This is probably the BEST run, organized, and coached basketball team/training that there is out there. My daughter entered Blitz 2 years ago. As a result my daughter is getting better every day. The coaches push you to get better. They hold you accountable. They teach fundamentals, teamwork,and development of the player. I have never witnessed such fast paced teamwork in basketball as I have in Blitz sports.

Blitz is a family not a business, coach Rashid had bin her coach and trainer since she was in the 5th grade and she has learned and grown so much, since she has been under his wing. He takes these girls and treats them like family, he teaches them the value of a family.

Blitz Sports provides the facility, training equipment and expertise required for todays young athletes. Owner Rashid Gayle makes for an excellent experience for coaches seeking gym rental, training methods and local tournament contacts. Basketball floor has recently been refinished making effective cutting, stopping and quick first step restarting. For a coach with a swift need of schedule changes at times, Rashid gives plenty of options to insure getting team practices in weekly.
