Mr Justin was able to give me an estimate and also advice on the best solution just by seeing pics and videos of the areas of the home relevant to the work. He was very responsive and answered any questions I had promptly. On the scheduled day, he came in with another team member and completed the job quickly with no complications whatsoever.
