Highly recommend!We have had Parson Insurance for about six years now and they are ABSOLUTELY the best Insurance Agency!Our policies were coming due for the year and Kaylee emailed to say she would look into switching us to another one of their insurance companies. She got back with me to say she could save us over $1,500 a year on auto insurance, keeping all the same coverages!!She also made it extremely convenient by even allowing me to e-sign all documents!

They Are Great!!

Called about getting an insurance policy, after taking my info this insurance agent just laughs at me and acts like Im a felon. Im not. I have no DUIs and only one small bumper scratcher accident from 6 years ago. Of course they bring that up. They mention I have has my license suspended and thats a problem. Yes I have, from not paying a fine on a ticket. The state of Virginia has ruled suspending peoples licenses for failing to pay fines as unconstitutional. This shouldnt be a concern for an insurance company, but of course it is. So after telling me they wouldnt insure me they then tell me since my mom has insurance with them that they will now exclude me from ever being covered if Im driving her car. What do I have to do with her? I dont live with her. That has to be illegal for them to make that connection. Insurance is a scam and they only want the people with the 2004 model year car they bought brand new and it has 11,000 miles on it sitting in the garage. Thats their target customer. If you drive 30,000+ miles a year like I do youre bound to get a ticket or two. Unprofessional
