My poor pup was given his summer shave and the groomer instead of shaving him in layers. Shaved at the skin, with clippers that had no guard. They didn’t take their time so the clippers got hot and my dog is head to toe RED with clipper burn. He is miserable. He can’t sleep or relax because he is so itchy and hot.

My Ellie bounces in her seat when we turn into this place. James is an amazing groomer and dog handler!

We have had a WONDERFUL experience here! Customers for life! Our little bernedoodle is super sweet but shy and she is always nervous about being left somewhere. James handles it so well and always gives her excellent treatment. He clearly knows all about the various dog breeds, temperaments, and how to care for them. I trust him to make decisions about how long or short her fur needs to be cut and she always looks so beautiful afterwards!!! Definitely recommend!

We took our 5 month old Saint Bernard pup to a wilderness center last weekend. When we got home, we found three ticks on him. We were worried he would carry more inside of our home, so I called James and he was able to accommodate us a couple of hours later. What a huge relief! James did an amazing job with our big guy! We got him back tick free, smelling INCREDIBLE, and looking so handsome! It’s been almost a week and he still smells great. Thank you, James! We will definitely be back!

We started taking basic obedience classes with our dog here. The trainer is AMAZING! He is the perfect balance of being nice while also making sure that you are training your dog properly. He is always able to help you out and will do in a polite way that doesnt seem like he is criticizing you or your dog, but simply helping the two of you out. I would recommend anyone who wants to get their dog trained should definitely check out this place first. I felt like I was getting trained just as much as my dog by going here in that the trainer was making sure that I was properly rewarding my dog only when she deserved it and making sure that I corrected any bad behaviors when it came to commands. Getting to see him and his dog interact was an incredible experience as well. I had of course seen youtube videos of well trained dogs before, but being able to see just how well trained his dog was up in person blew my mind. I dont know if I will ever be able to reach that level but hes set the example for me and Im going to try my best to get to that level for my dog and me.

My experience was incredible. The James & Shaughn are amazing. So nice and willing to answer any questions I had. My cat was groomed well and the prices are reasonable.

Ive taken my chocolate lab puppy to beginner and intermediate dog training classes at North East, and Im very pleased with the experience, the instructors, and my puppys behavior. James is also very responsive to my email questions (Ive sent him plenty!), and I really appreciate that.Of course, dog training success depends in large part on the owners commitment to working with their dog on a daily basis. North East has given me plenty of tools for my dog training toolbox, and Im continuing on with classes for my lab, as well as for my new mixed breed puppy. The investment is totally worth it.

Been taking my dog here for quite a while. Annie HATES getting groomed but they have always done a fantastic job and are very kind to her, even through shes a jerk.

James helped us with our two mini Australian Shepherd pups and he was awesome. He was very patient with the pups and with our full grown Australian Shepherd at the same time. We learned a lot from him. I would highly recommend his services.

I enjoyed meeting with James along with Archie. However I felt the two hours sitting and listening to him talk was hard to keep my attention. I bit disappointing. I had wanted to join the group dog classes.

This place did something to my dog.. she was normal, happy and when it came time to go here by her second visit she refused and acted scared for days when we would get home. Never would recommend this place to anyone!

Took my year and a half maltipoo and 7 month old cavapoo in there was only 80$ for both dogs and they didnt absolutley fantastic. Friendly faces too! I always recommend people here!
