Dr. Su was very rude and callous toward my 70 year old grandma. For no reason, at her initial appointment. She came out of the office in tears. Ive since learned of others bad experiences with the so called doctor . Real scumbag took a hypocritic oath. Dont bother taking your loved ones here

This office called my mother this morning to tell her they would not accept her as a patient even though she was given an appointment over 4 weeks ago. No explanation was given as to why except that she transferred from another practice which was disclosed multiple times. We went through such a hassle to get her records transferred. If I could give zero stars, I would. Now we are scrambling to get her back in at her original office so that she doesnt run out of medication.

Dr. Johnny Su was very through and spent a significant amount of time with me listening to my symptoms and developing the path forward.

I saw dr Williams and after 3 visits with with her I asked my pcp for a referral to another rheumatologist. She never spent more than 3-5 minutes with me. She wouldn’t refill a medication that 2 previous doctors in 2 other cities I lived in had prescribed for me. She literally pulled on my fingers to check for swelling and backed out the door. I always had to wait then for 20 minutes for her to print out lab orders. It took longer to wait for those orders than time she actually spent with me. She has absolutely no people skills.

If I could leave zero stars and still post a review, I would! I knew when he made me cry on my first visit that I needed to find a new doctor. Took me a year to get in but, I finally have a doctor who listens to me and is not a judgmental and condescending asshat. I never have to talk to Dr. Su again!

Had many test done for a doctor from here.After over two weeks and severe pain, I called and left a message.After the time of two more days , I CALLED AGAIN! The nurse gave her the message from my previous phone call and then proceeded to tell me that she had sent the message on to my doctor, BUT the doctor never got back to the nurse as yet. That she would call me to go over the test.NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I AM GOING TO BE LOOKING for a new arthritis doctor.I must admit that the staff was wonderful and so was the nurse I spoke to... that is the only reason I put a rate of 2 stars... I would like to try another doctor in this offices but once you are an established patient under one, they dont switch you.So if you are referred to Dr. Joyce Williams,,, ask for another doctor on staff there.For me, I am going to start looking all over again. Waste of much money time and pain.

Why cant we talk to our DR about a result? you have to talk with a nurse that does not know what the DR SHOULD know... weak. Make an appointment... it literally is a questions that can be answered over the phone but you just want more of my money. Welp... nope... cancel all appointment and let everyone know not to go here.

Dr. Martin you are very missed. I went here for years under his care and was treated well. I left when he left.My elderly mother was referred here to see Dr. Su. What a horrible experience. He is overwhelming with his non-stop questions, and ridiculous demand of how you answer him. Rude is an understatement.

Need a office that is great with the people who come through the door then this is the place! Dr. Vaydia is my favorite. I tell everyone about this office!

Dr Arsuaga is amazing!!! He did more for my husband in an hour then many doctors have done in years. He is caring and listens when you speak. You couldn’t find a more caring physician!!! We are so lucky to have been referred to such a caring man.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Left multiple messages and had my physician fax over my information along with a referral, no one ever returned my call. I will gladly go back to Cleveland Clinic. I was looking for a rhuematologist closer to home but this obviously is not the place for me! Cleveland Clinic with world class customer service here I come!

Never even went to the clinic. My PCM sent my referral to them over a month ago. I called to find out what was going on. I was told by the new patient lady that my dr never sent over my referral and she couldnt do anything without it. She was VERY RUDE and told me it wasnt her fault. Needless to say I wont be going here.

Dr Su saw me approximately a month ago, and I was absolutely horrified and disgusted at his lack of compassion and professionalism. My husband and I found him to not listen and would not look at me , the patient ,when he spoke but he would maintain eye contact with my husband. He spoke over me, was condescending and rude. Not prepared for my visit and appeared irritated with me. Quite honestly his interpersonal skills are non existent. If this is what this practice has to offer.... no thank you. Dr Su you obviously forget that your patients are your customers, you are suppose to be serving them. You’re a Dr for those that suffer, so to inflict more pain is cruel. Shame on you.

Dr Martin was such a wonderful doctor whom I saw for over 10 years. Since he has moved away, I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Williams and am totally unsatisfied. Im having more issues, she does not refill prescriptions that I had with Dr Martin and has a very uncaring attitude. Im presently looking for another doctor.

First time here and the nursing staff was very friendly. The Doctor on the other hand, spent approximately 3 minutes with me and acted like he had much better things to do than talk to me. Not impressed.

My sister was there as a referral to diagnose an inflammatory problem. He made her cry and then smiled

I was referred to this office from another DR. the RA factor in my blood work was high. and I had been having back pain and leg/knee pain for a long time along with swelling at my joints in my hand. Dr Arsuaga said to me why are you here? he had no clue, he never looked at my chart that was sent over. so i explained it all. he said oh, u have back pain? then you dont have RA, i cant help you and sent me on my way. He could care less that my RA Blood work showed a high reading and my leg/knee pain or joints in my hand being swollen. i highly suggest others go elsewhere

I was referred here ten yrs ago by my PCP. I’ve seen Dr. Williams all that time. Its always been hurry up and brush off all concerns, after a brain aneurysm and a major stroke I was reluctant to stay on RA biologic drugs because of the side effects. The dr told me, “ I was not special!” and was very callous about my fears. I was on over 15 different meds in 9 years and then she actually said I probably didn’t even have RA! ( but the Vectra test showed that I do) I read my office visit notes online and repeatedly she put that she spent 25 minutes with me. This was never true. The longest time in the room was never more than five minutes, usually less.

Had two appointments with Dr Su. He didnt listen at all & failed to address my issues. Gave me an appointment for 2months later when he hadnt adequately assessed my issues & discussed treatment. After leaving frustrated, I called asking to see another Dr. A month later & still nobody returning my calls. Typical of doctors who only care about the money & not the patient.Update: Since finding a real Dr at Cleveland clinic, Ive been diagnosed with Lupus. If Dr Su had listened or the other Doctors even cared, I couldve been diagnosed & treated then. Shameful!

This placed used to be the best when dr Martin was present then I saw a changed when I saw a women from “the burbs” tweeking” out my suspicions was correct addicted to pain medicine tried to get into confirmation with the medical assistant. I can’t even get an ANA test to see I have lupus my hair falling out but they funnel the stark county and southern Ohio counties with pain meds. I’m done with this place.

Always a long wait b4 seeing dr they want to charge each person for being late maybe they should be charged $25 for every 15 minutes they are late.

My first, only, and final appointment, at this office, with Dr. Joyce Williams, was hands down, the worst experience with a dr/ specialists office, that I have ever had.My pain management Dr (Comprehensive Pain Management in Green, OH), had referred me to this office, based on the fact that they take my insurance. They generally refer elsewhere for rheumatology.I filled out the paperwork, thoroughly, with my conditions, and why I was to be seen in the office.There were 2 referrals sent, 1 from my PC Dr., one from pain management.The referral from pain management outlined everything, though apparently THIS office couldnt find it, but they had the pain management Dr.s name...sureDr. Williams insisted that I was to be seen for a cortisone injection, to my ankle, only. I was actually referred by my pain management for arthritis in the back, neck, hands, arms, and ankle/ foot/ leg, and for testing- x rays, bloodwork, physical exam, etc.I stated this, to 2 nurses, and the Dr.She brushed me off, Im quite sure, not listening to a word I said, saying I dont handle those things...No tests, just a cortisone injection that my pain management Dr. Was planning on doing anyways, after the epidural cortisone injections to my neck were complete.I made sure to relay the whole experience to my pain management Dr.Who took the Arthritis Clinic of Stark County, and this Dr., out of their system entirely.She was quite shocked, as was I, at this treament.I feel bad for anyone who cannot express themselves clearly, who may be treated here.I very clearly stated, over and over, what I was there for. It fell on completely deaf ears.Now the months that Ive waited to be seen at this office, have been wasted, and I am back to square 1, searching for a (hopefully), decent rheumatologist, to diagnose my arthritic issues.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for 4 years and have never had a good experience with her. She is never in the room more than 5 minutes and when trying to discuss issues with her; she’s dismissive, uncaring and uninterested. I’m not someone to doctor hop and feel at a loss on who to change to?
