The doctors in this facility seem to switch careers like changing underwear. I called in to have my medication refilled last Friday, today a Nurse calls to verify the dosage, its now almost 8pm, and the Pharmacy hasnt heard anything since Friday about the refill. After contacting their after hours service, I learned that the physician whos name is on the medication bottle, no longer is here. Great medical practice. You all swore to the Hippocratic Oath. I strongly suggest you uphold that oath. That is your job. You dont leave patients hanging when maintenance medication is a requirement. This is one of the main reasons I will not return here, along with the misdiagnosis of Lupus 3 months after they had the blood work. Thats like telling a terminal cancer patient that they have 6 months to live, but the information was available 3 months ago.Strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
I transferred to the OBGYN clinic when I was 37 weeks and had an extremely positive experience. If it were for the doctors here, my baby could have been a stillborn. I am forever thankful for the hard working doctors, and nurses, here.
If you like waiting for hours and hours this is the place for you and when you are sick the only suggestion they have for you is to see Stat Care I have only had bad experiences here and will be looking for a new care provider.
