not pick up phone. 3 days now just a message recording. Left messages no call backs.

I have always been disappointed with and thought PT was a waste of time. I LOVE this place. Everyone actually knows what they’re doing, and it’s very clean. Helped me with neck induced headaches and nausea. I highly recommend you give them a try evern if you’ve been disappointed with other PTs. I really didn’t want to go (and waste my time). Life changing for me.
