I was so excited when Grit Life opened. I have had a long fitness journey and this place has already taught me so much. The workouts are very challenging and you always get a great calorie burn with a good sweat. The trainers will work with you no matter what fitness level you are on. They are not all about jumping and doing everything at a fast pace. They teach you to be slow and controlled when you need to be and how to really burn out that muscle. These workouts have been easier on my joints and knees and I’m still achieving great results. Thank you Gritlife for doing everything you can for your members and always striving and pushing us to be better.

I’m so thankful I have discovered Grit Life. I was at a point in my life where I was extremely depressed and hated to even look at myself in the mirror. After stalking Grit Life’s FB stories for months I finally pulled the trigger and signed up for a consultation. It feels so good to see transformation and just know I am actively working on myself. With the help of Randi and Lindsey, you don’t have an opportunity to fail (unless you just don’t listen). Try it out! It’s not easy but it is SO REWARDING.

I have to admit I have not been one to keep a consistent workout regimen. It took a minute, I was not happy with myself, my appearance etc... I joined the 21 day challenge and it has forever changed my life, I feel better, the meal plan has been so easy, and Ive gotten Big results. I Love to workout!!! Its nice to walk into a gym where Everyone is supportive and Encouraging. Thank you Lindsey and Randi couldnt have done it without you!!! Grit Life Fitness for Life!!!

I just want to thank Grit Life Fitness, the owners, and the trainers for giving me a well rounded work out experience! nutrition class and education, personal accountability, and a great space to get in shape. The trainers are very knowledgable in so many areas of health and fitness. I have never really worked out before and they were very motivational in helping me to keep going and to not give up on myself! Will continue to work out at Grit Life and am excited to be a part of this new and upcoming gym!

Grit Life has been a blessing in my life. I had let myself go and I was at a point in my life where I was not happy with myself anymore. I hit an all time low and lost confidence in myself. Now I can say I am a totally different person and it’s because of Grit Life. The trainers, Lindsay and Randi really care about me and my goals and have already helped me achieve so much. They have helped me improve my nutrition and they hold me accountable to it and my workouts. The motivation and support that you find within the Grit Life community is like no other. I am so excited to be a part of Grit Life and can’t wait to see how much father this journey takes me.

Grit Life is amazing and has great trainers. Both Lindsay and Randi will push you to work hard, but are great at working with you at any level of fitness. The workouts are always different, and never boring.Me and my husband both are memebers. There are convient times to workout in the morning or in the evening. Everyone there is super friendly and always cheering each other along.

Absolutely the best gym EVER!!You have personal trainers anytime you need them, guided nutrition to make the best lifestyle change you could ever ask for, and best workout you will experience in a day!!I love going to the gym and working out now, I love the people in my classes, everyone encourages each other and no judgement from anyone.Just the whole GRIT experience is AMAZING, best advice I can give is to come in, see it first hand how great it is!!!

I cant believe how much my body has transformed and how much stronger I’ve become in body and mind since joining Grit Life Fitness! Their foundational pillars truly work! Ive learned so much about nutrition and fitness these past few weeks, and the accountability piece is huge!The sense of camaraderie is also amazing. It’s easy to form a bond with other members because we’re all working hard to meet our goals. We cheer each other on and celebrate each other!I started with the gym with a 21 day challenge and was hooked from there! I’ve been 100% virtual since day one, proof that, with the right people to guide you, you can transform yourself right from home. Lindsay and Randi truly are amazing trainers! Thanks to them, I feel stronger and more confident than ever!

The trainers and owner of Grit Life are well educated very personable and make the hardest workout fun.Youre not just a number walking in the door Youre not just another body taking space on the floor.You are their client who they coach encourage and celebrate your victories with.The atmosphere there is amazing!Results are definitely something youre going to see within the first couple of weeks.If you want to achieve your goals and be held accountable and have fun come on in!One more thing no competition here Youre only competition is yourself. Go for it!The trainers will work with you on personal goals and youll be able to set them achieve them and surpass them.Nutrition is a big part of an individuals success and the trainers are well educated to customize your meal plans for success!💪

I am on day 8 of a 21 day challenge and already crave these workouts and the trainers! They truly care about their clients and want you to reach your goals as much as you do! Daily check ins, daily motivational encouragement, the list goes on....This gym is top notch and have yet to find one like it!

Grit was the push that I needed to get to my fitness goals. I just had my second baby who’s exclusively breastfeeding and was afraid to try “fad” diets that would affect my supply. Lindsay came up with a game plan that helped me lose weight and most importantly become stronger. Losing baby weight and “them some” was incredible. Love their platform and how they work with us all the time. Thank you Lindsay and Randi for getting me into the right track. I recommend this to anyone who wants to reach health goals.
