Our family had the worst experiences with this particular office. The nursing staff seemed to be chosen from the bottom of a very deep barrel. The first nurse we had fell asleep numerous times while on the job and seemed more interested in our wifi password, as that is the first thing she asked about on her first day, walking in the door. The second nurse used our living room as her personal office with papers literally strewn all over the room and didnt know how to flush a toilet. They constantly complained about having to drive to work, even though they claimed to be reimbursed. We had a male nurse who would have rather have been out with his friends and show up later than scheduled and even went so far as to have his boss call to ask if it would be okay for him to come a few hours later. The general attitude of the nursing staff was that they didnt really want to do their job and just wanted to get paid. My sons case manager was difficult to deal with and griped about anything being rescheduled due to doctor appointments. The office staff is horrible at being reliable towards patients and family needs. Do not expect any professionalism. Set your standards low and maybe you wont be disappointed. If youre allergic to female chatty drama, avoid at all costs.
