Other women has her mistaken for someone else she was nevere charged for a appointment the therapist working here are well trained regardless and is a good therapist that treats medical problems. This industry has competition so others become rude which is understandable or affended. But if you were never charged for your appointment and left without telling the staff Im not sure why you would complain.
