The offices that I have been to, personally, are in fact very kind. They always ask how Im doing. One place even says good to see you. Ive commented on how uplifting they are. The only issue Ive ever had was with one nurse... but that was inpatient for a blood clot in my lung. In which I replied lets trade places, which took care of the problem. Lol. But the people in the office building actually take great care of me. A bit of politeness and a smile goes a long way. They deal with alot of different kinds of people, all day long. Ive noticed a few times, a few kind words makes them feel appreciated even on a rough day, brings a smile. There are alot of rude people out there these days and I go out of my way not to be rude and impatient. The kindness is usually always returned. Mercy offices always give me great care. No complaints! 🙂

These people are rude and inconsiderate. They have no compassion and they only care about doing their job. Recommended to avoid this place at all costs. They discharge people that still need help.If you do have to go here, whatever you do dont bruise their egos. Chaos will ensue.They have a sign in every room that says to let them know immediately if youre not getting the VERY BEST of care. If you tell them they arent treating you right, or that you dont feel comfortable with how they are treating you they say thats your opinion, and will call security on you and kick you out. No matter if you still need help. Avoid this place!!!
