Very upset that dr. Smith is never in his office, the on call drs. Say they dont know anything about my mom who has something awful happening to her that can be deadly, but yet appointments get canceled. He has a whole week off then doesnt come in the first day hes supposed to be there my mom is in a nursing home in bad shape and seems like the dr. Doesnt care.
