I got my first Balayage done here, I’m absolutely blown away at the quality of the coloring and how it blends in with my natural dark hair. I was hesitant that it would be too blonde, however the stylist was able to give me the look I wanted! I would absolutely recommend coming here if you have dark long hair and need a trusted colorist.

I went to go get my hair done here and they did not give me what I wanted. At the end of the session, the worker told me that its hard to dye my type of hair because of how dark it was, its just black with grey hairs and some dyed strands. They also did not give me the style I wanted. I just wanted to write my experience to tell others with dark hair that they might not dye it the way you want.

I can’t say enough great things about Michelle Kriensky. Her salon is super clean and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I received a full balayage, hair cut and blow dry in less than two hours and it came out amazing. I am so happy to have such a talented stylist located so close to home. Cannot wait to come back!

I can’t say enough great things about Elle Hair Studio. I am a loyal client of Kristina’s. I always leave the salon feeling happy and beautiful. The whole staff is so friendly and also very entertaining. They are extremely clean, efficient, professional, flexible, and talented.I think it’s also worth noting these days that they seem to follow Covid regulations to a T. At the start of the pandemic, when they were closed, the owner, Michelle, even called to keep me updated on when they would be opening again. And then when they did finally open again, they were able to get me right in.I highly recommend Elle Hair Studio.

All the ladies at this salon are professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. When I go in, it’s like I’m at my friend’s house because it’s comfortable both physically and emotionally. The clients don’t have to know each other, but they all chat with each other, because the atmosphere is so upbeat and not stressful like at other salons I’ve been to. They get the job done, but they do it in a kind, fun manner. If I’m nervous about trying something new, they’ll walk me through what I’m looking to do (even if I’m not sure what exactly I want)! This is the Canton version of the caring & fun “Steel Magnolias” salon! A must-try, you won’t want to go elsewhere.

There is always a welcoming , friendly atmosphere whenever i step in the door. Always willing to fit me in last minute. I never walk out dissatisfied. The girls always make me feel at home. And sometimes i just don’t want to leave.

MICHELLE is the absolute best. I’ve gone to her studio twice now to color my hair and both times I’ve walked away 200% happy. Had a great first experience at Elle hair studio! I’m new to the area so was looking for a new place. When I walked in, I was greeted by all of the staff with smiles. They took my jacket and scarf and immediately sat me in a chair. Lindsay looked at my hair and almost immediately understood what I was looking for and highlighted my hair with bright blonde, while preserving the integrity of my already fragile hair. Also was a quick appointment, which is great for someone who is inpatient like me. Thank you thank you! Such a gem of a salon, looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been going to Michelle for 17 years now and I would follow her until she stops cutting hair. She is extremely professional and takes great pride to make you feel beautiful when you leave the salon. I dont trust anyone else with my hair but Michelle. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a smile and a hello. Everyone is professional and extremely hospitable. I know that the salon is very well educated and trained and they puts smiles on the faces of everyone walking in and out of this beautifully decorated and clean salon. I would highly recommend getting in there for a cut, color, blow out, facial, waxing or get some eyelash extensions! Whatever you decide to do at Elle, I can assure you that you will leave feeling really good about yourself and not only will you look forward to your next visit but you will want to tell everyone you know to go there too!

I asked for a last minute appoint here to touch up my roots because my current hair dresser was away over the 4th and had to cancel the week before. They were great about fitting me in last minute even with the holiday. When I got there everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They did a great job on the color and I really enjoyed my experience. I realized that my current hair dresser 1) was a bit rough with brush which was breaking my hair at the top 2) wasn’t washing the dye out well enough ( my scalp with be stained for days and would get rashes behind my neck and ears which I had not experienced prior 3) no pressure to make an appt on the spot. All in all I had a great experience and will definitely go back!

This place is unbelievable. After trying so many barber shops to get a good guys haircut I finally found the hairdresser Michelle who is able to cut my hair better than any barber I have ever visited. The atmosphere is relaxing and your always in for great conversations for each and every visit! Love this place and would highly recommend it to any guy looking for a nice and neat haircut.Rob C.

I was surprised to see so many great reviews for this place. I came in to get a blow dry and wasnt satisfied at all. When I arrived the hairdresser at the front looked at me and said what do you want? In a very cold way. When I told her I was there for a blow dry (I had an appointment made days before) she rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to her client. No one came up to me to tell me where I can sit and wait. I ended up walking around the salon looking for at least a chair so I can get seen. The girl who took me clearly has no experience. I wouldnt be surprised if she doesnt even have her liscense. She started washing my hair with scorching hot water. I kept telling her it was too hot but she ignored me. Then when she started blow drying my hair she couldnt figure out how to hold the brush and dryer and kept hitting my head. I made another comment on how she was hurting me. She ignored what I said and continued to do the same. She only dried my top layer of hair and left the bottom dripping wet. She then proceeded to take a flat iron and again used it a few times while burning my head and said she was done. I was appalled because again the bottom half of my hair was dripping wet. I am definitely not coming back here and telling everyone I know to not go here either. They must only value the few returning clients they have and are not interested in having anyone new come to their salon. So DONT go here!

I have been going to Michelle for quite a few years now. I followed her from her previous salon. She is simply put a magician when it comes to hair. Ive seen her turn a drab dull head of hair into a thing of beauty. I always go in looking like A frump and come out feeling and looking like a million bucks. She is the best hair dresser I have ever had....and let me tell you Ive been through many. No one can do what she does as far as I am concerned. I always recommend her to my friends .

Elle is a cute, full service salon with experienced stylists. I drive from Boston to see Gina for her excellent waxing skills, she does lashes too!

Michelle and jackie are always welcoming. the salon has a homey feeling and everyone is always so friendly. often, it feels more like youre having a social visit than a haircut. i love the way michelle knows her clients and discusses their choices with them rather than just cutting hair. if someone who has always had long hair wants to go short, she makes sure thats what they really want before starting to cut. her #1 concern is making sure she gives her clients what they really want.

WOW! This shocks me to see a bad review from a new client. Sounds to me like Viktoriya is very high maintenance. The salon isnt that big, so if you couldnt figure out where to sit then that must say something. The fact that you said your hair was dripping wet in the bottom must have been another lie. How would Michelle be able to flat iron your hair with it being droppin wet it would ruin her iron. I could keep going on about all the negativity you posted but im going to stop here.Let me tell you the FACTS and what I do know. Michelle has a huge clientele because of her amazing talents. Her salon is very posh like and u feel right at home when you come in. You can be yourself when you are there. She works for you and will give you what you want. I have tried many high end salons and NONE of them could compare to the way Michelle colors! She is a true artist in that sense. Her hair cutting skills are absolutely amazing as well. I recently went in and just wanted a change, so the esthetcian Michelle recommended I get the lob hair cut. I absolutely loved it! I had her cut a little bit more off and my hair had shape and style to it. Amazing how she takes such pride in her work.So, to see a bad review from someone just shocks me! Ive witnessed people just popping in to say hello to Michelle while Ive been at the salon. The only way anyone will know is to go in and give her salon a try. You will be happy you did! I always make sure to spread the word and recommend Elle Hair Studio...and people have thanked me for introducing them to Michelle.
