Was here with my daughter last night, spent 7 hours here to be discharged & told to follow up with a PCP & referral to a specialist. Told there was nothing they could do for her. Back again the next night bc of new symptoms….. 8 1/2 hours later we are STILL in the waiting room. Others have said they’ve been here 15 hours & are still waiting to go back.

Oh man. Where do I start? I was rushed here with chest pain, we assumed it was a heart attack. I was taken back for an EKG and bloodwork....and have been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours now. If they were this backed up, shouldnt they suggest someone who thinks theyre having a heart attack to go to a different ED? Naw. Theyre just money hungery. I will NEVER return here, even if I was dying.

They were unable to find the source of my pain and failed to treat it. If you are in pain dont waste your time here.

I was amazed at how well and quickly my surgery went . the doctors ,anistiziologist were fantastic.and the nurses were the best,just an awesome effort painless surgery. Yeah I gave it 5 stars because I know I was in the hands of true professionals.yes, I defiantly would tell anyone having surgery to come here.awsome staff!

I avoid doctors and hospitals at all cost due to previous bad experiences. From the check in guy all the way through my nurse, Dr., P.A., etc I had the best experience. They were quick, kind, and efficient. My room was extremely clean and so were all of the bathrooms. I will never hesitate again as long as I can come back here. Thank you Mercy E.R. staff!

I like Mercy Hosp but the emergency room is a mess. Really, like long wait times, short staffed in doctors an nurses. Wait a lot for tests to be done. Make sure you get a call light cause they dont always remember. Dont even have pillows sometimes even if you ask. Staff is hot from running around an it is cold there. Need much more staff to help out since closed two Hosp in last few years it is crazy here.

Go somewhere else if at all possible.

Horrible service

As soon as I arrive at er all front desk personnel where unprofessional and extremely rude. If I didnt need help I would leave now. The lady was even making fun of my name. Totally unbelievable. I hope the rest of the visit is better but I will not be back they must just hire anyone who has a pulse. We got to the room no blanket covering the seat. Staff coughing not covering there mouths and they are just sitting around talking small talk for 30 minutes and no one has came in to check on me. Its not improving.

I waited for over an hour and then asked how many people were in front of me, they said 5 people. After they let over 20 people go in front of me, Which was another two hours later. I asked again on how much longer and again they said 5 people in front of me. I told the nurse to just take me off because I was no longer waiting. Ridiculous that I waited three hours no not even be seen by anyone. I arrived before the waiting room was even busy and was pretty much treated as l though I was unimportant. I will not EVER be returning to this joke of an emergency room.

I have never reviewed anything. A week ago we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and then once we were in the back it took an additional 2 hours for anyone to see us. My wife was 15 weeks pregnant, her water broke and she was bleeding. We got an ultrasound and it was ruled an inevitable miscarriage and they sent us home to deal with it. Here we are, 3 days later sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. Were heading to Aultman. There needs to be a zero star rating

I have been a MMC patient when needed for the last 17+ years. I have seen the hospital change and the ER grow to accommodate more people needing care. Wait times are never fun. But as a nurse I can tell you I have never doubted the decisions made by the triage staff. And I and my family members have always been treated well, both medically and in terms of the compassion of those providing care. That includes every job description. While I applaud my drs, physician assistants, nurses and care staff. There are so many hands behind the scenes that make “Mercy” at MMC a reality. I pass on my thanks, praise and prayers to Jesus Christ. Who is the One who ultimately brings what is needed ... when it is needed. I pray that this standard of excellence I have seen and known will always be what everyone receives when they seek help here.

You know most hospitals dont give a crap about you or how you going to pay for their services!! Not this place my husband had a heart attack in Oct they went out of their way to help him get his medical bills paid and to get health insurance. They didnt have to but they did and they are a blessing cause now his medical bills are paid and he works hard to provide for his family and with this. Added stress he was worried. They helped and we are so thankful. Good to know us Americans can also get health insurance and be productive people as well. Shows that they do care.

Here we are at 1 am been here since 5pm and still no results took them 4 hours to even get her medicine then do blood work and nurse said it takes 30 min to get ot back 2 hours later they come to do a mri are u fricken kidding me i have to drive all the dam way back to massillon. Smfh i hate this dam place

It took me 2 1/2 hours to get in a room since I was in on a Saturday night but they figured out my problem and treated it immifiatley. It just was really unfortunate I have huge veins in my arm and the nurse couldnt get the IV in I had bruises all over my arm but I was just happy at the end of the day that I could go home pain free and eat again.

My husband was referred to the er from stat care. His blood sugar is dangerously high, he checked in, they know all of this. He has been waiting for 3hours to get insulin. Seriously debating on have ems take him to Aultman from Mercy. How is this ok?

This ER is the worst Ive ever seen got sent here from stat care BC of possible appendix inflammation... Im in severe pain and have been sitting for 3 1/2 hrs.. I ask how many ppl in front of me they say 6 hr later after hearing multiple names called still 6 ppl ahead of me!! This is ridiculous!! Not only is it time consuming but their staff is VERY RUDE!

I cant believe they had all day to move me and they waited until 9 pm to do it. Then I am put into a room with a closet door on the bathroom that doesnt even close all the way.

They treated my mom horrible and Im not happy with this hospital at all. Im calling lawyers.
