HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cant even get in touch with the office!!!!!!!!! They NEVER answer nor return phone calls! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Paperwork was sent to me in advance.I found the office staff to be appropriately friendly and efficient.Dr Kharrat was familiar with my case and extremely thorough. I felt that when I left we were on the same page and had a plan of care.

I was diagnosed with a rare lung cancer, and I called Dr. Kharrat. I met with him the next morning and he took over. Within 30 days, I met with a cardiologist, had a lung function test, a nuclear stress text, a brain MRI, and a biopsy, all of which were scheduled by Dr. Kharrats office. As soon as the surgeon had an opening, I had lung surgery. No physician has ever given me the attention and support that Dr. Kharrat has.He is the absolute best!

The worst. Took them a couple months and several mostly unanswered phone calls to get my cpap machine. I now have my machine but because of thier ineptness I’m still not able to use it. The setting was supposed to be changed so I could actually breathe and still it hasn’t been done. I have paid for the machine and continue monthly payments for something that still doesn’t work properly and cannot use. I have an appointment at which for insurance purposes they’re supposed to monitor my stats on this machine I’ve never used. I’m calling my insurance company to report them. If they can’t do thier job they need to lose the coverage.

After waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF after my appt time, the dr was in the room with me for LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. He asked for my symptoms but continuously interrupted me when I listed them. He then left the room and never returned. I was given no DX, no help, no options for follow up. It should also be noted that, while 10 patients waited in the waiting room - 10!!! - the dr allowed in a pharmaceutical sales rep AHEAD OF PATIENTS (thus contributing to the 1.5 hour wait). Ill never see this dr again

Great staff and Doctor. Very attentive to questions and concerns.

Excellent Dr , staff not so much.
