Dr. Pranckun has been an absolutely amazing orthopedic doc. He looked at my husbands knee when it was broke and he did my rotator cuff repair. I am in better condition than before I tore it. Dr. Pranckun was a crucial part of my recovery because I was a self pay patient, lost financial assistance and was refused physical therapy. With his encouragement and guidance I have made a complete and full recovery. I performed all of my physical therapy at home and was very diligent with discussing any concerns with Dr. Pranckun. I love that he doesnt talk at me but allows me to ask questions and give feedback which really helped me feel like a part of the process rather than just a patient who had a surgery and is in recovery. He allowed me to decide if I needed to continue to do certain things or discontinue them but he gave his professional opinion and helped me in deciding what would be best in each stage of my recovery and therapy. I was scared not being under the close eye of a physical therapist after the surgery but honestly, with determination and the support, encouragement and help from Dr. Pranckun, and his wonderful assistant, I can only imagine the amount of money and time I saved myself. Most importantly, I have full use of my shoulder and arm again. I am able to get back to my full and active lifestyle. Thats the end goal.

Did some serious (accidental) damage to my hand: shattered the bone, nicked a tendon. Bad at any time, horrifying for a musician. Dr. Jiang had me in surgery 3 days later and put everything back together: I was awake for the surgery and felt nothing. He was very informative about what was needed and did an excellent job putting me back together. I was out of the casts and brace six weeks and my flexibility and range of motion is coming back; Ive even starting to play again. At every step, the staff has been pleasant and good to work with.

Very pleased with Dr. Simmons. I went in with severe lower back pain. Figured I might have pulled a muscle but wanted to be sure I hadnt done any permanent damage. He listened to all of my symptoms, looked at an x-ray, and said there was no underlying problem. Im an active senior so I stay active to keep the arthritis from taking over. Would recommend this practice for anyone with a physical problem that might be the result of overuse.

Dr. Simmons and Jennifer have absolutely changed my life! They listen, care, and take the time to answer questions. Most important of all, they make sure to give you a plan to feel better. I am back in the gym, and my knees are feeling so much better. I have recommended Dr. Simmons to 2 people and will continue to do so!

Dr. Simmons is wonderful! My son had a concussion and neck injury from a high fall. Dr. Simmons was very knowledgeable, took his time with us, and made my son feel relaxed. He went over every detail of the MRI with us and his nurse is terrific! Had to call a few times with questions over the weeks that followed, and she was quick to call back with complete and helpful answers

Incompetent doctors and office staff!! My broken foot was misdiagnosed by Dr. Matthew Simmons, misread the xray of my foot...called it a sprain...was actually a broken 4th metatarsal...cost me 6 months to recover!! Then billing continuously billed me for the $50 copay...which was paid the same day of the service!! Ive talked to Kim and Lisa with the office..... DONT GO HERE

They spent a lot of money on a beautiful facility but forgot to get good staff. I walked out in as much pain as I walked in with. They did not have the right size boot to fit my leg and they don’t give pain meds. There are those of us older people that are not in it to het high, but just to get through the day. I felt hurried and the staff was frustrated to even be there. Will never return there! Big waste of money!!

It can be hard talking to a doctor about sports related injuries. Most of the time I feel the doctor just wants to you to stop. This is not the case with Dr Simmons. I recommend him constantly due to his ability to hear your problems and get you on the path to recovery so you can experience the sports you enjoy most.

Great doctors, terrific nurses, but if you want a receptionist who isnt cold and rude, go elsewhere. Both offices need to do some serious customer service training. Im a very nice person who gets along with most everyone, but theres no breaking the icy barrier at the front desk. And they dont answer their phones until 8:30.

Made an appointment with Cherokee orthopedics about a cyst I had on my thumb that interfered with the dexterity of my thumb. Jimmy Jaing was the physician I saw, he had an x-ray done and told me I had a normal cyst and a small bone spur, nothing to worry about, didnt require surgery unless I wanted. I work with my hand and it got in my way so I set up an appointment to have it removed, Jimmy told me that it would be an easy surgery nothing to worry about. Went in for surgery and he required I pay my deductible upfront on a $4000 surgery. Okay, thats fine, had the surgery and follow-up appointment the next week. Before the follow up two of the stitches had already come out and the two that were left started to undermine and hurt so I cut them out myself. No need to go to the follow-up but the knot was still there and I wanted to ask about it since that was why I went, to start with. Jimmy said it was no problem it would go away. The next week I got a bill of $400 for the follow-up which is usually included in the first bill? So I paid my deductible. Then THREE months later I received another bill for $1700? At that time the knot was still there and my cuticle bed had been damaged causing a deformity in my thumbnail so I was not going to pay this unknown bill after the fact. Now I get a letter saying its going to be sent over to Collections? Not only is my thumb worse, but Im also getting a bill for I dont know what and a threat on my credit? Does this make sense to you?

Horrible horrible customer service. They run late, even for the 1st appointment of the day then act like dont really want to do anything to actually fix what you are there for except to just wait and see while they keep piling up office visits. HORRIBLE!!!

It is 8:13am and the phones are off. Says it opens at 8am. Not a good start for a patient trying to get an appointment
